JUAL NEGARA NAJIB STYLE

The following are "investments, developments, projects" by this dedak infested umno led BN gomen under that kleptomaniac Mr and Mrs Idiot brashly claimed to be "achievements" by their dedak fed bloggers. The italics are my comments and rebuttals to their claims that these are "achievements"...they are certainly not achievements. These are merely this Idiot continuing "work" to keep he, his Idiot of a wife  and their greedy accomplices well fed at the dedak trough that their snouts are buried in throughout their time in public office.

Korang nak tau...kalau ikut sifir macai2 pembangkang, Malaysia dah beli UK, Singapore, Mexico, Mekah dan Turki. Maklumlah...takat 14% pemilikan projek pada China macam Bandar Malaysia pun macai kata negara dah tergadai. Inikan pula projek2 milik Malaysia berikut:


1. Pembangunan Bandar Baru Battersea, UK.

Malaysia menjadi pelabur utama dan sedang memajukan dan membina bandar baru di atas tanah utama UK seluas 42 ekar. Malah terkini Malaysia bakal membeli Battersea Power Station dgn nilai 1.6 billion pound yang bakal menjadi sejarah urusniaga hartanah terbesar di bumi UK mengatasi pembelian Walkie Talkie Skyscraper oleh Hong Kong!

Punyalah gempak pembangunan bandar ni Malaysia buat sampai Apple Inc akan buka HQ depa di UK di Battersea. UK dah dijajah.

2. Malaysia bakal membeli tanah2 di Mekah, Madinah dan Jedah. Nilai hartanah Mekah adalah yang paling tinggi di dunia malah nilai kaki perseginya lebih mahal dari New York. Juga Arab Saudi tidak pernah menjual tanah di Mekah dan Madinah kepada pihak luar. Malaysia adalah negara pertama yang dapat hasil hubungan baik DS Najib dgn King Salman. Gempak giler kan???


Saudi dah gadai Tanah Haram pada negara asing.

Lihat apa yang di kata di atas...Malaysia bakal membeli tanah2 di Mekah, Madinah dan Jedah.Belum beli lagi...baru cadangan...tapi dedak sudah kebas!



3. Marina One dan DUO adalah dua pembangunan ultra moden di Singapura. Ia dikenali sebagai Singapore Exchange. Projek ini dimiliki oleh Khazanah sebanyak 60% dan baki 40% dimiliki oleh Singapura melalui Temasek Holdings. Gila wey!!! Singapore dah gadai negara depa kepada kita.

steadyaku47 comment : Bukan Singapore gadai tanah mereka ka Malaysia...Malaysia yang gadai "three plots of former Malayan Railway land and three additional plots in Bukit Timah exchanged for four land parcels in Marina South and two parcels in Ophir-Rochor"....Project ini "officially launched on January 15th"...baru launched...tapi dedak sudah kebas.

4. Lapangan terbang antarabangsa Turki Istanbul Sabiha Gokchen (ISG) kini adalah milik Malaysia. Hangpa bayang...pintu masuk negara depa dimiliki oleh negara asing! Erdogan dah jual negara pada Najib kan? 

Cuba kalau China miliki KLIA2 takat 5%....habis wey....macai kata semua staf airport dari kakitangan kaunter sampai tukang cuci jamban adalah warga China dan cakap Mandarin je lepas tu. Polis pun polis Negara China (PRC) tau.

Actually MAHB hanaya milki 20% stake di ISG but MAHB is designated as airport operator by the Turkish government. Two of the major carriers di ISG are Turkish Airlines and Pegasus Airlines. Maaf but I have not heard of either of them. Even MAS is being asked to fly to ISG...until now nothing. So apa yang nak dibangakan sangat ISG tu? The Malaysia ISG Executive director Azmi Murad said he was toying with the idea of bringing in Malaysian-made frozen ‘roti canai' and curry puffs to Turkey.

Biasa lah tu...buat duit atau tidak secondary ...janji buat project, kebas dedak...and damm profitability.



5. Malaysia dah ada blok carigali minyak kat Gulf of Mexico guys....Blok 6 ni cover kawasan seluas 559 km persegi, hampir 4/5 keluasan Singapura!


Memanglah pemilikan adalah 50:50 antara kita dan Ecopetrol milik Colombia, tapi kalau ikut sifir cai, Bandar Malaysia yg pada asalnya 14% projek milik China pun dah dikira jual negara. Apatah lagi 50% kan?

6. Malaysia dah sign MOU dengan Indonesia untuk membangunkan Greater Jakarta.

Dari nama pun dah tau. Greater Jakarta adalah sama dengan Greater KL iaitu projek pembesaran, pemodenan dan perluasan bandaraya kosmopolitan. Singapore Exchange sama dengan Tun Razak Exchange. Unsur2 penjajahan Najib amat jelas. Malaysia diberi kepercayaan utk majukan kawasan seluas 500 hektar dengan projek bernilai RM 3.5 billion! Jahat kan Najib? Indonesia pun kena ‘jajah’. 




JAKARTA: Three Malaysian companies, namely Sime Darby Bhd
, I and P Group Sdn Bhd and SP Setia (Indonesia) Sdn Bhd, have teamed up with Indonesia’s PT Hanson International Tbk to jointly develop an affordable housing project here.  The project, with a gross development value of RM3.5bil on a 500-hectare land, is situated in Maja, Tangerang, about 80km from Jakarta. A memorandum of understanding (MoU) was signed today between the companies on the sidelines of the 12th World Islamic Economic Forum (WIEF) here. The signing was witnessed by Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Abdul Razak and WIEF chairman Tun Musa Hitam.

▪ Banyak lagi hartanah2, projek2 milik kita dan investment2 kita di luar negara ....


Semua ni pelaburan2 maha strategik yang menjana keuntungan berbillion2 ringgit buat negara.

▪ Zaman Atok dulu mana ada pelaburan strategik macam ni. Dia pi labur kat FOREX sampai bankrap Bank Negara Malaysia sebab 32 billion ringgit hangus. Atok pun rajin labur pada projek anak2 dia dan kroni. Bank Negara bankrap, tapi kroni2 Atok boleh beli Bank di Swiss. 


▪ *Beli Lotus dgn MV Augusta? Apa manfaat pada negara pun tak tau. Semua projek rugi. Berterusan Proton rugi dan langsung takde kemajuan dalam R&D. Balik2 ambik kereta Jepun, tukar lambang dan modify sikit2, lepas tu ngaku kereta nasional. Bila tak laku paksa kerajaan suntik modal untuk rugi lagi.

All these projects...I repeat...all these projects, will fail or proved to be non profitable because the money being siphoned out of these projects to feed Mr and Mrs Idiot and their dedak infested cohorts, will make even the most viable of projects unviable. That is the curse of doing business with the Malaysia of today under this corrupt dedak infested BN government led by that Idiot of a prime minister.
In the end projects like 1MDB, TRX, ECRL....all grandiose projects running into the billions, all of them will fail and it will be the Rakyat who will bear the burden of these failures.
