MAFIA
Refers to an organized criminal organizations of Italian or Sicilian heritage.
BN Government
Refers to the Malaysian Cabinet (see below) which is the executive branch of the BN Government of
Malaysian heritage.
MAFIA
MAFIA
The Mafia is
made up of families that have fought with each other in bitter,
bloody gang wars. At other times they have cooperated in the interest of
greater profits. Most time they agree to stay out of each other’s way.
BN Government
The BN
government is made up of UMNO, UMNO, UMNO, UMNO, Gerakan, MCA, UPKO, PBS, MIC…even an independent (who is almost an UMNO
member!). They have at times fought each other in elections. Now they cooperate in the interest of making money for themselves. They abet, assist and protect each other in these financial ventures but most time agree to stay out of each other’s way in the making of
these massive profits : e.g. Samy Velu cleaned up JKR, MCA cleaned up PKFZ,
Taib cleaned up Sarawak…UMNO cleaned up everything else! At various times these modus operandi are mischievously referred to by the populace as the "you scratch my back I scratch yours" or the "close one eye, shut the other" BN way of doing things.
MAFIA
The Capo de Capo is the Boss or Mafia Don
that heads the Mafia Family and he and every member of the Mafia takes an oath
that the Mafia comes before birth, family and God. Because of their Italian
roots, most Capo de Capo are Italians and Catholic.
BN Government
The Prime Minister heads the Cabinet of
Malaysia and he and every member of the Cabinet are governed by the Official
Secret Acts of Malaysia – an oath that every member of the Malaysia Cabinet
take so that they will not divulge how they make their money once they leave Barisan Nasional.
Because of the Malay roots, all Prime Ministers are Malays and Muslims.
STRUCTURE:
MAFIA
Each member of the Mafia has to be
officially inducted into the Mafia family.
BN Government
Each member of the Malaysian cabinet can
only be selected from members of either house of Parliament.
BOSS:
MAFIA
The leader of each Mafia family is known as
the BOSS or DON. All major decisions are made by the boss and money made by the
family ultimately flows to him. The boss authority is needed to resolve
disputes and keep everyone in line.
BN Government
The leader of the Malaysia government is
the Prime Minister or the First Lady or at times the previous Prime Minister depending on whether
the previous PM had anything to do with the appointment of the current PM. All
major decision are made by the PM or the previous PM, depending on whether the
previous PM had anything to do with the appointment of the current PM. Money made by endeavours of the said BN government ultimately flows to
the PM (or the First Lady) and then any where else the PM or the First Lady deems fit.
The PM’s authority is needed
to resolve disputes and keep everyone in line (unless the previous PM, UMNO
warlords or Ibrahim Ali decides to join into the disputes). How much money can and will be
made by each of these parties will decide the outcome of these disputes! In the event of a tie between the PM and these parties the First Lady will butt in with her unsolicited opinions - whether invited or not to do so!
NOTE: For BN's government organizational chart please see UMNO's organization chart - one and the same thing lah!

Mafia
Just below the Boss is the underboss. The underboss is the second in command, although the
amount of power he wields can vary. Some underbosses resolve disputes without
involving the boss. Some are groomed to replace the boss if he is old or in
danger of going to jail.
The BN Government
Just below the PM is
the First Lady and then the DPM. The DPM is the second in command (because the PM and the First Lady are jointly first in line!). The amount of power the DPM wields will
depend on whether he has the support of any previous PM, Perkasa or any UMNO
warlords. Most DPM simply sits and waits for the first opportune time to move
against the PM and becomes PM himself. One DPM became PM when the PM had a
meltdown on stage. Most times DPM are either removed against their will or
arrested for sodomy or corruption.
Mafia
Beneath the underboss
are several Capos. The
number of capos varies depending on the overall size of the family. A capo acts
like a lieutenant, leading his own section of the family. He has specific
activities that he operates. The capo's territory may be defined geographically or by the rackets he operates. The key to being a
successful capo is making money. The capo keeps some of the money his rackets
earn and then passes the rest up to the underboss and boss.
BN Government.
Beneath the First Lady is the PM then the DPM, Ministers, Deputy Ministers, Political Secretaries etc. The power they wield
depends on the Ministry they are in. Sometimes the previous PM can also come into the picture but only if Ibrahim Ali is not in the picture unless it is a picture within a picture sort of situation, then anything goes!
The PM’s department is the most powerful (sometimes even needing the whole 4th floor to house their own “go to” money grabbing bastards). The Ministry of Finance is the most lucrative section. The Ministry of Home Affairs do not do too badly as the Minister’s first cousin is also the PM.
The key to being a good Pol Sec is making money for himself and his Minister....in that order! The Pol Sec keeps most of the money for himself and then passes the rest up to his Minister or higher still….no, not to God but to the PM.
Note: If his Minister finds out that his Political Secretary is making more money than him then that Political Secretary is F*#ked!

Mafia
The “dirty work” is done by the
soldiers - the lowest ranked
individuals in the MAFIA. They are part of the Family but hold little power and
make relatively little money.
BN Government
The dirty work is done by such organizations
as PDRM, MACC, the Judiciary, the AG etc. These are all part of the BN government and take
their orders from their political masters. They are allowed to make as much
money as they can from the public. Here PDRM has an advantage because they are
in “touch” with more members of the public then any one else.
MAFIA
In addition to the soldiers the Mafia use
“associates”. Associates are not actual members of
the Mafia, but they work with Mafia soldiers and capos on various criminal
enterprises. An associate is simply someone who works with the mob, including
anyone from a burglar or drug dealer to a lawyer, investment banker, police
officer or politician.
BN Government:
In addition to PDRM, MACC and the Judiciary
the BN government uses Machai and other loose groupings of individuals commonly
referred to as “cronies” which might or might not include family members,
drivers, businessmen, and sometimes when the occasion calls for it, gangsters (especially at MIC meetings – to keep
order)
