Surat Terbuka untuk semua Anggota Polis DiRaja Malaysia (PDRM) yang masih berkhidmat atau sudah bersara.

Salam, Tan Sri / Dato’ Seri / Datuk / Dato’ / Tuan / Puan / Encik / Cik.

Pertama sekali, saya mewakili sahabat-sahabat saya ingin mengucapkan setinggi-tinggi terima kasih kami pada Tuan-tuan dan Puan-puan semua yang berkhidmat sebagai anggota Polis DiRaja Malaysia. Jasa dan pengorbanan yang Tuan-tuan dan Puan-puan berikan amat kami hargai. Kami juga ingin mengambil peluang ini merakamkan penghargaan kami untuk anggota-anggota yang bertugas sepanjang tempoh Pilihanraya Umum ke-14 ini. Tidak terdaya kederat kami untuk berkorban masa, nyawa, darah dan keringat seperti Tuan-tuan dan Puan-puan semua. Moga Tuhan memberi rahmat-Nya dan kemulian pada kalian semua. Insyaallah.

Untuk makluman Tuan-tuan dan Puan-puan semua, saya dan sahabat-sahabat saya adalah anak-anak anggota polis, dan kami memohon sedikit masa dari Tuan-tuan dan Puan-puan untuk baca dan meniliti surat terbuka ini yang bertujuan untuk menyampaikan luahan hati dan hasrat kami.

Tan Sri, Dato’ Seri, Datuk, Dato’, Tuan-tuan, Puan-puan sekalian,

Kami semua membesar melihat ibubapa kami berkhidmat untuk negara. Walaupun kami tidak faham konsep itu semasa kami kecil, namum semakin kami bertambah dewasa, kami mula faham mengapa mereka memilih jalan bakti dan ianya sedikit sebanyak membentuk cara pemikiran, kehendak dan HARAPAN kami untuk masa depan tanah air ini.

Mungkin mereka yang tidak membesar dalam keluarga polis tidak akan faham ketakutan kami bila mana talifon rumah kami berdering ketika bapa kami keluar berbulan-bulan menjalankan operasi pembasmian komunis di sempadan pada tahun 70-an dan awal 80-an dahulu. Mereka mungkin juga tidak faham kerisauan kami bila mana ibubapa kami keluar menjalankan operasi pencegahan jenayah di tengah malam. Mereka juga mungkin tidak faham kemarahan kami bila mana ibubapa kami menawarkan diri untuk diterbangkan ke negara asing yang bergolak dengan perang saudara supaya mereka dapat menawarkan khidmat mereka dalam misi pengamanan. Pendek kata, tiap kali ibubapa kami melangkah keluar dari rumah, kami faham dan redha yang itu mungkin kali terakhir kami melihat belakang bahu mereka, mungkin itu kali terakhir kami mendengar suara mereka, mungkin itu kali terakhir kami dapat berteduh dibawah bayang-bayang mereka.

Untuk saya sendiri, bertahun lamanya saya mengambil masa untuk faham mengapa ayah saya mengambil keputusan untuk menjadi polis; mengapa dia sanggup mengadaikan nyawanya untuk tanah airnya setiap kali dia melangkah keluar dari rumah. Makanya, kami (saya dan kawan-kawan saya) punyai pandangan dan rasa hormat yang tinggi untuk semua anggota polis. Setiap kali kami lihat baju biru itu, yang kami nampak adalah ibubapa kami.

Bayangkan betapa hancurnya hati kami bila mana, nama dan kehormatan Polis DiRaja Malaysia diperkotak-katikkan. Betapa luluhnya hati kami bila mana, nama dan kerhormatan Polis DiRaja Malaysia diinjak-injak, dihina, dan dicela. Betapa pilunya hati kami bila mana, nama dan kehormatan Polis DiRaja Malaysia dijadikan bahan jenaka dan ditertawakan oleh seantero dunia. Betapa marahnya hati kami bila mana, nama dan kehormatan Polis DiRaja Malaysia dikejikan dan diperbodohkan oleh perlakuan ahli-ahli politik yang memegang jawatan menteri.

Arwah ayah saya pernah sebut yang kesetian sorang polis itu bukan pada ahli dan parti politik. Katanya, “Kalau esok DAP memerintah pun, uniform aku takkan berubah jadi putih merah; Kalau esok PAS memerintah pun, uniform aku takkan berubah jadi putih hijau; Kalau esok KeAdilan memerintah pun, uniform aku takkan berubah jadi biru putih, uniform aku tetap sama. Tak adalah pulak kalau BN kalah, polis satu Malaysia ni kena tutup balai, kok ia macam tu, haru semua orang. Sumpah aku bukan pada BN; sumpah aku pada Raja, pada Perlembagaan, pada Undang-undang Parlimen, pada Malaysia.”

Makanya, adalah zalim dan keji bila mana ada pihak yang mengeluarkan kenyataan bahawa semua anggota polis patut taat dan setia pada kerajaan Barisan Nasional. Setiap anggota polis adalah warganegara yang berhak memilih mana-mana pemimpin yang mereka rasakan boleh mentadbir dan mentakmirkan tanah air ini, tanpa menjejaskan tugas dan khidmat mereka untuk rakyat, parlimen dan Raja.

Anggota Polis Diraja Malaysia berhak dan patut menolak pemimpin yang memperkudakan PDRM untuk melindungi kepentingan tembolok busuk mereka sendiri. Anggota Polis DiRaja Malaysia berhak dan patut menolak pemimpin yang menghalang PDRM daripada menjalankan tugas mereka untuk membawa penjenayah ke muka pengadilan. Anggota Polis DiRaja Malaysia berhak dan patut menolak pemimpin yang menggunakan PDRM sebagai buah caturan untuk menjatuhkan musuh politik mereka. Anggota Polis DiRaja Malaysia berhak untuk menolak pemimpin yang menggunakan jawatan menteri mereka untuk menekan dan menidakkan hak anggota polis sebagai seorang rakyat yang berdaulat untuk memilih pemimpin yang mereka rasakan layak.

Kami, sebagai anak-anak polis sudah tidak mampu untuk berdiam diri, melihat ahli-ahli politik yang memegang jawatan menteri ini terus menerus meranapkan tanah air yang ibubapa kami taburkan bakti. Kami tidak mahu jasa dan pengorbanan ibubapa kami dijahanamkan oleh sekumpulan ahli politik yang kakistokrat. Makanya, hasrat dan HARAPAN kami sebagai anak-anak polis adalah agar seluruh warga anggota Polis DiRaja Malaysia berani bangkit membuat keputusan untuk membawa arus perubahan. Jika anggota Polis Diraja Malaysia bangkit membawa HARAPAN baru, kami percaya rakyat akan berdiri bersama-sama PDRM.

Sudah tiba masanya untuk rakyat bangkit bersama-sama anggota Polis DiRaja Malaysia tanpa rasa takut, untuk menidakkan kezaliman mereka yang menggunakan jawatan yang disandang untuk menekan suara, iltizam dan HARAPAN rakyat. Sudah tiba masanya untuk rakyat bangkit bersama-sama anggota Polis Diraja Malaysia untuk menolak kejahatan mereka yang menggunakan jawatan yang disandang untuk terus mengugut hak rakyat. Sudah tiba masanya untuk semua anggota Polis DiRaja Malaysia tunjukkan maksud sebenar moto Polis DiRaja Malaysia – Polis dan Masyarakat, Berpisah Tiada.

Tan Sri, Dato’ Sri, Datuk, Dato’, Tuan-tuan, Puan-puan sekalian,

HARAPAN kami sebagai anak-anak polis adalah untuk Tuan-tuan dan Puan-puan semua membuat keputusan yang sebaik mungkin untuk masa depan generasi akan datang. Janganlah biarkan mereka yang zalim dan bangsat terus menerus membuat onar dan kekejian mereka. Jangan biarkan semua usaha dan jasa baik kalian menjadi sia-sia. Tanah air yang subur dek tangisan, darah dan keringat anggota Polis DiRaja Malaysia yang datang sebelum kalian semua makin tandus ditangan mereka-mereka yang zalim dan bodoh.

Maafkan kami, jika kandungan atau tona bahasa surat ini menyinggung perasaan Tuan-tuan dan Puan-puan semua. Kalian perlu faham, yang kami terdidik dengan cara kalian yang berani untuk berdiri kerana benar. Kami dibesarkan dengan fahaman yang usaha kalian kerjakan bukan untuk diri sendiri, tetapi untuk generasi masa depan. Kami dibentuk dengan sifat kalian yang bencikan keburukan, kezaliman, ketidakadilan.

Untuk makluman Tuan-tuan dah Puan-puan semua, ada beberapa orang sahabat-sahabat kami yang mendokong hasrat dan HARAPAN yang sama namun tidak mampu untuk meletakkan nama mereka dalam senarai tandatangan dibawah, kerana risaukan akibat yang akan datang pada kerjaya Ibubapa mereka dalam pasukan Polis DiRaja Malaysia. Ada juga yang tidak dibenarkan untuk menyuarakan ketidaksetujuan mereka kerana berkhidmat dalam Agensi Badan Berkanun yang lain. Adakah ini masa depan yang Tuan-tuan dan Puan-puan semua usahakan? Untuk anak-anak kalian tidak ada ruang untuk bersuara dan terus akur kepada kezaliman. Adakah ini hasil yang Tuan-tuan dan Puan-puan mahukan ketika kalian lafazkan sumpah keramat, dengan satu tanganmu diangkat ke langit, ke arah Tuhan?

Isa to be called up over 'dubious' Felda land deal, say cops

Deputy IGP Noor Rashid Ibrahim says ex-Felda chairman Isa Samad will be questioned on RM200m land transferred without any benefit to Felda.

Let us take this in perspective....This Noor Rashid is going to call up Isa to question him about the RM200m Felda land transfer....the transfer of Felda RM200m property that has not brought a single cent to Felda.

Kenapa Noor? Kenapa nak soal si Isa tu? Is it because the public is watching and asking what PDRM is going to do about the land deal...so you feel that you must do something to pertahankan nama baik PDRM? 

First thing first. There is no more "nama baik PDRM" to pertahankan.To me and many many Malaysians, PDRM is a joke. A sad, sad joke. The joke is not on you but on the Malaysian people because we have to put up with a Police Force that can legally harass, intimidate, remand, arrest and even kill us! So really as far as the rakyat is concern, whether you arrest Isa or you don't arrest Isa, we really don't give a f**k.    

Ok...now we talk about Isa. Come on lah Noor you and I know that Isa will not dare to do anything unless he gets the OK from Seri Perdana (notice I said Seri Perdana and not Prime Minister Office....kenapa?....tau same tau aja lah! Bukan Najib aja duk kat situ...nudge nudge wink wink). This Isa may be short, he may be ugly and he may be very very greedy...but he knows that it was somebody who lives in Seri Perdana who put him in Felda. So if that someone tells him to transfer Felda's land gratis to this guy...

Isa will do so! So please Noor, don't make a fool of yourself and remand that Isa feller....waste of your time and only serves PDRM to be laughed at again when Isa is release from the lock up.

So what is PDRM to do? Obviously there is fraud involved in the transfer of Felda's. Don't talk about Felda not being paid for the sale of the land.....Why should the "buyer" put himself in double jeopardy? First he/she is involve in a fraud in the "purchase" of the land and if he/she pays for the land, he/she will be creating another criminal act because he/she is bribing those in Felda who are involve in the fraud. And Noor Najib and his cohorts will have you and PDRM running around in circle and in the end....the AG will come in and proclaim "There is no intent by Isa to defraud, cheat or swindle Felda". Case close and stamped NFA.  

Nor take a lesson from what us happening to the KP of MACC...even with all the video evidence ecetera ecetera...he is still there because he has Najib by the balls because of what he knows about the misdeeds Najib has done in the name of government. Now in Isa's case...it is Isa who has got Najib by the balls....so how?

Swallow your pride (if you got any pride)....turn around and walk away with your tail in-between your legs. Take long leave and then retire and just hope that Felda wants to  start a security company....maybe they can do with your expertise and you can do with some pocket money to help pay for a more relaxing and luxerious retirement. Can?

A video documentary showing the reality of underage prostitution in Kuala Lumpur is "lopsided" as Malaysia does not have a sex "industry", police told The Star Online today.

The Star's news portal quoted the Secret Societies, Gambling and Vice Division principal assistant director SAC Datuk Roslee Chik as saying that Malaysia's sex trade was "not that big".

"Sex is not an industry in Malaysia, the term 'sex activities' is more accurate," he was reported saying.

He told the portal that the word "industry" implied that the profits derived from prostitution in Malaysia was as big as in Thailand, where prostitution is legal.

JOHOR BARU: Fifteen foreign female masseuses were detained in a raid at a traditional reflexology centre in Jalan Pingai, Taman Pelangi here last week. Of the 15 women, eight of them were believed to be victims of a human trafficking syndicate.

The eight, seven Cambodians and an Indonesian, between the ages of 18 and 20, were believed to have been brought into the country legally under the pretext of securing jobs in factories.
The raid was conducted by a team from the Federal Police Anti-Vice, Gaming and Secret Societies (D7) division following a tip-off.

     Let me tell this as it is – as it should be told rather then the above media headlines which seems to tell us that PDRM is on top of everything. In this matter what they are on top off is open to conjecture. I want to say here categorically that 90% of these “reflexology centre” in this country are fronts for prostitution. Full stop!

     Let us take Jalan Bukit Bintang. The massage centers, SPA, reflexology centers on that street and on the side street running off Jalan Bukit Bintang are centers for prostitution. The Massage Center at the Federal Hotel – a center for prostitution that not only has the vice squad officers on a monthly retainer but also entertains them on a need basis – not their needs but PDRM needs. This massage center is confident enough to have Malay girls on their premises without fear of being raided by PDRM or the religious authorities.

     You can see the cars carrying these ladies of the evenings to and fro along these streets delivering them to the various hotels and massage parlors for them to do their “business” and their business is prostitution!  Chinese from China, Cambodians, Thai, Burmese’s, Indons, Russians – for a price they can all be got in Jalan Bukit Bintang.

     Stake out the back of Federal Hotel – the road between the Hotel and the Bowling alley – and you see the activities of these pimps with their females. Gone are the days when only Protons were exclusively used (a fact that Mahathir would have approved – the use of Proton I mean!) – but no longer because Proton cars die too soon though you do see them sometimes – but there is no denying the existence of these pimps and their charges – and where are the Police? Where are the Federal Police Anti-Vice and D7 officers?

     I am accusing them of complicity  - if not all of them then the majority of them. Of complicity in ensuring that not only do the trade in these females flourish but it also stays beyond the reach of the law and religious authorities. Are you telling me that PDRM is not aware of these activities? That the IPK Selangor situated in the heart of things – in front of the Pudu Jail -  is totally ignorant of this lucrative business in Bukit Bintang?

     I tell you that they are in cahoots with the heavenly kings that control this trade. I tell you that the senior officers are receiving monthly retainers to turn a blind eye for amounts of Ringgits that would tempt many of us to want to join PDRM in droves. I tell you that this rot snakes itself from the lowest ranked constable to whoever is needed to ensure that the trade continues to thrive.

     As Sgt Schultz of Hogan Heroes said “Shoud it ever happen again I will report you to your superior officer and then to his superior officer and even to his superior officer. I will report it all the way up until it comes back to me and if I ever report it to myself…you are going to be in trouble!”

So all bases have to be covered and it starts with complicity at the highest level in PDRM.

     Where should PDRM start if they want to clean up Bukit Bintang from these activities? Pick any of these establishments. Any one of them and do a stake out in the open. Just place a police patrol car out front or at the back entrance.  Take photos of anyone visiting. That will stop all the customers from frequenting these places. When the customers stops coming – the business closes. The girls have no jobs and they will have to go back to Thailand, Cambodia, Burma, Indonesia – wherever they came from. No worries about them not being able to leave just because they have overstayed. A system already exists between them and Immigration to allow them to leave anytime they want once they have paid what the immigration officers wants to allow them to leave our country without any hassle….see how accommodating immigration can be when there is something in it for them on a personal level!

     So Mr. IGP – are you denying that you and your officer turn a blind eye to these activities? The public who frequent Bukit Bintang can see what is happening. The Public does not have to stake out any establishment. They do not have to spend hours investigating what is going on  - it is there in front of their eyes! Is PDRM idea of passive containment for mutual gain?

     I am not even going to write about Jalan Chow Kit ! If you cannot manage Bukit Bintang then let us just pretend that the drugs dealing and the flesh trade in Chow Kit does not exists. Let us just pretend that all is good in that part of town. But do not think that we do so because we are heeding your demand that we leave PDRM in peace to do their job.

     Why IGP are you telling us to let a sleeping tiger alone? That PDRM is the sleeping tiger? Huh! You stand up and talk your head off about us doing what PDRM wants us to do. You go on and on about PDRM being maligned and bad mouth by the public. Mr IGP Tan Sri Sir you choose to not see what your officers are doing. We cannot because we are at the receiving end of it all. We bear the brunt of your PDRM thugs pushing their weight around in order to line up their pockets. Your constable on the beat have to work hard for their share of our money because after all their officers are getting monthly pay-off of up to $20K to $30K a month in Bukit Bintang alone. And these are not figures I pick out of the air. Go to IPK Selangor and see for yourself what car your officer drives, what car their wives drives – and just for the fun of it – search the pockets of each and everyone in that IPK building and see what you get! 

    So much corruption. So much abuse of power. So much complicity in crimes with the criminal elements of Kuala Lumpur. And so many of your officers involved. …and you wonder why we look upon PDRM with contempt and disgust?

Gambling den’ just 1km from police HQ

The shop in Jalan BK 5A/2D, Kinrara Niaga, was shuttered when Malay Mail visited the area yesterday. The outlet in Sepang has been closed since the rape incident. — Picture by Mukhriz HazimKUALA LUMPUR, May 16 — How could the police not know that an illegal gambling den was operating just a kilometre away from the district police headquarters in Sepang?

Although the true nature of the so-called cyber cafe was exposed when security camera footage of a woman being raped went viral on social media, residents in the area were surprised police did not know about its illegal activities.

A 30-year-old contractor said he was baffled the police were in the dark about the illegal gambling den, although the shop was just a short distance from their headquarters.

“True, it might not have raised suspicions initially, but wouldn’t police take notice or know of new premises such as this operating in the area?” he said, requesting anonymity.

Let us just pretend that all is good in that part of town. But do not think that we do so because we are heeding your demand that we leave PDRM in peace to do their job.

     Why IGP are you telling us to let a sleeping tiger alone? That PDRM is the sleeping tiger? Huh! You stand up and talk your head off about us doing what PDRM wants us to do. You go on and on about PDRM being maligned and bad mouth by the public. Mr IGP Tan Sri Sir you choose to not see what your officers are doing. We cannot because we are at the receiving end of it all. We bear the brunt of your PDRM thugs pushing their weight around in order to line up their pockets. Your constable on the beat have to work hard for their share of our money because after all their officers are getting monthly pay-off of up to $20K to $30K a month in Bukit Bintang alone. And these are not figures I pick out of the air. Go to IPK Selangor and see for yourself what car your officer drives, what car their wives drives – and just for the fun of it – search the pockets of each and everyone in that IPK building and see what you get! 

    So much corruption. So much abuse of power. So much complicity in crimes with the criminal elements of Kuala Lumpur. And so many of your officers involved. …and you wonder why we look upon PDRM with contempt and disgust?

5⃣Fakta Kes

5.1 . Pada 14/01/2016 jam lebih kurang 1415hrs, pengadu merupakan seorang pengawal keselamatan bersama rakan sekerjanya bernama 'Shyam' berbangsa nepal berada di pos pengawal. Semasa pengadu sedang bertugas, telah datang sebuah M/Lori warna merah No.pendaftaran WNM7856 yang di bawa oleh (2) Lelaki bangsa Melayu dan India untuk menghantar Roti dan Air jus di mini market kondominium tersebut. Dalam lebih kurang 20 minit M/Lori tersebut di letakkan di parkir yang disediakn, kemudian telah datang sebuah kereta Jenis Mercedes Benz yang dinaiki (3) Lelaki melayu dan (1) Lelaki india yang bewarna silver No.Pendaftaran WWC8908 dan masuk ke bahagian drop off dan meletakkan kenderaan beliau disitu dengan baik bertujuan bagi menghadiri majlis. M/Kar tersebut di letakkan dibahagian parkir belakang M/Lori tersebut. Setelah dilihat Pemandu M/Lori tersebut menghantar barang-barang di minimarket tersebut, pemandu tersebut ingin beredar dan secara tiba-tiba semasa berundur beliau telah melanggar bahagian hadapan kereta mercedez tersebut. Kemudian telah berlaku pertengkaran antara pemandu lori dan juga pemandu kereta tersebut. Satu pergelutan telah berlaku diantara kedua pemandu tersebut hingga menyebabkan (4) lelaki yang tidak dikenali telah masuk campur ke dalam pergaduhan tersebut. Akibat daripada pergaduhan tersebut, pemandu lori dan pemandu kereta dilihat mengalami kecederaan.Mereka dilihat bergaduh tanpa menggunakan apa-apa senjata dan hanya menggunakan kaki dan tangan.

6⃣ Tindakan IO.

7⃣ Hasil Siasatan

- Pegawai penyiasat telah mengambil keterangan daripada mangsa sendiri iaitu Pemandu M/lori bernama Nasrul Faiz Bin Zulfahmi dan beliau menyatakan telah berlaku sedikit salah faham antara beliau bersama pemandu M/kar jenis Mercedez bernama Izakri Bin Zakaria. Mereka mengaku telah berlaku satu bergelutan semasa kejadian dan kedua-dua mereka mengalami kecederaan. Selepas pergelutan tersebut menjadi aman, kedua-dua belah pihak telah mendapat kata putus dan bersetuju menyelesaikan perkara ini dengan baik. Hal ini diselesaikan dengan cara segala kos kerugian yang dialami oleh Pemilik M/Kar jenis Mercedes Benz No pendaftaran WWC8908 akan di tanggung oleh majikan Pemandu M/Lori No pendaftaran WNM7856. Segala Kos Rawatan Pemandu Lori akan ditanggung oleh majikannya dan manakala kos rawatan pemandu kereta akan ditanggung oleh beliau sendiri. Kedua -dua belah pihak tidak membuat sebarang repot berkenaan kejadian ini kerana hal ini telah dianggap selesai dan mendapat persetujuan daripada kedua-dua belah pihak dan mereka juga tidak mahu mengambil sebarang apa-apa tindakan kepada mana-mana pihak yang terlibat.

In other words PDRM is not taking any action against those bastards who half killed their victims - the lori driver .....why?

Kita ada otak ...kita boleh fikir sendiri why the file was stamped NFA (No Further Action)! 

Enough money has been offered to the victim to keep him quiet.

This is what money can do in Malaysia...and in many other parts of the world. Do not blame the lorry driver that got beaten half to death, because for him even a few thousand dollars is a lot of money...so imagine what he is prepared to do if he has been offered tens of thousand of dollars to suffer in pain and be quiet. 

Remenber Altantuya? She was blown to pieces by people whom she did not even know....by people who do not know her too....but the deed was done. Why?

Remember Kugan, Teoh Beng Hock, Aminurasyid...all killed by the authorities who do not know any of them and have never met any of their victims until the day they killed that unfortunate individual.  

This is the Malaysia that you now live in. 

A Malaysia whose prime minister was found with RM2.6 billion in his personal bank account. 

A Malaysia whose Inspector General of Police has a daughter that sells guns and bullets - guns and bullets that may one day be used to kill his own officers. 

A Malaysia that has an Attorney General corrupt to the core who has refused to order the arrest of a prime minister also corrupt to the core. 

A Malaysia that has people...like in the video above...who thinks that they are judge, jury and executioner of any one they deem have done them wrong without fearing that the consequences of their action might somehow cause them to be punished by the authorities They think that they are the authorities.

If the driver of a datuk's Mercedes can take the law into his own hands and half kill someone and still not have the police take any action against him because his datuk boss is taking care of things.......then there is something very wrong with our country.

But as the Chinese say...the fish rots from the head down. Our leaders in government started rotting many many years ago....and what we see happening in the above video is simply that this rot that has started many years ago with leaders within BN, is now filtering down to the maggots and and worms because almost every one above them, are already rotten to the core...their datuk boss included.
