WHO OWNS TRX LAND AND BUILDING? NOT IMDB!!!


NOT ONLY DOES NAJIB STEALS FROM HIS DEAD FATHER...TUN RAZAK EXCHANGE, (TRX) SUPPOSE TO BE A MONUMENT TO HIS LATE FATHER, ARE NOW OWNED BY THE CHINESE AND CONSTRUCTION IS BEING DONE BY CHINA STATE CONSTRUCTION ENGINEERING CORPORATION.

Indon Mulia Group (Chinese owners) is the owner of TRX land & building. Even the construction has benn farmed out to a China company. 1MDB sold the land to Mulia. 

This shows 1MDB is cash strapped.

The Exchange 106

The Exchange 106 (formerly known as TRX Signature Tower) is a skyscraper under construction in Tun Razak Exchange (TRX), Kuala Lumpur, a financial and business district in Kuala Lumpur. This 106-floor building will be topped with a 48 meter, 12-storeyed high illuminated crown at its peak, for a total height of 492 meters , about 40 meters taller than the country's tallest building, the Petronas Towers.

Developed by the Mulia Group, construction began on 29 April 2016, and is set for completion in the third quarter 2018. When completed, the tower will be the tallest building in Malaysia and South East Asia and among Top 15 tallest building in the world at 492 meters until the completion of KL118. It also going to be the first ever skyscraper in South East Asia to have more than 100 storeys.
The main contractor for this project is China State Construction Engineering Corporationand this building will be the tallest building built by Chinese company outside China.
