Abbott and Costello is shocked that Malaysia's ranking in the global graft index has dropped? Just so that we are clear...Abbott is the old guy on the left and Costello is the guy on the right. Ok...back to the business at hand...Abbott and Costello are shocked! 

Well to me, Abbott seems more shocked then Costello...and not only is Abbott shocked, he seems to be out of his depth trying to make some sense of why he is sitting beside the fornicating KP of MACC. Guilt by association maybe? After all Abbott has been priding himself as being a man of principle and blab blah blah...

Abbott must be embarrass in having to grace that press conference with his presence when he knows what the KP has been up to in Bali and Hong Kong recently.    

Abbott, if truth is to be told...you are there not to grace anything because there is no grace left in your much battered self. You have already been round the block and is still whizzing around trying to gain whatever it is you think you have lost in the past few years in your dalliances with politicians who are way way more streetwise and savvy then you. And even now you are being played like a violin by that Idiot in Putrajaya...and the pity of it all is that everyone knows that you are being taken for a ride, but you don't. 

I think you are older then me...and I am not really comfortable giving you a piece of my mind....so I will cease and desist now.

Just one word of advice...you have seen how that 92 year old Tun Mahathir is still going from strength to strength on the comeback trial to try and right what is wrong in this beloved nation of ours. You, Mr Abbot is no Tun Mahathir.... so chill.  

Another Idiot in Town : Dzulkifli Ahmad...still KP of MACC.

MACC KP, Dzulkifli Ahmad is in the news this morning. Who is this Dzul? 

The same Dzul  "yang berperanan besar dalam penyiasatan isu dana RM2.6b 1MDB dan Suria Capital, bertanggungjawap membersihkan nama Perdana Menteri DS Najib Razak dan dalam kumpulan yang memberi "perkhidmatan khas" kepada Rosmah. What that "perkhidmatan khas" to Mrs idiot is all about is something I would have to leave to your imagination to work out...non-sexual I hope!

This is the same Dzul who announced late last year that MACC would name the to 10 most corrupt ministries in their new fight against graft....I am still waiting for that list!

The same Dzul who had an affair with a married women with two kids.

And now this same Dzul tells us that MACC plans :

"to create a more effective special corruption index to analyse and measure the level of corruption in the country ....a study would be carried out by an independent body as well as academicians to ensure the transparency of the index.....our own and more effective index....reality of corruption and abuse of power in the country through a local point of view"

What do you do?

Laugh hysterically as I did when Najib appointed Isa as Chairman of Felda? 

Or should I questioning the rationale of what Dzul just announced as I did when Najib appointed Sharir to replace Isa as Chairman of Felda? 

Or should I just take it as another joke that this Dzul is playing on the rakyat....the same kind of joke that Sharir played on us when he announced that the Felda land in Jalan Semarak has been returned to Felda at no costs? 

Does this KP of MACC expect us to believe that MACC, under his watch, will be able to come with a more effective special corruption index to analyse and measure the level of corruption in Malaysia better then Transparency International? Woi Dzul....kepala bapak hang punya otak lah! Go f**k yourself. 

OK...now that we have had our morning laugh at this latest caper by this randy horny  Tan Sri Dzul.....let us go back to the realities of life.....like having our morning coffee and try and start our day in a more dignified and "realistic" way.

MACC's Datuk Bahri Mohd Zin : The harrasment and intimidation have started!

steadyaku47 comment : Yesterday I posted "Tabek Tuan" in which I applauded the MACC special operations director Datuk Bahri Mohd Zin for saying out loud that MACC is "likely" to challenge the AG's decison to have Najib's "Donation" file stamped NFA (No Further action). 

Today I see that the orders are already out to intimidate and harass Datuk Bahri Mohd Zin's ......starting via his wife, Datin Noor Haslina Abdullah. What is next?  

This has been SOP of those who do the bidding of their political masters. Let us hope that there will still be many among us who will say "enough is enough" and no amount of harassment and intimidation will dissuade them from doing what they must to rid us all of this obnoxious, corrupt and bullying Najib led BN government!

 

Bolehkah Isteri Pegawai SPRM Dedahkan Rahsia Kerajaan Di Facebook?

PADA 3 Ogos 2015 yang lalu, Pengarah Bahagian Operasi Suruhanjaya Pencegahan Rasuah Malaysia (SPRM), Datuk Bahri Mohamad Zain telah membuat suatu kejutan dengan berkata “saya rasa pihak Polis tak akan buat kerja gila begini kecuali ada pihak lain memaksa pihak Polis melakukannya,” yang diterbitkan oleh The Malaysian Insider.

Ingatkan isu Datuk Bahri ini akan sepi dan mengalah begitu sahaja sejurus apabila Peguam Negara, Tan Sri Mohamed Apandi Ali telah membuat kenyataan rasmi kes dana RM2.6 bilion dan SRC International Sdn Bhd ditutup.

Namun disebalik itu dia ‘kembali’ membuat serangan kali kedua keatas kerajaan khususnya Perdana Menteri, Datuk Seri Mohd Najib Tun Razak.

Dengan tidak menunggu komen atau jawapan dari Ketua Pesuruhjaya SPRM, Bahri terus membuat kenyataan secara tiba-tiba bahawa pihaknya (SPRM) akan sedaya upaya menyiasat Najib Razak juga dalam kes dana RM2.6 bilion dan SRC International Sdn Bhd.

Itu satu hal yang sudah ramai ketahui, tetapi ada lagi satu hal yang mungkin orang ramai masih tidak tahu iaitu mengenai isteri kepada Bahri yang seolah-olah menjadi cybertroopers buat suaminya di media sosial menyerang dan memaki hamun Najib Razak.

Isteri Bahri, Datin Noor Haslina Abdullah antara orang yang paling banyak mengeluarkan status di Facebook menghentam Kerajaan, Peguam Negara dan Perdana Menteri baru-baru ini khususnya mengenai isu berkenaan.

Ya tidak hairanlah seorang isteri memberi sokongan tidak berbelah bahagi terhadap suaminya, namun tindakan Noor Haslina dalam Facebook dilihat amat keterlaluan dan bukan lagi untuk menyatakan sokongan terhadap suaminya tersebut.

Penggunaan ayat dan komen-komen Noor Haslina di Facebook amatlah teruk dan kasar dalam memaki hamun Kerajaan khususnya Perdana Menteri.

Malah dia juga menggunakan portal-portal pembangkang sebagai rujukan utamanya dalam mencari maklumat, seterusnya menjadi modal kepada status Facebooknya untuk menjatuhkan imej Najib Razak, ia tidak nampak seperti mahu memberi sokongan kepada suami, tetapi ia dilihat sama seperti penyerang Najib Razak yang lain dalam isu ini.

Sebagai contoh, Tony Pua, Rafizi Ramli, Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamed, para penyokong pembangkang dan para penyokong Mahathir yang menggunakan Facebook memaki hamun Najib Razak mengenai isu ini.

Jika diamati dan dibaca pada beberapa status Facebooknya, Noor Haslina seolah-olah meletakkan dirinya dan suaminya sahaja lah yang paling benar dan tiada orang lain yang berada di landasan kebenaran kecuali mereka berdua semata-mata.

Ayat-ayatnya juga seolah-olah hanya dia dan suaminya sahaja yang ada Tuhan, sedangkan pihak ‘lawan’ mereka seperti Tan Sri Mohamed Apandi Ali, Perdana Menteri dan Kerajaan Malaysia hanya ada kuasa namun tiada Tuhan. Adakah ini cakap orang yang cerdik dan beriman?

Satu lagi perkara yang menimbulkan rasa sangsi antara mereka berdua ini ialah, bolehkah seorang pengarah atau pegawai penyiasat menceritakan mengenai bahan-bahan siasatan dan keterangan rahsia sesuatu kes yang sedang berlangsung itu kepada si isteri di rumah?

Mana nilai integriti yang wajib dipegang dan digalas oleh semua penjawat awam dalam menjalankan tugas dan amanah mereka kepada rakyat dan negara?

Sekiranya Bahri menggunakan bahan-bahan penyiasatannya sebagai salah satu modal untuk ‘pillow talk‘ dengan isterinya, ini bermakna nilai integriti dan sumpah simpan rahsia kerajaan di dalam dirinya itu amat tipis.

Selain daripada penyokong pembangkang yang banyak berkongsi cerita dari portal pembangkang dan bersetuju dengan kenyataan-kenyataan pembangkang, Noor Haslina juga dilihat menyokong Mukhriz Mahathir walaupun dia bukanlah anak Kedah dan cukup minat dalam hal ehwal politik Malaysia.

Dari gambaran awal dan pemerhatian ini, ternyata Noor Haslina bukan memperjuangkan sokongan terhadap suaminya semata-mata, tetapi dia sebenarnya anti kepada Najib Razak dan mungkin kepada Kerajaan Malaysia.

Namun, persoalan awal yang terus ingin ditanya adalah, bolehkah penjawat awam menceritakan segala rahsia Kerajaan kepada isteri dan bolehkah si isteri menceritakan rahsia-rahsia Kerajaan di media sosial?

MACC likely to appeal A-G's decision

KUALA LUMPUR: The Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) will likely appeal the Attorney-General's decision absolving Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak of criminal offences over a RM2.6bil donation and RM4bil Government loan in 2011 to SRC International.

MACC special operations director Datuk Bahri Mohd Zin (pic) said late Tuesday that it was "most likely" that the Commission would consider appealing the A-G to reconsider its decision in the "straightforward case."

Attorney-General Tan Sri Mohamed Apandi Ali earlier absolved Najib of any criminal wrongdoing in relation to the two investigations.

Apandi said he found no evidence to show that the donation was "an inducement or reward for doing or forbearing to do anything in relation to his capacity as Prime Minister."

Bahri was one of the MACC directors that was transferred to the Prime Minister's Department on Aug 7, 2015. He was later reinstated to his original post three days later.

Apandi had on Tuesday said that documents showed US$681mil (RM2.08bil) was transferred to Najib's personal accounts between March 22 and April 10, 2013 from the Saudi royal family, and had returned US$620mil (RM2.03bil) in August 2013 as the funds had not been put to use.

On the SRC International case, Apandi said there was no evidence that Najib had abused his position during a Cabinet meeting that approved a Government guarantee on the loan from Retirement Fund Inc, a pension fund.

There are 40,00 illegals working as Guards in Malaysia....I shudder to think how many of those 40,000,  are carrying weapon as part of their work....what is MACC doing about that?

 

PDRM are raking in the money from bribes and "protection money" from massage parlors and prostitutes dens scattered all over KL. What is MACC doing about that?

 

Immigration, Customs, JPJ....any damm government department that deal with serving and servicing the needs of the public are all treating the rakyat as their private ATM open 24 hours! What is MACC doing about that?

 

Go to any Minister's Office and check the drawers of his Political Secretary and his gate keepers and you will find their drawers overflowing with CASH! Check their pockets, their briefcase and their Bank Accounts....money money everywhere!

 

So what gave those PTG officers in Pahang away? How did MACC found out that they were corrupt?

 

Was it because Pahang had been ravaged by these illegal bauxite operators with impunity without the authority doing anything about it?

 

 

Or was it because fishes were dying in the rivers of Pahang? Sudah check apa pasal Fisheries Department diam aja?

Was it because  the sea off Kuantan was already turning red ? Sudah check pasal apa ni berlaku?

So really MACC when you caught those PTG guys with their hands in the cookie jar it is no surprise to the poor long suffering people of Kuantan. They have known for a long long time that the PTG, the MB's office, the Sultan, PDRM, JPJ etc etc are part of the problems  - they are not the people who are going to solve the problem of those legal and illegal bauxite mining in Pahang.  

 

Maybe you should check why your MACC officers took so long to find out about the corrupt PTG guys.....jangan marah ya....just pointing out the obvious so that you can put your house in order first before you go after the others!

MACC: Family members of Cabinet ministers have to declare assets soon

PUTRAJAYA: Spouses and family members of Cabinet Ministers will soon be required to declare their assets to the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) to ensure integrity in the administration of the government.

MACC advisory panel chairman Puan Sri Zaitun Zawiyah Puteh told reporters at the MACC headquarters here on Wednesday that Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak had agreed in principle to this and hoped it would be implemented soon.

"Spouses and family members of those in the Federal administration will also be required to do the same.

"The family members will have to declare all their assets via a statutory declaration to make it easier for MACC to launch any investigations when needed,” she added.

Currently, Cabinet Ministers only have to declare their assets to the Prime Minister's Office annually, but the declarations are not made public.

KUALA LUMPUR, Sept 26 — The Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) has been “100 per cent” cleared of blame by the coroner’s court when it ruled that a Customs officer’s death in the graftbuster’s Kuala Lumpur office was by misadventure, the commission’s lawyer said today.

Prominent lawyer Datuk Seri Muhammad Shafee Abdullah, who was hired to act for the national anti-graft body, beamed as he told reporters his client has been fully absolved by the verdict on the death of Ahmad Sarbaini Mohamed.

However, the prominent lawyer said he agreed with coroner Aizatul Akmal Maharani’s observation that an MACC officer named “Kamal” had been negligent in his duty for leaving the former Customs assistant director alone at its Jalan Cochrane headquarters.

“He should not have left a person for even one second,” Muhammad Shafee said, after the verdict announcement, adding that he would advise MACC to act on the coroner’s remark.

“For sure there’ll be a follow-up on Kamal,” the lawyer told reporters.

Dey SHAFEE! ....what does that verdict absolved MACC of? Just what do you bastard think it absolved MACC off? Let me tell you what it absolved MACC of. It absolved MACC of nothing Zilch! Zero! Naught! MACC is still a running dog of the Barisan Nasional government as you are! MACC is still that bumbling extension of Barisan Nasional that is not even able to learn from what happened to Teoh Beng Hock! MACC is a flacid penis that is incapable of doing the job it was suppose to do!

A polite term used to describe a penis that is long, floppy, and blood-filled, but dose not stand out and proud like a normal erection.

Remember Teoh Beng Hock? That thirty three year old Chinese guy that was found sprawled on the rooftop of a building adjacent to the MACC office? Teoh Beng Hock’s death was suicide – so say the Commission of Inquiry!Huh!

Now the coroner’s court tells us that this Malay Custom Officers death was a misadventure. Do you think we expect anything less? And you tell us that the MACC has been “100 per cent” cleared of blame….yes cleared of blame but not of negligence!

Let me tell you what the public thinks. Teoh Beng Hock’s  death in custody is murder. Another death in custody is “if it works once, why not do it again!”. And it fills me with contempt and utter loathing to see you walk smilingly and  arrogantly out of that court thinking that you have been victorious in absolving MACC of any blame in the death of Ahmad Sarbaini Mohamed.

You are the very personification of the arrogance that UMNO exhibits. Did it not cross your mind that it would have been polite and the decent thing to do to walk out quietly and solemnly to show respect to Ahmad Sarbaini family? I guess that never crossed your putrid mind. How could it cross your mind when what was foremost in your mind must have been what you could now extract from UMNO for your “success” against the late Ahmad Sarbaini Mohamed and his family.

It would do you some good Shafee if you understand that humility and good grace does you no harm. If anything it would allow us to give you just that bit of leeway as someone who was just doing his job! My contempt for you as a human being is not helped when I see you gloating over the tragedy of a family that has just lost a loved one in the manner they did. May ALLAH give you the grace to be humble in victory….if defending a failed and negligent MACC can be called a victory!

NST Monday, September 26, 2011 reported that the three MACC officers involved in the extortion-cum-robbery at KLIA on September 15 has been transferred to a ‘desk job’ and that the MACC is conducting an internal investigation into the case.

I just simply cannot understand what a ‘desk job’ means, and why should the MACC be allowed to conduct an internal investigation when the case is clearly criminal in nature. Isn’t this not going to be a police case or are the police waiting for the MACC to file a report first before they (police) take on the case? Or is it because the MACC officers are government salaried; hence they have the luxury of time and the case is at the pleasure of the MACC.

What if it was done by someone else or that it was done by me? I am quite sure I will be placed in a police cell without haste and denied off my worldly benefits; with the exception of the air around me. I know too that I will be abused to solicit a confession and the case speedily presented to the court, tried and incarcerated in Sg. Buloh prison. That is the privilege one gets being a no body.

Base on what I know being a retired government servant, a case like this that is criminal in nature should have been handed over to the police with an accompanying police report. I think the MACC are experts at making a police report, but in this particular case involving their own officers, they are somewhat hesitant in filing a police report. Why do they need to do an internal investigation is mind boggling. This should rightfully be a police responsibility and not theirs. You and I know that an internal investigation is usually flawed and lopsided, and any incriminating evidence that goes against the department is usually shielded off. I have heard this done too often.

Now, taking the three ‘thieves’ off their appointment and placing them to a ‘desk job’ is also something I cannot understand. If I was the MACC Director, I would have suspended the three ‘thieves’ and imposed a loss of earnings and benefits until such time the case is resolved by the court. I do not know what are the regulations and procedures to be taken on government officers involved in criminal activities, but certainly I don’t believe the action taken by MACC is correct.

I am told that the stolen cash of about RM1 million is still not found, and the remaining two honourable ‘thieves’ are still missing. Or are they now enjoying their loot in Casablanca, Paris or Les Vegas?

MACC certainly has a long way to go to redeem their lost pride and public confidence. I most certainly have lost confidence in the MACC, and don’t blame me and the rest. And just ask the Singapore money changer if they can trust the MACC.


CRUSADE AGAINST CORRUPTION

It looks like the General Election is truly on its way! UMNO has started to roll out some its aces – The Carcosa Tapes, Deepak and Gods know what other odious and sleazy tales they have waiting in the filthy vaults of dirt tricks that they have. But as always, GOD is great. Just as UMNO is trying to say Get Set, Ready and Go….along comes something that is not in the script. Well at least not in UMNO’s script but in the script of life. In this case another “incident” at par with Altantuya, Kugan, Teoh Beng Hock, Aminurasyid…and now into our sad history comes another name that will not go away for UMNO and unfortunately MACC:

And with this “incident” we the forgotten people, the Rakyat of Malaysia will need to be placated because another conspiracy of the Barisan Government against its own people in the guise of MACC has stupidly shot itself in its own foot!. Huh! Never a dull moment with these farcical silap mata done by these Barisan Politicians in the name of 1 Malaysia! 

With hands on his heart Najib will stand in front of all of us and solemnly declare the usual “no stone unturned investigation” and “all those guilty will be punished” statement. Another RCI perhaps? After all these UMNO goons are already clamoring for a RCI for that Carcosa Tape “incident with Anwar! Or maybe not an RCI for Ahmad Sarbani Mohamed because to these UMNO leaders a death is not as important as getting to the bottom of someone having sex – they must get their wrapped sense of priorities right!

Let us see how Najib excuse, condone or tolerate this latest “incident” by MACC. What strongly principled decision will be made by our Prime Minister to expose MACC for what it really is – another sordid weapon conjured up by UMNO to try and ensure electoral success? And all those doing the work for UMNO within MACC will be richly rewarded when the time comes. But you know, I know and UMNO knows that MACC Chief, Abu Kassim Mohamed, is now living on borrowed time in as far as his tenure in MACC is concerned! He knows that he has allowed his officers to act without regard to the rule of law and the right of the individual to justice and a fair hearing and it does not take political courage for Najib to dismiss him….after all he has now become a liability to UMNO.

And so the theatre of deceit, lies, arrogance, money politics and all that sleaze and filth that has characterized UMNO’s and Barisan rule ever since Mahathir’s time continues on its merry way. We await the next “incident:”  - scripted or not – to come into our conciousness…..but Ya ALLAH let no more unnecessary death accompany these incidents. The forgotten Rakyat have suffered enough!
