Why the Indians should vote for PH....

You can fool some people some of the times and fool some people all the time but you cannot fool all the people all the time...but the Indian Malaysian people have been fooled all the time by Umno.....so this time around vote PH.

M. Manogaran : "You can fool some people some of the times and fool some people all the time but you cannot fool all the people all the time`. The Indian Malaysian people have been fooled all the time"

Indians in Malaysia suffer same fate as Gatco settlers.
1. The government recently announced the Malaysian Indian Blueprint to purportedly solve the problems faced by the Indian community. However Gatco settlers are left to fight the authorities and the Company claiming the right over the peoples`s land. About two weeks ago many of the settlers some of whom were between fifty and seventy years old were remanded for three days by the police unnecessarily more to punish them rather than for investigation purposes. The police could have released all of them on police bail after taking their statements. But they were treated like common criminals. Again Indian Malaysians are kicked around like football.
2. The Gatco problem has been going on since 1983. In about 1978 the people bought their lands by paying about RM7000 each. Sugar cane was planted and the people were supposed to be enjoying the returns but till to date they have been chased out, beaten, bullied and they are still suffering. No one seems to be able to help them. They have approached the then Mentri Besar and the present Menteri Besar. The also approached MIC and Samy Vellu but all attempts to save their lands has failed. They protested in front of the Prime Minister`s office but that that too has failed.
3. This is why we are always suspicious of blueprints by the government. The government is not serious. So it is true that the blueprint is an election gimmick. All the monies the government is giving to the Indian community is an eyewash. No one really cares about us. Otherwise why are the Gatco settlers still suffering. The Gatco settlers have been faithfully voting for the Barisan Nasional (BN) for so many years. That is their right to vote for whoever they want but the question remains as to why the people who had faithfully voted for BN are treated like criminals. This is why we say the MIC is useless.
4. We do not need UMNO to give the Indians problems. We Indians give our own Indian people problems. The Company the Gatco settlers are fighting is an Indian Company. Why is this Indian owned Company giving the settlers a hard time including being beaten up by gangsters and being arrested by the police? When will their suffering end for they have endured hardship for more than thirty years. Indian companies should be more sympathetic to their very own race. How can we tolerate when old people are beaten up by gangsters and arrested and remanded by the police in lock ups?
5. The Indians contributed so much to the development of this country and yet they are treated like dogs. Felda settlers are given so much of attention where even when felda makes loses the Prime Minister pays them money and writes off their loans. Gatco is not the only case. The Temiang estate near Seremban is also a pathetic case where about 160 Indian families bought 10,000 square feet of land each in 1972. An Indian company promised all of them that small bungalows will be built. The people took loans to pay the company and in the end after so many years what they got were low cost houses very cheaply built on about 1500 sq.ft. What happened to their remaining 8500 sq ft?
6. Indians in Malaysia are a very tolerant lot. No matter how much they are abused and misused they have been largely faithful to the BN government. Hindraf came and managed to change their mindset. Whatever good Hindraf did is now not enough. We need permanent mindset changes. Indians must realise that being a minority community we will always be overlooked. That is a fact of life. The tragedy is our own community leaders claiming to represent and defend our rights will always play us out and that is what has been happening for the past many many years.
7. The 14th General Elections is coming soon. We Indians need just one main reason not to vote for BN. The ill treatment of Gatco Indians is one reason enough for us to reject BN. I will not be worried whether Pakatan Harapan (PH) will take care of us. For me the devil which has caused my community so much of problems must be voted out of power first. To vote a government out of power is a valid and legal democratic exercise. Indians must exercise this right. If Indians can continue to get what they are getting under PH state governments in Selangor and Penang, that is good enough compared with what we have not been getting under the BN Federal government for the past sixty years since independence.
8. About five estates comprising almost three hundred families in Bukit Tagar, Selangor will soon be chased out of their houses without alternative housing and without just compensation. For years the beleaguered community has been chased out of estates where they have toiled and worked for generations since pre merdeka in the name of development. We are not against sustainable development but the transition must be fair and proper, It is unjust to just chase out the estate workers suddenly branding them as squatters overnight. This is the plight of Indians all over the country for years and yet there are selfish Indians who vote for BN at every elections just because of personal greed and self interest. Why not once and for all we Indians teach the BN a lesson they will never forget. And the best legal way is to vote them out of Federal power.
9. When the General Election comes, BN will do what they know best, that is give out goody bags, money ,rice bags and cheap hampers. There will be carnivals and grand shows. In Cameron Highlands last week they brought in a joker known as Leonie as a big show as though Leonie can solve the Indian problems like Gatco. Indians must not fall for these kind of cheap treats. Even if you must attend these cheap shows for free do not give your precious vote to BN. It is an insult to Indians that they (BN) expect us to vote for them by having such Leonie shows. We must demand for our rights instead. We must demand for the rights of Gatco people. We cannot take things for granted that the tragedy that befell the Gatco prople will not fall on our families next time. Swami Vivekananda once said, `He who lives for others alone lives, the rest are more dead than alive`.
10. So rise up my fellow Indians and show BN that we are not fools. The sixteenth American president, Abraham Lincoln said,`you can fool some people some of the times and fool some people all the time but you cannot fool all the people all the time`. The Indian Malaysian people have been fooled all the time since independence and the latest gimmick is the Malaysian Indian Blueprint. If Indians continue to give support to BN which cannot even solve the Gatco people`s problem for more than thirty years why then vote for them. Indians must remember that they can be the decider voters in about fifty four Parliamentary constituencies out of the two hundred and twenty two constituencies. In other words we can influence or control the outcome in almost one quater of our Parliamentary constituencies. We have been foolishly giving our votes blindly to BN which cant even solve Gatco problem not to mention the so many other problems the community is facing. Let us learn our lesson and vote wisely in the coming General elections for the sake of our children and future generations.

M Manogaran : Why the Malaysian Indian Blueprint (MIB ) will fail.

The Prime Minister launched yet again another blue print for Indian Malaysians yesterday in Kuala Lumpur.

1.This new MIB is nothing more than an election gimmick.The trend is always the same, announcing something very grand for the Indians on the eve of a coming General Elections (GE14).

2. There is no sincerity.
It is very much doubtful whether the PM is sincere as his main motive is to get the Indian votes for the GE14. There is no love or affection by UMNO leaders for Indians.When you are not sincere you will not deliver the goods.

3. MIC is a shameless party.On their own they cannot do anything for the community.If the PM is serious about the MIB he will not use MIC to achieve the objectives of MIB. MIC is a failed party and
again they will use the MIB fully to hoodwink the poor Indian community to get their votes.

4.MIC has failed many times and again the PM has tasked the MIC president to head the implementation of the MIB.The MIC president is an inefficient president and by the time the goodies reach the poor Indian people most of the funds would be leaked and sucked up by the forever greedy MIC members.

5. In 1974 MIC came up with a blueprint for the Indians. Now they are saying the 1974 blueprint was vague and could not be carried out.This is a lie as the 1974 blueprint was never meant to be implemented.

I call upon all Indians not to be fooled by the PM and MIC. This is nothing more than a election gimmick to get Indian votes.
Why not give an immediate allocation of RM1 Billion for the Indian community to be managed by an independent professional body, company or organisation to carry out immediate programmes for the community?

Why must there be a 10 year blueprint when we are 60 years behind time.

I would not blame MIC entirely as they are deadwoods seeking for survival but I call upon the PM to not insult the Indians time and again to only get their votes.

The Indians must reject BN in the GE14 as I am very sure that after the GE14 there will be no MIB and the Indians will be fooled again.

We Indians must wake up and stop dreaming about this so called MIB.

najib thinks he can fool all of the Indians some of the time, and some of the Indians all of the time....but he cannot fool all the Indians all the time!

Najib ni betul tak ada class lah. Dah lah bini second hand...cara dia nak cuba dapat vote orang Hindu pon cara bodoh!

Who are the idiots advising najib razak? Or does najib razak think of all these things that he is now doing in India all by himself? If he does think about all these things himself, then he is indeed stupid! And to stupid, add moron and imbecile!

The election is close. Like the last election, he wants to get the Indians on side. We all remember what he did in the last election....he made promises to the Indians, got Hindraf and Waytha on side, got their support and votes...made Waytha a Deputy Minister even....and then after the election, najib proceeded to revert back to ignoring the Indians and whatever he had promised them he will do for the Indians went down the drain.

Now he cannot go down the same path that he did with Hindraf and Wayth because they are not going to fall for the same scam again.....so this time around he starts with a trip to India. He poses with the Super star. Then release a statement "Without Indians, Malaysia won't be what it is today".

Najib: Without Indians, Malaysia won’t be what it is today

 | April 1, 2017
The prime minister lauds the contributions of Malaysian Indians to the nation and talks about the warm relations between Malaysia and India, in an opinion piece.
PETALING JAYA: Prime Minister Najib Razak has paid a grand tribute to the contributions of Malaysians of Indian origin. He says the country would not be doing so well if not for Malaysian Indians, in an opinion piece in The Hindustan Times of India. Saying Malaysia has the highest percentage of the Indian diaspora outside India, with fully 7% of the population being of Indian origin, he adds: “And these Malaysian Indians have played a vital role in building our country.” He adds: “I can truly say that without Malaysian Indians, Malaysia simply would not be what it is today, and they constitute a very special reason why it is so natural for our two countries to forge ever closer and friendlier relations.”

I hope, the Indians will not forget what happened just a month ago when he stood by and allowed two Indian brothers to be executed two days before their pre determined date of execution. That is what najib thinks of the Indians....he did not think that executing the two brothers two days before their pre determined date of execution would upset any Indians.... not even the loved ones of the two that was executed!

There is no 'Ketuanan Melayu' because the lineage of Melaka Sultans are Indians, not Malays. In the Javanese Language, the word “Melayu” means “A Fugitive”.

Steadyaku47 comment : This is an article on "True Malaysian History". The author is not known to me.

Do we, as Malaysians, really know our country's history? Or has it subverted to suit the idealogical needs of the Malay community?

For too long our government has systematically been wiping out any references to a famous Melaka prince as being Hindu and belonging to the powerful Sri Vijaya Hindu empire. Instead our chidren are being taught that Parameswara was a Malay prince.
What race ruled or did not rule is besides the point.What is important is not butchering history to create your own truths. You cannot change your race even if you convert.  Parameswara could have been responsible for Umno's stupid and false sense of heritage through 'Ketuanan Melayu'. If this is what it is based on, there is no 'Ketuanan Melayu' because the lineage of Melaka Sultans are Indians, not Malays. It is no secret that Parameswara was an Indian and a Hindu prince. It is clear from records that Parameswara never converted to Islam. He was an Indian Hindu who fled Palembang in Sumatra to eventually found Melaka circa 1400 AD and start the entire Malaysian royalty. Malaysia 's royalty was and is of Hindu/India origin. On the other hand it was Sri Maharaja who converted himself and the court of Melaka to Islam, and as a result took on the name of Sultan Muhammad Shah sometime after 1435.
The most famous of Indian Hindu Kings were Rajaraja Chola and his son Rajendra Chola who invaded Southern Thailand, Kedah, Perak, Johor and Sumatra about 1000 AD. This is Raja-raja Chola - the Indian/Hindu kings and not Raja Chulan - a Malay king.
But what is really sad is that our children are taught as though Malaysian history suddenly began in 1400 with an Islamic Melaka. Even the Malays themselves are being cheated by UMNO into believing that everything started around 1400. We are also led to believe that the Indians and Chinese first arrived on the shores of Malaysia only in around 1850 as desperate indentured labourers, farmers and miners. Nothing could be further from the truth.
The cultural influences of India in particular and China, in South East Asia span over 2,000 years starting perhaps with the arrival from India of the Brahmanical prince/scholar - Aji Saka in Java in AD 78, through to Vietnam, Cambodia (Indo China), Thailand, Burma, Indonesia, Bali, Borneo, Brunei and beyond. Malay culture is Indian culture. In fact the whole of South East Asian culture is Indian culture.
The findings at Bujang Valley speak of an ancient Indian/Hindu presence in Kedah. There were Chinese settlements in Pahang and Kelantan around the 13th -14th century and in 12th century in Singapore The early Brunei Sultanate had a Chinese Queen. One need not ponder at length the implications of Angkor Wat and Borobudur or that 60% -70% of Bahasa Malaysia comprises Sanskrit/Tamil words. But ALL of these are hidden away from the rakyat including the Malays themselves so the Malays in particular grow up with limited knowledge of their own country and heritage.
To illustrate, some of these words are
bumi = boomi
putra = putran
raja = rajah
desa = thesam
syakti = sakthi
kolam = kulam
bahaya = abahya
jaya = jeya
maha = maha
aneka = aneha
nadi = naadi
kedai = kadai
mahligai = maaligai
mantra = manthrum
menteri = manteri

(This list can go on and it is true because Tamil and Sanskrit are about 5, 000 years old)
An extremely important archeological finding that pointed to one of the greatest empires in history - the Raja Cholan empire that ruled from the Maldives through India , Sri Lanka and right down to South East Asia found deep in the jungles of Johor a few years ago and made headlines in the mainstream newspapers in 2005, suddenly disappeared from the news. The time has arrived for us to record our history as the facts tell us and not as we would like to wish it for. The truth will never hurt anyone. Lies, always will.
