Steadyaku47 is a labour of love. I was determined that if this is to be my last posting in 2012, then I must not disappoint you….what more myself!
I have tried so very hard to come up with something clever to share with you all at the end of 2012. Something that would test your mental faculties and challenge your academic prowess. I must confess that I was intimidated by the many postings on the net that had the same idea. Some funny, some cleaver and some serious. But none had much relevance to Malaysia.
If it had relevance to Malaysia none had relevance to politics. And if it had relevance to politics none had relevance to UMNO. And if there was some relevance to Malaysia, to politics and to UMNO, none had relevance to Mahathir, Najib, Muhyiddin, Nazri, Hishamuddin and their peers.
I say all this to make you understand that I take this task of finding something ‘interesting’ to post at the end of 2012 that would be relevant to Malaysia, to politics, to UMNO and to those in UMNO who are its leaders, very seriously.
Any lesser man would have given up long ago. Any other blogger would have just cut and paste “DESDERITA” and commented on its relevance to life, life experiences etc etc. The learned ones would quote Shakespeare or borrowd Kennedy’s “Ask not what your country can do, ask what you can do for your country” or Martin Luther’s “I have dream ….” speech.
I did think about doing likewise but then I would be remiss if I were to do so because steadyaku47 is a labour of love and I was determined that if this was to be my last posting in 2012, then I must not disappoint any of you….what more myself! After 10 minutes of thinking this is what I came up with:
ONE QUESTION I WOULD LIKE TO ASK ALL THESE UMNO LEADERS.....
“Be careful not to mistake insecurity and inadequacy for humility! Humility has nothing to do with the insecure and inadequate! Just like arrogance has nothing to do with greatness!”
― C. JoyBell C.
“Wallahi, Wabillahi, Watallahi (with Allah as my witness), I swear I do not know or have any connection with the Mongolian woman,”
"I am Malay first, but being Malay doesn't mean I am not Malaysian,"
When you meet this Minister your
first impression may be that he is a
pompous, arrogant and obnoxious ass of a man....
but once you get to know him you
will find that he really is a pompous, arrogant and obnoxious ass of a man!
GUEST ARTIST NUMBER ONE
This guy is here because his father was once PM and his cousin is now PM. He will never be PM!
GUEST ARTIST NUMBER TWO
My Question to each of them?
Out of 100,000 sperm, you were the fastest?
Happy New Year Everyone!
A passenger airliner has careered off a runway at Russia's third-busiest airport, killing four people.
There were eight to twelve people aboard the Tu-204 belonging to Russian airline Red Wings. The aircraft broke up and burst into flames in the crash on Saturday.
Emergency officials said several people were in critical or serious condition. Interior Ministry spokesman Gennady Bogachev told the state TV news channel Vesti that two people were killed.
Vesti showed photos of the plane's wreckage, with the cockpit clearly sheared off from the fuselage and a large chunk gashed out near the tail.
The crash occurred in light snow, but other details were not immediately known. Initial reports said the plane crashed while landing, but later reports indicated it was trying to take off.

There had been no previous fatal accidents reported for Tu-204s, which entered commercial service in 1995. The plane is a twin-engine mid-range jet with a capacity of about 210 passengers.
Vnukovo, on the southern outskirts of Moscow, is one of the Russian capital's three international airports. The airport was closed after the crash and flights were rerouted to Moscow's other airports, Sheremetyevo and Domodedovo.

Authorities in India have been preparing for the possibility her death could ignite more protests after riot police were deployed on the capital's streets in the wake of the attack amid simmering anger at the daily dangers women face.
The 23-year-old was airlifted to Singapore on Thursday after she was attacked by six men on a bus in New Delhi on December 16, raped, hit with an iron bar, and thrown from the vehicle.
Some Indian medics had criticised the decision to move her.
"We are very sad to report that the patient passed away peacefully at 4.45 am (2045 GMT) on 29 December 2012," Kelvin Loh, the chief executive of Singapore's Mount Elizabeth Hospital, said in a statement.
"Her family and officials from the High Commission of India were by her side."
The woman had remained in an extremely critical condition since being admitted to the hospital, Loh said, with doctors mounting a last-ditch battle overnight to save her life.
"Despite all efforts by a team of eight specialists in Mount Elizabeth Hospital to keep her stable, her condition continued to deteriorate over these two days," Loh said.
"She had suffered from severe organ failure following serious injuries to her body and brain. She was courageous in fighting for her life for so long against the odds, but the trauma to her body was too severe for her to overcome."
India's High Commissioner to Singapore T.C.A. Raghavan said the woman's family was "shattered" by her death.
"The scale of her injuries (was) very great," Raghavan told reporters at the hospital.
"It was very trying for the family. The girl of course was unconscious... I must say they (the family) bore the entire process with a great deal of fortitude and a great deal of courage."
He said arrangements were being made for the body to be returned to India in line with the family's wishes.
The decision to fly her out of the country by air ambulance was taken at a meeting of Prime Minister Manmohan Singh's cabinet on Wednesday and the government had promised to pay all her medical bills.
Home Minister Sushilkumar Shinde said the government's only concern was to ensure the victim received "the best treatment possible".
But Indian newspapers suggested the authorities, who have struggled to contain the nationwide protests over the attack, were keen to have her transferred out of the country.
An unnamed doctor who was part of a team of experts consulted about the transfer told The Hindu newspaper they had only been asked whether it was safe to move her and not whether it was the best course of action.
"The question was not whether there were any deficiencies in treatment that would be met by moving her... She was being given the best possible care," the doctor was quoted as saying.
Samiran Nundy, chairman of the organ transplant and gastro-surgery department of Delhi's Sir Ganga Ram Hospital, told the paper the transfer made little sense.
"I just can't understand why a critically ill patient with infection in blood and body, high grade fever and on the ventilator is being transferred," he said.
Singh has ordered an official inquiry into the gang-rape and new laws to protect women as well as stiffer penalties for the worst sex crimes.
And he said Delhi police would soon launch a drive to recruit more female officers as a confidence-building measure.
The government has also announced plans to post the photos, names and addresses of convicted rapists on official websites to publicly shame them. The campaign will begin in Delhi, which has been dubbed India's "rape capital".
India was rocked by a wave of protests in the week after the attack, prompting authorities to seal off large parts of the capital and to deploy riot police with water cannons and tear gas.
The Delhi gang-rape has shone the spotlight on a crime that occurs on a daily basis in India, with most such assaults taking place in rural areas.Police said on Friday that a 15-year-old schoolgirl had her throat slit after being gang-raped in the Pali Muqimpure area of Uttar Pradesh state. A hunt has been launched for three youths after the attack the previous day.
Today I am going to write about Dumb and Dumber…and Deepak is both of them. For a few days last week some of you thought that he was going to be the caped crusader of truth fighting against the injustice that abounds in the corridors of power in Putrajaya……turns out that he was just after a pay cheque…and a big one at that!
Aku dah cakap dulu kapada Anwar…..steadylah! You should know that one in three Malaysians suffer from mental health illness. Najib seems to be okay. You seem to be okay. So it must be Deepak! Stay away from him brother!
I don’t really think that this Deepak is as stupid as he looks. Nobody can be that stupid! I want to tell Najib and Anwar this. Politics is how both of you cari makan. It is your rice bowl. Please never trust a dog like Deepak to watch over your food.
And before any of you put in your two cents worth about this matter let us just accept that this sale of Deepak’s business to LTAT is a willing buyer willing seller business transaction in which we have no business to interfere. There has already been a high profile precedent about this “willing buyer willing seller thing” - the Khir Toyo case - and just because it went against Toyo in that case it does not follow that the same will happen with Deepak. Yes it may go the same way but it does not mean that it will! The difference between “it may happen and will happen” is of course the political will of this Barisan Nasional government…but that is another fairy tale for another day.
For the past few weeks Deepak have been singing away like a canary drunk on toddy about his sister Rosmah and his part in Bala SD whenever a crowd of more than one gathers around him! A lot of talking about doing this and doing that and a lot of talking about exposing this and exposing that. Deepak talk is cheap…and so are you! And Deepak whatever you do please do not expose yourself! Just that thought must have made Najib and Rosmah upset!
Looking at the number of people that will want to “talk” with you about what you were really up to in these last few weeks I would think that this would be an excellent time for you to go missing.
You have played everyone like a violin even better than Paganini! And with everyone I mean Najib, Rosmah, Barisan Nasional, Pakatan Rakyat, the main stream media, the not so main stream media, the electronic media and a critical mass of gullible Malaysians population who were hanging onto your every word….and that was what you continue to do to all of them…keep them hanging on! God help you if any them corners you in a blind alley in the dark!
The only reason that I am upset with Deepak is just this. If he does goes AWOL he will be depriving a village somewhere out of their village idiot.
We have already seen the usual suspects doubting the decision by LTAT to purchase Deepak’s Astacanggih Sdn Bhd (there is that word again….canggih….it is always there when the Ministry of Defence is mentioned….kapal terbang canggih, kereta kebal canggih, submarine canggih, commission canggih!). Again let me give you alla word of advice. Leave the business decision to the professionals! Do not question their decision to bailout…err I mean buy out Deepak!
Deepak had said that the RM30 million sale only allowed him to recoup the money he had spent for the deal, including RM8 million in political contribution.
This is what I can say about what Deepak said. Dey Thambi telor engkau dah tersepit…apa nak complain lagi! (Translation: they got your balls in their hands..stop complaining before they squeeze it some more!)
Before we jump to any conclusion or be in any confusion about this ‘just in time’ business transaction concluded suspiciously hastily let us give them all the benefit of the doubt.
And I do want to look more at the ‘benefit’ than the doubt!
Is this a RM$30 million early New Year gift from LTAT to Rosmah and Najib given through Deepak?
And since when has LTAT gone into the business of reimbursing Deepak RM 30 million “which is our actual cost price of RM13 million for Raja Ropiaah, RM8 million in political contributions, RM7 million of financial costs and RM2 million in legal and miscellaneous costs” as stated by Deepak?
And Deepak says that he was forced to accept this RM$30 million!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Dey Thambi you said that you have lost RM$30 million on this deal and than LTAT comes
up to reimburse you for that loss (don’t ask me why LTAT is doing this!) and you said that you were forced into taking that bailout????? Use your words carefully Deepak or I might have to ask you to confirm if it is really true that you were the first one within your family to be born without a tail!
“LTAT, ironically, bought their own land which they had given to Raja Ropiaah (for Puspahanas) for RM72.5 million at RM130 million, giving Raja Ropiaah a profit of RM57.5 million plus RM13 million from us... and remaining 23 acres worth RM40 million (which it still has).
“The losers are the Defence Ministry and army officers who get cheated by Umno and cheated again by having to buy back the military land at double the price they gave it away for.
“Looks like Defence Minister Zahid Hamidi (above) has become Santa Claus,” he said.
Deepak if Zahid is Santa Claus that what are you? The Malays have a saying….tepuk dada tanya diri sendiri….meaning…look in the mirror and ask yourself who you are!
At the end of the day we know that you will be all cashed up at our expense (LTAT is an investment arm of MINDEF – Mindef’s money is the Rakyat’s money. Kapish?) You will be counting our money in parts unknown and laughing all the way to the bank.
At the end of the day Bala will also be cashed up somewhere in India also counting our money and laughing all the way to the bank.
And we must not forget Razak Baginda already laughing all the way to the bank.
And maybe you, Bala and Razak will first say your prayer for, and say thank you to Altanatuya for the fortunes her tragic death has brought you all. Then I guess the three of you can swap tales about the good old days when the three of you made Najib and Rosmah wet their pants with your threat to expose their involvement in the Alatantuya cover up!
As for PKR and PR and the Malaysian public…let us just go on with our lives and file this incident as another lesson learnt!
As for the ‘details’ of this transactions, what Deepak made or lost, what LTAT made or loss, I really am not going to waste my time and give myself a headache trying to get into the nitty gritty of the whole sordid financial transactions. Let us just chalk this up into that same lot that we put PKFZ, Scorpene Submarines, NFC…get my drift? When we get these bastards out of government we can call in the Lone Ranger, Batman, the Green Hornet and Hang Tuah and his merry men to go after these bastards and clean everything up.
For now it is already almost 7.30am here in Melbourne and I want to have my cup of Nescafe! I have been awake since 5 am writing this piece because this bloody Deepak case kept me awake the whole night. Now that I have got it all down on paper ….publish and be damm!
