China apparently has not changed over the years...remember during the Tan Koon Swan days Malaysian chinese who can speak a bit of mandarin were signing mou's to establish gambling establishments with the various provincial governors in china...everytime the mou is announced in kl the share prices of the company that made the announcement would go up...conveniently forgetting that china does not allow gambling as a matter of policy....now history repeats itself...the promoters n gobetweens of all these infra projects is pushing Malaysian leaders to sign various mou's convenintly forgetting that china is a centrally controlled economy...nothing goes without the govmnt's approval as shewn by the bandar debacle...won't the Malaysian leaders ever learn!!
