The seizure of Equanimity by Indoneisan Police on the request of the FBI was done under a Criminal suit whereas the United States Department of Justice has a civil forfeiture lawsuit against Jho Low. Thus the Indonesian Courts were right in coming to a decision that the police action was "invalid" and "unlawful" and instructed the Indonesian Police to release Equanimity.
What happens now?
The first thing the Captain of Equanimity will do is to head for international waters where it cannot be seized by the United States DOJ.
While the United States DOJ make ready a criminal suit to ensure the seizure of the Equanimity this time around is legal, the FBI will be keeping track of the whereabouts of the Equanimity.
From now on, the Captain of the Equanimity better not let the Yacht stray into any US territory...because if he does...tiada maaf bag mu!

Mana Mahathir mahu letak muka sekarang, berlindung di belakang buntut kudakah? Sudah kita katakan bahawa Mahathir ini adalah penipu besar. Dia menipu tentang RM 42 billion wang 1MDB yang hilang dan dia juga menipu konon The Equanimity adalah milik Jho Low bila hakikatnya kapal itu bukan milik beliau. Sampai masanya Jho Low pulang ke Malaysia dan menyaman Mahathir sampai tinggal seluar dalam. Lagipun pilihanraya dah nak dekat, inilah masa yang paling sesuai untuk menyaman tua kutuk umur 93 tahun ini.

Do Won Chang and Jin Sook Chang have two children, and live in Beverly Hills, California. They are Christians, which is why "John 3:16" is on the bottom of every bag they sell. And what is John 3:16 : "For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life" The Changs have donated money to churches and faith groups, and Do Won travels to perform missionary work
People like the Chang do not spend their hard earned money buying RM 1 billion Yachts nor do they associate with people like Joh Low.
And I would rather believe that the FBI have done their homework before they asked the Indonesian government for assist to seize the Yacht. And that is why I told Syed that he did the right thing by ignoring the story. Me? Media berbasis online tersebut menulis, penyidik Bareskrim Polri mengambil uang 1 miliar ringgit saat menggeledah kapal pesiar mewah Equanimity yang diamankan di Pelabuhan Benoa, Bali pada 28 Februari 2018. "Media itu justru melakukan framing pemberitaan, menjadi, 'Penyiasat Indonesia menjumpai 1 Billion Ringgit Tersimpan Rapi di Kapal Jo Lo. Siap Berbalut Kertas Hadiah. Untuk siapa ya, Pak?'," kata Ari mengutip pemberitaan yang ia maksud melalui keterangan pers, Rabu (7/3/2018). Ari mempertanyakan kredibilitas media itu. Pasalnya, berita itu hanya bersumber pada screenshot status salah satu akun di Facebook. Adapun, screenshot itu tidak menampilkan identitas akun Facebook-nya. "Bahkan juga tidak ada nama si pembuat status itu," ujar Ari. Kapal mewah itu merupakan barang bukti hasil kejahatan pencucian uang yang terjadi di Amerika Serikat. Kapal itu merupakan buruan FBI. Mereka mengajukan joint operation dengan Polri terkait kapal itu lantaran berada di wilayah Indonesia. "FBI minta Polri melakukan joint operation dalam penyitaan kapal. Now it is Jho Low's turn. The jet setting billionaire lifestyle he has been living these last few years is now entering what the Chinese say is the "die standing" stage. And like that pondon Idiot who kepit his balls, this roly poly Joh Low is just a mass of protoplasm and he too cannot run. He can waddle like a duck, and, like the Flying Hippo, is most comfortable in water. On dry ground, his movements are somewhat ungraceful, to say the least.
Take Equanimity away from him and what do you have? A fat slob whose days of tripping the light fantastic is over. And once they slip the cuffs on him....not Paris Hilton, not Miranda Kerr nor any of those money grabbing money loving ladies will have any time for him anymore.
I am still waiting for news as to whether they have him in custody abroad the ship...or they have him in remand somewhere in one of the cells in Indonesia or in parts unknown. Or maybe the US DOJ is already flying him back to the US for, after all, he is a person of interest to them in their attempts to get to the bottom what happened in 1MDB.
As for PDRM they have had problems trying to locate Jho Low. You cannot blame PDRM because even if Jho Low is fat, there are a few billion people on this earth and the fatso can be anywhere.
So what is PDRM excuse for not locating the Yacht? A friend of mine in K Hell said "PDRM tak tau nak sebut E Q U A N I M I T Y....so how to ask people if they have seen the yacht?"
Maybe Joh Low evaded capture and is now swimming to Batam....as for Mr and Mrs Idiot they must be shitting bricks thinking of what is now happening in Bali.....

Indonesia, FBI seize Jho Low's yacht Equanimity in Bali
Indonesia on Wednesday seized a luxury yacht on the island of Bali sought by the US Department of Justice as part of a multi-billion dollar corruption investigation linked to Malaysian state fund 1MDB, police said.
"We have been inspecting the crew since yesterday and now we are taking action, since we have received approval from the court to seize the boat," Agung Setya, director of economic and special crimes at Indonesia's criminal investigation bureau, told Metro TV.
Reuters reported that television footage in Indonesia showed Indonesian officials talking to the crew on board the moored yacht.
It is not known whether Jho Low, the owner of the superyacht, was on board.
According to Indonesian media, the seizure was a joint action between the Indonesian authorities and the US Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI).
