Quickies : You know who the others are.....

It will not take moral courage or any fanciful considerations having to do with ethics, duty to King and Country nor responsibility to one's own race or religion that will see anyone out on center stage rallying the cavalry to make a charge against a cashed-up president of Umno and, by default, prime minster of Malaysia.

The realities are that in modern combat the ways of prehistoric warfare are woefully inadequate to breach the fortified battle line such as that already made ready by Najib Razak for just such a charge. A fortified line shored up by a willingly corrupt Umno, a compliant Judiciary, a PDRM whose IGP jumps hoops and anything else to please his political masters with many other pigs waiting to put their snout to the trough - all of them wanting to partake in the mother of all "freebies"  that is being dole out from that RM2.4 billion donation in the hands of Najib Razak.

Let us be clear on one thing.  RM 100K will not get anyone of substance to roll over to your side of the fence but Rm1 million plus would! When you run out of money or more critically, when you want more money, it is hard to go past a man like Najib Razak with RM2.4 billion in the kitty.

Shahrir admits getting funds from Najib, ready to explain further

KUALA LUMPUR: BNBBC chairman Tan Sri Shahrir Abdul Samad has admitted to receiving funds from Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak.

“To whom else can I ask financial assistance for administration expenses if not from the party president himself,” he said commenting on an article by Sarawak Report which claimed he had received funds from Najib.

Habib RAK: The difference between Shahrir Samad and Khalid Samad is that one mutated towards money, whilst Khalid mutated towards good values and principles. Shahrir will always look at things in terms of dollars and cents. Khalid will look at how to improve culture and universal values.
Tan Sri Shahrir Samad, who was accused by whistle-blower site Sarawak Report of receiving RM1 million from Datuk Seri Najib Razak, said accepting funds from his party president was normal. "Who else should I ask for financial aid for expenses in running my division, if not from my own party president," he was quoted as saying by the BNBBC.my portal. - See more at: http://www.themalaysianinsider.com/malaysia/article/accepting-funds-from-najib-is-normal-says-shahrir-samad#sthash.e2iMSJ8l.dpuf

Wanita MIC is calling upon members of Barisan Nasional (BN) and Malaysians in general to follow them in their continuous support of Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak.

Reiterating their “undivided support”, the party wing’s chief, Mohana Muniandy, said they would continue to do so “through thick and thin”.

“We are confident and trust his leadership to do what needs to be done for the country.
“It is crucial now to stay strong in one voice, pledging support to our Prime Minister in this challenging time and ensure country’s transformation continues till its target is achieved before 2020,” she said in a statement today.

Mohana said Najib had also continued to uplift the Indian community and his slogan “nambikei” (trust) had given hope and confidence.
