KL offers night race for mat rempit

Kuala Lumpur is planning to set up a night track around the city centre for mat rempit to race.

Federal Territories Minister Datuk Seri Tengku Adnan Tengku Mansor said the night track would be modelled after the bi-weekly Car-Free morning, where several roads in Kuala Lumpur would be closed to traffic for few hours to enable cyclists to ride on it.

Isa Wants Felda Women Boxers To Compete Internationally

JEMPOL, Nov 29 (Bernama) -- Felda aims to deliver a knockout blow for the gentler sex in its bid to produce a Felda women's boxing team to represent the country.

Felda chairman, Tan Sri Dr Mohd Isa Abdul Samad hopes to achieve this feat via the Tan Sri Isa (Felda) Boxing Academy in Serting Hilir which he officiated today.

The boxing academy is the first boxing training centre under the Felda concept.
