Quickies : The Chinese Envoy

China defends envoy to Malaysia after comments on racism

China on Monday defended the actions of its ambassador to Malaysia after he was summoned to clarify his remarks criticising extremism and racism ahead of a planned pro-Malay rally in the capital, Kuala Lumpur.

steadyaku47 comment: In this world there are idiots, stupid people, morons and imbeciles scattered in various parts of the world. Some in Africa, some in the Middle East, America and there are even some in the UK.

Rarely would you be able to find all of them in one place...with one exception....in Bolehland...specifically in Putrajaya where the seat of this UMNO led BN government can be found.

Even if the Numero Stupido in Residence (aka Najib Razak) is away accompanying his Prime Minister on a shopping trip to New York, that does not mean that the stupidity will cease! No way Jose...there are enough idiots left in Putrajaya for Najib to depend on to do the stupid things that Najib would normally do!

Summoning the Chinese Envoy to Malaysia to be lectured about how he should behave in an UMNO Malaysia is one of them!

Ptui! Kasi malu aja pada kita semua!

When things like this happen...

Huang Huikang's visit to Petaling Street has not only irked some parties and politicians but exposed how 'fragile' our Cabinet is.

It takes only the Ambasador of China to make a minister and a deputy minister - both from Umno - slamming each other in the media.

'Tak malu ke?'

Deputy Foreign Minister Reezal Naina Merican denied Tourism Minster Nazri Abdul Aziz claim that Reezal breached protocol by calling in China ambassador to Malaysia Huang Huikang over Huang’s remarks at Petaling Street on Friday.

Reezal told Malaysiakini the decision to call in Huang to explain the visit was sanctioned by Foreign Minister Anifah Aman, who is now in New York for the United Nations General Assembly.
“As such, it is inaccurate to report that I made the decision to meet with the Chinese ambassador. I’ve not signed any letter, neither have I breached any protocol as alleged, and I am fully aware of Wisma Putra’s standard operating procedure.“I have full confidence in Wisma Putra officials in handling such a situation,” he said.
