Muhyiddin and Shafie Apdal are now on board!
Who else is there?
Mahathir of course. Ku Li, Sanusi, Ong Tee Keat and also the absent Liong Sik. All of them with the prefix "FORMER" ...former PM, former DPM, former MCA President and former Umno leaders. Oh Lord......kenapa nak tungga sudah bersara sebelum insaf....why must all these retirees become so introspective when they no longer have the perks and financial rewards of political office? Why indeed!
Why is Pak Lah not there? Tidor kut?
These are questions that you need to ask yourself! Ask them before you go ga ga over this latest "get together" of former foes/comrades in arms (tick which ever is applicable) who are ready to go and hantam Najib...and ask yourself why are they doing the Three Musketeers thing "Unus pro omnibus, omnes pro uno" - the rallying cry of "One for all, all for One!" Why indeed!
Are they all doing this to save our country from economic ruin?
To save the Rakyat from a fate worse than death...i.e. to save them from the twin threat of a Najib whose motto is "Cash is King" and a Rosmah who needs that cash to buy herself handbags and hairdo's?
Are they really concern that Umno and Barisan Nasional will lose the next general election and when they do the country will be plunged into the Dark Ages of political chaos and economic ruinations?
What are their intentions and motivations? Noble ones? Ulterior ones?
Damm if I know and damm if I care!
Mahathir might want his crooked bridge built. Muhyiddin may want to be PM. Ku Li may also want to be PM. Shafie Apdal may be having financial problems keeping his hectic extra marital activities funded. Sanusi, Tee Kee Huat and Liong Sik might just be having some time on their hands thought it was a good "photo opportunity" to include in their CV....who knows?
But I know this.....if only these gentlemen (and here I am using the term "gentlemen" quite loosely)... now if only these gentlemen/ "former" leaders had awakened to the abuse and misuse of political office for personal gain much much earlier (like during the time when they were still in office!) ...what a wonderful world this could be!
That said....may I wish them the best in their endeavors for I too want this scumbag of a PM out of office. Remember....
a word of caution though....
