That tweet of an IGP Tweeted that these last few days had been "crime free" : the crime rate in Malaysia were reported to be "Zero".
Investigations reveal that the reason for this is because all the robbers, pick-pocketers, burglars, pirates, cheats, con-men, thieves, extortionist, scammers and their leaders were at the UMNO Annual General Assembly.
