cakap cakap...Ketuanan Melayu...yaaaa!

Apa dia itu ‘hak melayu?’ What are the rights of the Malays? Is ketuanan Melayu one of them? When you mention to me that the Malay Race are superior to the other Race in Malaysia these are things that comes immediately to my mind:

American Nazi Party
Aryan Nations
The Silent Brotherhood
White Aryan Resistance
Ku Klux Klan
Skinheads

In the times that we now live in what idiot would subscribe to the notion of being the Superior race? To assert the legitimate superiority of the Malays based on the Article 153 of the Constitution of Malaysia is to target the Chinese, Indians and the other races in Malaysia. It is to promote hate orientation and racial rhetoric that can seriously disrupt an already existing racial divide.

But why the need for Kutuanan Melayu? The NEP and Bumiputra status had enabled the UMNOputra to amass a considerable amount of loot. They now want to continue this plundering under the guise of Kutuanan Melayu. They are no longer satisfied in plundering piecemeal – no!  Now they want to go for the ‘critical mass’ that will keep them in clover till kingdom come!

Let me explain my situation in Australia. I am a Permanent  Resident. Being a Permanent Resident entitles me to all the right of a citizen of Australia except that I cannot vote in federal elections. I have been here 30 years – I look Asian, I talk English the Asian way, I am Asian – absolutely no discrimination at all during all this time. No reason for me not to like Australia. Now if you are not a Malay in Malaysia how are you treated? I do not think I need to go there. So if you tell me that Anwar has given up Ketuanan Melayu  I can only say that he is doing us Malay a favor – because now we will have to be as good as’ if not better then the others.

  1. I have to agree with you there, being a PR in Australia, I don't feel any different to my friends here. Issues of race never come up(maybe when talking about zimbabwe or malaysia), but more importantly, the social security system doesn't discriminate between race, but more on need.

  2. Millions of Malays in Malaysia are being brainwashed with Ketuanan Melayu through BTN indoctrination...

Majority of them suffer some sort of epiphany and they buy the nonsense hook, line and sinker...

these millions are out in society, in the civil service, in the political parties...

but thank you for saying what needs to be said. wish more Malays will stand up for principles instead of trying to bend over backwards for votes

  3. PLEASE Pass these freely to those among us who care for the future of our beloved Country, MALAYSIA.

    --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The Seven Basic Principles of Public Life are:

    -----------------------------------

    Selflessness

Holders of public office should act solely in terms of the public interest. They should not do so in order to gain financial or other benefits for themselves, their family or their friends.

    Integrity

Holders of public office should not place themselves under any financial or other obligation to outside individuals or organisations that might seek to influence them in the performance of their official duties.

    Objectivity

In carrying out public business, including making public appointments, awarding contracts, or recommending individuals for rewards and benefits, holders of public office should make choices on merit.

    Accountability

Holders of public office are accountable for their decisions and actions to the public and must submit themselves to whatever scrutiny is appropriate to their office.

    Openness

Holders of public office should be as open as possible about all the decisions and actions that they take. They should give reasons for their decisions and restrict information only when the wider public interest clearly demands.

    Honesty

Holders of public office have a duty to declare any private interests relating to their public duties and to take steps to resolve any conflicts arising in a way that protects the public interest.

    Leadership

Holders of public office should promote and support these principles by leadership and example.

  4. I think if you put people in crutches long enough and you dont get them to even try walking, long enough, they wont be able to walk anymore.

As for the plunderers, I would like to add one more thing. UMNO didnt do it alone. They had their MCA and MIC conspirators, like Ling Liong Sik, Semi Value, Chan Kong Choy, Ong Ka Ting, Koh Tsu Koon, Pairin Kittingan, Joseph Kurup, etc etc etc, all Chinese and Indians and Sabah/Sarwakian leaders who turned a blind eye to UMNO's excesses.

Nay, not only turned a blind eye, some of them even helped themselves.

So, this is not an UMNO issue alone. We should throw out MCA, MIC also.

Yes, the Chinese is more or less done with the MCA. The Indians I think definitely has abandoned MIC.

The only difference is UMNO has still got a stranglehold on the Malays but even here I think its now limited to the rural Malays.

The urban Malays i believe the majoirty is now with Pakatan.

  5. I agree - MIC and MCA are all together in this - and as you said while the Chinese and Indians are already on side - the Malays are still to be fully convinced. WE just have to keep moving forward...

  6. Not only the malays are being brainwashed, the non-malays are being subjected to the same through the BTN.

What a load of crab for racial integration by our government. As it is, we are better off without them.

So, let's get to work to get better leaders.

  7. Yes. The Tuan is actually UMNO leaders, their warlords and their cronies. The other Malays are "hamba". What ketuanan Melayu when many Malays are drivers, jagas, security guards, peons, despatch riders to Chinese and Indian towkays who are cronies to UMNO.

Many Malays are poor. Shouting slogan will not make Malays as tuan. Working hard is more important to make a Malay as tuan. Somebody said...UMNO is "Untuk Melayu No Otak". I have to agree.

  8. I would like to share some thoughts about the racist "cina apek". How do we define "cina apek"?

    -can't speak proper English/Bahasa
    -mostly educated in Chinese school
    -never/seldom mingle with Malay/other races
    -go to the Taoism temple
    - laborer/shop owner

These people should represent the typical Cina apek. I want to share my experience with you about the cina apek. In our home town, we've a non-profit health care center for the poor. These are mainly funded by the citizens of our hometown - cina apek. More than 50% of the patients are Malay. The cina apek donor never ask any questions about serving other races. They tried to ask financial support from the government and the government wanted to set a criteria for it. The criteria is setting a quota for UMNOs/government workers. Fortunately, the organizer did not agree to it because most of the patients are hardcore poor Malay/Indian/Chinese. If we set quota then what would happen to the poor Malay? I wanted to tell you more about it but you know we can't truly openly tell the truth!

Omg I can't believe UMNO call us "cina apek" racist. Did UMNO truly help the poor or their buddies!! Thus, UMNO better not questions our loyalty to our Malay friends and country.

  9. Dear Pakcik,

Maybe we as overseas Malaysian should setup an organization. This should be a watchdog organization without any political affiliation. The goal of organization is to monitor the Pakatan Rakyat and BN government. There are several things the organizaion should do:

    - perform investigative report on any corruptions (hire reporters)
    - Create a multi-lingual website
    - provide important government data for anybody to use
    - promote Bangsa Malaysia

    What do you think?

  10. You ask us, non-Malay, how do we feel being a Malaysian? I've mixed feelings with my country. I love this country dearly and I'm more than willing to die for her.
However, every now and then the crazy UMNO will seek my blood. For instance, the keris incident by Hishamuddien and Najib's statement about soaking the Chinese blood during the 80s. I'm in the process of begging my company to get an American green card for me. I hate begging for a green card. I love Malaysia a lot but sometimes I feel hopeless for our beloved country. There are times I'm curious if the Malays love our country or not. Why are they letting UMNO raping this country? Maybe you can provide me some insights on what common Malay think about UMNO.

Also, I would like to let the Malays know that most of us, Chinese Malaysian, do not like Singapore too.

  11. Because Chinese race is a superior race than a inferior malay race.

Chinese race vs malay race -

    Usually

Skin - malay race is much blacker.

Brain (IQ) - malay race is much more low.

Face - malay race is much uglier.

Height - malay race is much smaller.

Physical ability - malay race is much more inferior.

Such truth may know you too who is a malay race.

All thing is because a malay race is very inferior than a Chinese race.

  12. THE MALAYS - THE TUANS!

The Malays became stupid because they trusted UMNO, period!

The other races became rich because they played balls with UMNO!

The others became poor because they won't want and don't want to join UMNO/MCA/MIC/PPP/
    Gerakan etc!

NOW THE TUANS MALAYS ARE A DYING BREED...HANG TUAH IS NOW KNOWN TO BE A CHINA MAN!

NO MORE FOLK LORE STORIES TO TELL!

MALAYS WILL DISAPPEAR FROM THIS EARTH PRETTY SOON...IT IS A FALSE RACE!

A MAN-MADE UP RACE - READ THE FEDERAL CONSTITUTION IT SAYS: " A PERSON WHO IS A MUSLIM, PRACTICES THE MALAY CULTURE AND SPEAKS THE MALAY LANGUAGE!"

YOU NEED THREE PREREQUISITES ONLY TO BECOME A MALAY!

THAT'S WHY DR.MAHATIR MOHD IS A MALAY AND NOT A MAMAK!

SO WHO IS TO BE BLAMED?

THE BRITISH I GUESS - THEY WROTE THE ARTICLE NOT THE MALAYS...THEY I MEAN ( MALAYS ) JUST USED IT WITHOUT THINKING OF THE CONSEQUENCES 52 YEARS LATER!

SO MANA DATANG NYA KETUANAN MELAYU!

SEMUA ORANG BOLEH JADI MELAYU, SO SIAPA JADI TUAN DAN SIAPA JADI HAMBA KEPADA MELAYU SELAMA LAMA NYA?

MANA NAK LETAK MUKA O ORANG MELAYU

    LAMA LAMA JADI "LAYU" SAHAJA...

  13. "Racial polarisation in the country is not caused by the country's vernacular school system but more by the government political, education and economic discriminative policies." - an educationist said today.

The prime minister and all the Umno ministers will never admit that polarisation arises more out of the race-based policies and privileges one race gets over another.

Similarly, there are other areas of our daily lives where terminologies used have made us view certain practices as privileges rather than sacrifices. For instance, the bumi discount for houses.

The total sale value to the developer is still the same. It is just that the non-malay buyer is likely to be required to pay for some of the discount given to the malays.

But the longer the NEP policies continue and the greater the vehemence with which Umno politicians issue threats, terminologies will change and more people will talk about these practices or policies in words that may not sound as pleasing to the ears of the beneficiaries.

Obviously, at that point we shall probably see a new round of discriminations and disagreements. Unfortunately, as long as only weak people take on leadership roles within Umno, threats will continue, NEP policies will be sustained and corruption will prevail.

That unfortunately is the legacy we have as Malaysians.

The basic building blocks of unity, whether you are uniting different ethnic groups in a country or trying to re-engineer a corporation of differing cultural values, are the same.

The principal parties have to be treated as equals - nor special privileges no favours that would favour one group over another. Any privilege that is given should be given to all on the same basis - for example, special privilege given to the financially poor regardless of race or ethnic origin.

It is only on this equitable footing that you can foster true nationalism and build lasting unity, since each component group will have the same stake in the nation and has equal likelihood in reaping the rewards or suffering the consequences.

My recommendation to the government, not simply as a businessman but also based on pragmatism, is not to waste any more taxpayer ringgit on nationalism programmes until it has established the pre-conditions for its success.

What is sad is that, after almost five decades of independence, we have been unable in Malaysia, to bring globally-vision leaders to the forefront - leaders who can see beyond racial boundaries to recognise the immense sociological and economic potential that can benefit all Malaysians.

  14. Najib can formulate any policy. On the ground level where the heads are not qualified themselves as their staff - many problems will arise.

Further the NEP will somehow make good researchers frustrated and will certainly be the main causes of frustrations. At best we can get the second rate staff to stay - the top ones will have no problem seeking better salaries and futures elsewhere without the glass ceiling overhanging their heads.

Our national sense of belonging will be lost when day in and day out we feel the impact of marginalisation in almost every sphere of educational or economic activities.

I think we are in even more for hubs of abandoned projects because it is the brains that matters, not real estate buildings which politicians are only good at how to initiate to build for their own gains. When coming to real research and real productive work, you only have lots of unemployable graduates lining up to fill them.

Best of luck Malaysia, while Malaysians of the best calibre are in our neighbouring countries creating state of art products and discoveries.

The people with brains first go to Singapore, then Australia, then the US. Apparently roughly 2 million Malaysians have emigrated since the 1970s. Wow, what a brain drain that is……….

S/he did the right thing by moving out of Malaysia. As long as is a Malaysian non-malay, you will be suppressed. They don't need scientists but more keris wielding morons to run the expensive labs.

So anytime the experiment didn't work out, they can go straight and blame that the equipment is outdated. Anybody disputes their claim, they can take out the keris and showed their "power". Good for them. Malaysia is turning to a baboon infested country.

Let alone those whose have already left. How about those who came back earlier with their foreign wives! The immigration department has made their renewal of visa a living hell, and they are not allowed to work no matter how qualified they may be. Eventually these "loyal Malaysians" also end up packing their bags and leave.

The politicians can say one thing but it never gets implemented at the ground level. Look at the mess surrounding Malaysia "My Second Home" campaign - how many have actually come here and then left in deep frustration!

The racists in Umno will also make certain that such policies will be doomed to fail. They would rather give citizenship to unruly and uneducated illegal Indonesians than some non-malay PhD holders.

Get your children out of this sucking country before it is too late! This is a hopeless and dirty country with all the lousy ministers and corrupted politicians.

I am afraid there is nothing second class citizens like us can do.

Emigrate to other countries looks to be a better option. Of course, the exodus has started decades ago. In fact, Umno will be most happy to see us go (race ratio, you know what I mean).

Umno does not depend on the second class citizens for the brains. They have the many universities in Bolehland to train their kind and churn out any number of experts you want. So brain drain is not a problem.

  15. Malays are more suppressed in their own country by Umno than the suppression suffered by Chinese or Indians. For their pains they are offered the rotten carrots of Ketuanan Melayu and NEP.

The suppression of malays is deep and internal while the suppression of Chinese and Indians is only surface in terms of benefits and material things. That is why some Chinese have the cheek to say that NEP benefits them as it makes them stronger.

The suppression of malays is mental and spiritual enforced by KGB police type tactics. The suppression of malays may be an eternal and permanent one. Umno is a cancer to malay society.

  16. Yes. Every human have a working brain except malay, even the malay itself agree. Malays are stupid, lazy and idiotic. Malays are the most stupid human race ever exits.

Of course Chinese is way smarter and more superior in every fucking way compared to a retarded malay. Chinese is a world race, a race with pride, with a great history and civilisation, we are hardworking and clever, every country lead by Chinese is strong and rich.

This is not self compliment but prove can be seen at Taiwan, Singapore and China. China has an economic growth so fast it has never happen in any other country before. Even the Americans agree.

What is malay? Malay is just a tiny piece of cow dunk left over in this earth. No one like malay. Do not agree? Show me which country lead by malay is well developed?

Hahaha. Malay should be left for extinction from this world as they are a bunch of stupid retarded lazy asshole.

  17. A classic expression: kutuanan :-) People forget that the word "Tuan" is actually a contraction of "Tuhan." So if your concept of Tuhan is more like Hantu Tomok, your keturunan will be more blood-sucking lice than prince of the land!

Whoever's leaving those clumsy attempts to incite interracial hostility isn't doing a very good job. We can see right through you.

  19. Yes, crutches only work for a bit - after which you need to chuck them away and use your own muscles. If you don't, they'll atrophy and then, you'll lose their use forever.

The same for the NEP. Right in its essence, it should be for all poor: but for empowering purposes, rather than outright 'giving' - how can that help? Some thought needs to be put into this, instead of just chucking money or freebies at people.

A superior race? Don't get me started. But, a look at their women, and I shudder at the daily eroding of their freedoms. And, no one is speaking up for them - least of all their own kind who are in power.

    ReplyDelete
  20. First of all, we have to remind ourselves that there are good and bad people in all races.

I, being Chinese, do not agree with Ketuanan Melayu, but neither do I agree with those who said Malays are stupid and lazy. I know some Malays who are as hardworking and as accomplished as the Chinese I know.

I think we need to consolidate and pull together to save our country from the corrupted regime. No doubt Ketuanan Melayu is one of their tools to ensure that they continue to stay in power.

Many of my Malay friends have already begun to see through their tricks. It will not be long before such ideas will be totally rejected by the Rakyat.

Migrating is not the solution. If you love this country, stay and fight for it. Fight for what we believe in. Fight for what is right.

    We are not alone.

I concur with you comment. I think some of these chinse are very racist. I am Chinese and a third generation Malaysian and a darn proud one as well.

Sadly I left Malaysia more than 30 years ago as I was not able to get a place at our local U.

I am very musch settled in my adopted country and both my children at one the best universities pursuing the couse they love, which I doubt they wil get the chance if we are still in Malaysia. I will amongst the 1st people to return if and only if there is change for the better of Malaysia and will do my share to contribute to the betterment of Malaysia.

Sadly I left Malaysia more than 30 years ago as I was not able to get a place at our local U. I was totally devastated and disgusted when I came to know that my fellow Malay class mates whose results are much much worse than mine were OFFERED the places that I applied for.

I am very much settled now in my adopted country and both my children are at the best universities pursuing the courses they love, which I doubt they wil get the chance if we are still in Malaysia.
