Lagi cerita Barua....It is not YB Azmin Ali that has to apologize. You Baruas have got to apologize because you are not doing the work you have sworned to do : Protecting the Rakyat without fear or favor!

PERMATANG PAUH, May 7, 2015:

Police will open investigation papers should PKR deputy president Mohamed Azmin Ali fails to tender a public apology regarding his statement calling the Inspector-General of Police by a demeaning name.

Penang police chief Datuk Abdul Rahim Hanafi said the police would give the Selangor Menteri Besar at least one week to apologise, failing which police action would be taken against him.

“Up till today, three police associations have issued statements to ask the Selangor Menteri Besar to make a public apology.

“The statement against Inspector-General of Police (Tan Sri Khalid Abu Bakar) calling him an Umno ‘barua’ or lackey is like accusing all the Royal Malaysian Police personnel,” he told reporters after inspecting the polling centre in Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan (SMK) Guar Perahu here today.

Mohamed Azmin allegedly called Khalid an Umno lackey during a ceramah in Permatang Pauh recently.

“Police want Mohamed Azmin to tender a public apology and not through his political secretary. We give him a time frame to do so,” said Abdul Rahim.

He said Mohamed Azmin’s case will be investigated under section 504 of the Penal Code if he did not apologise.

Yesterday, Inspector-General of Police Tan Sri Khalid Abu Bakar described Mohamed Azmin’s statement against him recently as a rude remark.

What has this got to do with you?

Azmin Ali was referring to Khalid aja not to the whole Police Force...tapi siapa makan chili dia rasa pedas kan? Are you also a Barua for Umno?

My old man was in the Police Force all his life  - but that was the Police Force under Tun Haniff. I never remembered Tun Haniff threatening to investigate anybody for any  perceived crime or insult to the Police Force. If he believed anyone has committed a crime that person is investigated without fear or favor....and nobody...I repeat...nobody insulted Tun Haniff or the Police Force then! The Police Force was held in high regard by the Public and Tun was never called a Barua by anybody....nor was any KPP, OCPD or even the ordinary Mata Mata ever call a Barua!

Today the Police Force is a laughing stock and is held in contempt by most Malaysians. Not only is there rampant corruption at all levels but worse...so many of your senior guys are Baruas to your political masters! 

And let us not go into all those deaths in custody cases!

People like you and this Khalid kasi malu to the Police Force of old. 

In those days we use to refer to the ordinary constable as "Datuk" and meant it! We look upon the Police with respect and felt secure in their presence and they did their work without fear or favor.

So please try to understand that it is not only YB Azmin Ali that is calling Khalid a Barua....no Sir! 

You want to know who else is calling Khalid a Barua and talking thrash about the Police Force?

Over a nasi lemak breakfast at home the husband and wife will be talking about that IGP who is a Barua.  

On the way to work the husband will be thinking about the many Police baruas that have been making his life difficult with road blocks where all they do is cari makan at his expense.

When he gets to the office his work mates will be telling him about the latest Barua story - this time it is you Rahim, threatening to investigate YB Azmin Ali if he does not apologize in a week!

You get my drift Rahim? 

Everywhere, people in many place are telling each other what they think of the Police Force and I can assure you Rahim it is not something you would want to listen to - they are past being angry at you all being baruas to Umno...now even the good ones within the Police Force are included as Baruas too.

So please Rahim...kalau YB Azmin Ali is guilty of anything...just investigate and if you have a case against him, do what has to be done. Jangan kasi amaran suruh dia minta maaf.

It is you guys that have to minta maaf to the Rakyat because you guys are not doing the job that you have sworn to do - and that is to look after the welfare of the people of Malaysia without fear or favor!
