This idiot is an EXCO Pemuda UMNO Malaysia,Pengerusi Biro Hal Ehwal Bandar & Perumahan (HELP) and a Ketua Pemuda UMNO Bahagian Titiwangsa,  and for him to cari makan, Umno puts him as a council member in MARA. 

Now he gives an interview about this Malay student with a MARA scholarship who was arrested, convicted and have been sentenced to prison for paedophile offences...and he says:

Question: In the Nur Fitri case, what is your opinion?

Answer: I think he should be given a second chance for his future. Everybody makes mistakes.

Now tell me...why was he put by Umno as a council member in MARA? 

In order for Umno to have their say when MARA is deciding on what they should or should not do. 

So if this idiot says that it is his personal view that Nur Fitri should be given a second chance than that is Umno's view too and what Umno wants MARA to do, MARA will do!

Now he realizes that the public backlash against what he has said is huge and everyone is aghast that MARA and even Umno Ministers, are stupid ehough to say in public that this paedophile should be given a second chance....so this idiot is trying to back peddle and, as always, cries out that he has been misquoted! Say your prayers Nazir....sure die one! Next time engage your brain before you speak! 

I was misquoted, says Mara Council member on London paedophile case

Majlis Amanah Rakyat (Mara) Council member Nazir Hussin Akhtar Hussin says he was misquoted by a news portal when giving his personal opinion on the case of child pornography convict Nur Fitri Azmeer Nordin.

KUALA LUMPUR, May 6, 2015:

Majlis Amanah Rakyat (Mara) Council member Nazir Hussin Akhtar Hussin said the statement he made regarding child pornography addict Nur Fitri Azmeer Nordin, 23, to be given a second chance was his own personal opinion, not Mara’s.

In a statement today, Nazir expressed his disappointment with a local news portal claiming that he was misquoted and warned the news portal to amend the news report or face a legal suit from him.

According to Nazir, he had earlier told the reporter interviewing him that he had no capacity to answer a question on behalf of Mara.

“Unfortunately, my statement was paraphrased to make it seem like I was speaking on behalf of Mara. To me, it looks like the reporter has his own agenda and I am the victim.

“I have reminded the reporter to understand first what I said to him before writing the story. But after it was published, I saw that it was not what I told him during the interview.”

Nazir added that he had called the writer to amend the news report as it could tarnish his image and reputation as the a Mara Council member as well as an Umno Youth Exco member.

However, according to him, no amendment was made by the news portal.

“I am so disappointed. I was made the scapegoat by the news portal which may have an agenda to defend Nur Fitri.

“I am warning the news portal to amend the story or face further action from me.”
