"There may be honor amongst thieves but there is none in politicians!"

We now have an enlighten electorate.

As of mid-year 2012, we have 60.7% of Malays, Chinese, Indians, Kadazans, Dayaks and all those who call Malaysia home who have access to the Internet.

Demographics

There were 17,723,000 Internet users in Malaysia (representing 60.7% of the population) at mid-year 2012 (30 June 2012), according to Internet World Stats. (Internet World Stats, December 2012)

With that in mind let us now go to the following situation:

Now I do not know what you guys do when you come across the above footage on YouTube...but this is what I do.

I listen carefully to what this guy has to say, digest it and then go back to what this guy has said in the past, his track record as a  a human being and as a politician. I can do all this within a few minutes  (the wonders of the Internet!) and then make my own decision as to the integrity and truth of what he says.

My first feelings is of anger. Anger that he thinks I am stupid and gullible enough to believe what he says....but my anger is fleeting because I know that his target is not me. His target is not you, not the millions of us that can think for ourselves what is right and what is wrong!

His target are the Malays in the heartlands, in the rural areas and in the squatters areas where they will take what he says as gospel!

His targets are the diehards within UMNO who are desperately searching for a reason to hold on to their belief that UMNO is their only hope for the survival of the Malay race, of Islam and of their future.

His target are the those radicals within UMNO who will seize upon these lies to be at polling stations on election day supposedly to "berani mati" untuk pertahankan Bangsa, Negara dan Ugama against a Pakatan Rakyat that they perceived will do anything to win the 13th general election!

This man's intentions are not honorable. How can it be honorable when he himself is not an honorable man? An honorable man does not belittle the religion of another!

His actions threatens our national security because he accuses Pakatan Rakayat of intending to create mayhem and havoc on polling day. And he does so through conjectures and assumptions that are, at best, mischievous in its intent, at worse defamatory and slanderous to Pakatan Rakyat.

At any other time this man who has already been by shunned by Pakatan Rakyat would have no where to go to but crawl back into the dark hole from where he had came from. But this is an election year and UMNO are desperate for 'saviors' to help them cling to power. And so Najib our Prime Minister takes this man into UMNO's fold while Mahathir, our ex Prime Minister takes the other Perkasa guy in Pasir Mas under his fold.

But we know better. By their deeds in the past and present it is our burden to have amongst us these two Perkasa  now UMNO politician who gives credence to these words  "There may be honor amongst thieves but there is none in politicians!"
