Terengganu No Confidence Motion Exposes Najib's Very Precarious Situation. He Cannot Do Anything.

Kijal assemblyman Ahmad Said - tabled a no-confidence motion which was rejected by Speaker Mohd Zubir Embong on Tuesday.
 

Ahmad Said dropped the bombshell by tabling the motion against his successor during the debate on the motion of thanks on the sultan's address.

My comments :  This is the short story of former Terengganu MB Ahmad Said tabling a motion of no confidence against the UMNO MB of Terengganu.

Yesterday was a really bad day for Najib and UMNO. 

The Johor Sultan walked right past Najib, without even shaking his hands. Then Terangganu went crazy all of yesterday because of Ahmad Said's no confidence motion.

The thing to note is UMNO and Najib cannot do anything about Ahmad Said.  They cannot sack Ahmad Said from UMNO because then they will lose the razor thin majority in the Terengganu State Assembly.  UMNO might have to sit in the opposition. Everyone knows the numbers.

The same situation in Kedah. They sacked Mukriz from the MB's post but they simply cannot sack Mukriz from the party.  It might tip the balance over to the Opposition.

The other king-of-the-hill is MB Zambry in Perak. If two guys switch sides, its game over for UMNO in Perak as well.

Things are slowly but surely unraveling.
