Just now at parking area for the restaurants and shops at Verve Suites Mont Kiara.
I was about to park in OKU zone to get my chair out.
Older lady (with no walking problems or OKU sticker) and her driver got out. I asked them if they knew it was a disable spot. They just walked off. So I went and organised the car to be clamped.
