Malaysia Hari Ini

He is not a suspect!

Malaysia PM Najib Razak cleared of corruption over $681m gift from Saudis - by an Attorney General he appointed

Monday, 11 July 2016

cakap cakap : 1MDB is the personal vehicle of Najib Razak used to plunder our nation's wealth for the personal gain in the billions of ringgits for himself, his family and his cohorts.

6.12 AM. Melbourne. Now is our Winter of Discontent!

If you are a Malay you are faced with the prospect of what to do with an arrogant, rampaging self serving Umno that is, at this very moment, pillaging and plundering the wealth of our Nation in your very name for their own gains.

If you are not a Malay you have been served notice by words, deeds and legislation that this same arrogant and self serving Umno will make the roads of K Hell run red with your blood if you should ever dare to threaten and to question Malay privileges or question Umno's "God given" right to continue their rule over all Malaysians.

We are familiar with the following refrain shouted by thousands of Malay demonstrators marching through the streets of K Hell....."Our Malay way of life is under threat. We want to support Malays, Najib, and tell the Chinese and all others to keep their place,"

What is the "new normal" in Malaysia today? What defines our Nation? What defines our people? How do we see our leaders and how do our leaders see the people they lead? How does the world sees us?

What are the expectations of our people : The young, the old, those seeking employment, those in employment and those out of employment? What is the underlying emotions and sensibilities of Malaysians? What do they think of the times that they are now living in? What of the future? Is there hope, is there optimism...does the future holds any promise for better times, better lives or is the future bereft of any positivity that will allow any of us to dare hope for change?

Something has to got to give.

For starters....this BN government is leaking like the proverbial sieve.

How was Rafizi able to get just the precise images to show the flying Hippo boarding OUR private Jet with copious amounts of whatever it was she was taking with her in those bags and bags and bags and bags carried on board by her orang suruhan? How come that person shooting the video knows the exact time the Flying Hippo was boarding OUR Jet and from where to get the best shooting angle?

Now these leaks threatens to make our Winter of Discontent even more interesting!

How was Clare of Sarawak report able to get her hands on an OSA classified AG report on 1MDB? The same report that tells us what everyone already knows :

That 1MDB is the personal vehicle of Najib Razak used to plunder our nation's wealth for the personal gain in the billions of ringgits for himself, his family and his cohorts.

Now how can this report that exposes the crimes known by the rakyat to be be committed by their own prime minister, Najib Razak, on a national sovereign fund, be classified under the OSA?

Since when has exposing criminal intent by Najib Razak been a threat to our national sovereignty? Everyone know crimes had been committed, the perpetrators know and they know the rakyat knows....only now everything is being played in the public domain where it belongs........ thanks to Sarawak Report and the leaks that pushes this BN government under Najib Razak closer to it's end days!

Roslan Awang's photo.

Will Najib Razak be indicted for these crimes? Will members of his government who were complicit in perpetrating these crimes be indicted? Is there hope of recovering the many billions already in the hands of Najib and his conspirators, billions already spent and the billions that were "invested" in questionable business ventures....how many of these billions will ever be recovered? Or will other ways and means be found to plunder our national coffers further to top up the debts of 1MDB and have all this too be blanketed under OSA with the race and religious card thrown for good measure?

And what will the people - you and me....what will we make of all this?

All that I have feared for Malaysia has happened. We now have a corrupt government with corrupt leaders with the political will and might to perpetrate their stranglehold over our country. My people, the Malays are too forgiving and too accepting of this...this ....corrupt Malay government that rules in their name but not for their gain. The non-Malays think themselves - with some justification - unable to intervene, what more to change matters, given their numbers.

It is indeed our Winter of Discontent!

But let us not forget what Clare and those who are with her in Sarawak Report have been able to do in these last few years that the opposition have also tried to do with questionable success.....unite us all against all those that seeks to destroy our people, our nation and our future.

Let us not forget too, others who also write and blog about all the ills and abuses of political power by all and sundries in Malaysia.....and let us not forget the many many hundreds of thousands ....maybe even millions.....that read what is written by Clare and others like her....and are then embolden to think that maybe this Winter of Discontent that is now upon us all can be lifted if we are all together in our intent to rid ourselves of Najib and this corrupt BN government that he leads.

Go read again that OSA classified AG report on 1MDB that is now in the public domain. The OSA be dammed!

I am certain that in the days to come more "interesting" leaks will emerge from deep within the confines of Seri Perdana, Putrajaya and anywhere else where individuals of dubious intent and purpose meet to scheme and scam on how to further steal billions more from our national coffers.

Our "friends" are everywhere....so be afraid Najib...be very very afraid!

I want to ask you Tan Sri : Are you a corrupt Attorney General?

We know there is corruption in Malaysia.

We know there is corruption in the Prime Minister's Office, in the various ministries, in the government departments, in the Angkatan Tentera, in the Police, in the municipalities......at just about every level and in just about every conceivable nook and crannies within the vast BN government....where a ringgit can be made...there will be someone making it by taking, illegally, from the rakyat, their hard earned cash.

The world knows there is corruption in Malaysia.

Today the United States, the United Kingdom, France, Saudi Arabia, Hong Kong, Switzerland, Australia and even New Zealand, among others, have made it their business to investigate our prime minister and his involvement with 1MDB and that stupid thing that he did in putting a RM2.6billion donation into his personal bank account.

Today in most parts of the world our prime minister have all been put in that most shameful of niches that any prime minister can be put into: That of being corrupt.

Tan Sri Mohamed Apandi, do you live, like the proverbial "katak di bawah terpurung", under a tempurung ...do you? Are you not aware of the concern our people have about the prime minister depositing a RM2.6 billion "donation" into his personal account? Are you not aware that already Singapore, the USA, the United Kingdom, Hong Kong, Switzerland, Saudi Arabia and France are questioning the improprieties within 1MDB and the depositing of the RM2.6 billion "donation" by our PM into his private account.

Tan Sri we know that you are an appointee of the prime minister. We know that who the prime minister appoints he can also disappoint : as he did disappoint Gani Patail with an early retirement.

Common sense will tell you, me and others that you do not have some one you can appoint and disappoint sit in judgement of you when your political future lies in how that judgement is made....unless you are certain that that person will take instructions from you.

So it troubles us that you have sat in judgement of Najib Razak and ruled in his favor.

We question your ability to do so without fear or favor. We question if you have the courage to do the right thing by all of us. Tan Sri we question if the NFA instructions given by you for the police to cease and desists investigation on the prime minister was corruptly issued!

Tan Sri do you take Malaysian for fools or are you a fool masquerading as an AG...are you?

AG do you not think that accepting a directorship in Tabung Haji so soon after you cleared the PM of any wrong doing in that RM2.6 b donation is a smart thing to do? Do you not think that in doing so the people might construed that you were bought by Najib with that post in TH to clear him of any wrong in that donation?

Are you Tan Sri, in the words of Australians...a dodgy AG? And that the PM can call upon you for a bit of help...as in this donation case...because has has your balls tightly in his grasps?

Now let us back up a bit and look at a few other "knows" that we know.

We know that the AG is the chief law officer of the government.

We know that the AG serves the people not his political masters....well he is suppose to do so!

You know and we know that in the past  - in the time of Mahathir, the judiciary have been compromised to do the bidding of their political masters.

You, of all people, must know that there have been numerous questions asked of the improprieties that Judges have been accuse of - Muslim Judges who have indulged in sexual misconduct, judges who have taken bribes to look favorably upon cases over which they are to pass judgement on.

You know that we have been confronted by perceived bias, bias and outright corruption in the judiciary.

There have been judges who are the "go to man" when criminals are looking at having their cases decided in their favor...these are nothing short than "criminal conduct" by the judges. So we want to know Tan Sri if you are the "go to" man for Najib to resolve his donation and 1MDB problems?

And Tan Sri we want to know if any of that RM2.6billion donation deposited in Najib Razak's personal account went to you?

And there is one more "know" we want to know:

We want to know Tan Sri, if you are a corrupt Attorney General?

Malaysia : NFA. Other parts of the World : Tangkap!

steadyaku47 : This is what is happening to the corrupt daughter-in-law of the Chilean President, Michelle Bachelet. All over the civilized world corruption is not tolerated of politicians and any public official. Yet in Bolehland we have the Peguam Negara, the highest ranking public prosecutor in the country, instructing PDRM to stamp that thieving Najib Razak's donation caper as NFA (no Further Action!). Duh! Malaysia Boleh!

Natalia Compagnon, daughter-in-law of Chilean President Michelle Bachelet, at the Guarantee Court in Rancagua, Chile on January 29, 2016
A Chilean court Friday brought formal tax fraud charges against the daughter in law of President Michelle Bachelet in a scandal the leftist leader tearfully admitted was a "painful" ordeal.

The case first came to light a year ago and has shocked the public in Chile, which is ranked by Transparency International as one of the least corrupt countries in Latin America.

The court in the central city of Rancagua banned Natalia Compagnon from leaving the country and ordered her to check in with police each month for a year while judges investigate.

"I want to tell you from the heart that these have been difficult and very painful times for me and my family," a tearful-sounding Bachelet said after the ruling.

Compagnon is married to Bachelet's son Sebastian Davalos, who previously worked in an unsalaried position in his mother's government.

Compagnon is one of the bosses of a real estate company, Caval, which is being investigated over alleged financial irregularities in the purchase of land.

The court ordered that Compagnon's partner in the company, Mauricio Valero, be held under house arrest for a year.

A total of 13 suspects in the case face charges of influence-peddling, bribery and tax fraud.

Critics had called for Compagnon to be held in prison pending the probe and said Friday's measures were too lenient.

Compagnon had to be escorted by security forces as she left the court, where an angry crowd yelled: "Thief!"

Bachelet was elected to her current term in 2014 on promises to fight corruption in Chile, the world's biggest copper producer.

She had earlier served as president from 2006 to 2010.

The Caval case has dragged down her popularity rating to a record low of about 20 percent.

She faces a mid-term test in October when the country holds municipal elections.

"This has clearly upset me deeply and that is a normal human feeling, but that has not for one minute clouded my sense of presidential responsibility," Bachelet said in an address Friday at the presidential palace.

Asia Sentinel: A Corrupt BN Government seeks to cover up Murder.

Opinion: The Lies of Malaysia’s Attorney General

Opinion: The Lies of Malaysia’s Attorney General
Without Fear or Favor he say!

When a Malaysian deputy prosecutor named Kevin Morais disappeared on Sept. 4 last year after leaving his condominium in Kuala Lumpur on his way to work, the rumor spread that the 55-year-old Morais, who was gay, probably had tired of his job with the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission and had left with his lover, probably for London. And, newly-minted Attorney General Mohamed Apandi Ali said, Morais had nothing to do with the controversial MACC probe into Prime Minister Najib Razak’s tangled financial affairs.

It is widely believed that that probe got former Attorney General Abdul Gani Patail fired from his job in July, to be replaced by Apandi Ali, an UMNO stooge and loyalist who served in a variety of different capacities, including as the judge who ruled that Christians couldn’t use the word “Allah” to describe god.

What nobody expected was that Morais would turn up. The rumor about his disappearance was put to the lie when a CCTV camera, by chance, caught Morais’s car being rammed on a Kuala Lumpur street and him being dragged from it. Morais was later found in an oil drum filled with cement in a river in Subang Jaya, a Kuala Lumpur suburb. His burned car was found in a palm oil plantation in Perak. The police said it was an open and shut case. Morais had been killed by confederates of an army doctor in revenge for prosecuting a case against him.

That has been put to the lie as well. Morais’s brother in Atlanta, Ga. in the US turned up in Kuala Lumpur to issue a statement saying Morais was not only working on the Najib case, but he was either leading or co-leading the prosecution, and that he had sent him a USB drive containing information on the case. That has been corroborated by other sources in Kuala Lumpur.

It has since become clear that Morais in addition was one of the sources of deeply detailed information on Najib’s finances that was being fed to Clare Rewcastle Brown, the editor and writer of Sarawak Report. So rather than being killed for revenge by an angry army doctor, it appears that he was killed for being a whistle-blower.

So why was Apandi Ali, the country’s chief law enforcement officer, lying about Kevin Morais’s activities? Why was the lie spread that he had left town with a homosexual lover? Why did the attorney general’s office say Morais had nothing to do with the Najib case?

Apandi Ali has now denounced a story by Sarawak Report – and a similar Asia Sentinel story quoting Sarawak Report –that the MACC had forwarded 37 criminal charges against Najib for prosecution. He has said he sent the case back to the MACC for further work. Is Apandi also lying about that as well?  Given the clear lies about Morais, who does the reader want to believe? Mohamad Apandi Ali or Asia Sentinel and Sarawak Report?

Apandi Ali says he has sent the report back to the MACC for revision. He retires officially in three weeks, meaning he wants to pass the hot potato to his successor, expected to be another UMNZO lawyer, Mohamad Shafie Abdullah.

The story has earned a ban for Asia Sentinel in Malaysia from the communications ministry, which has issued a notice saying “This website is not available in Malaysia because it violates the national laws.” The ban has holes in it, but, say sources in Kuala Lumpur, it is likely to tighten

It seems more likely that it is the Malaysian government that violates the national laws, not only in the case involving Kevin Morais but in a long list of other cases. For a second one, try the murder of Hussain Najadi, the retired founder of AMBank Malaysia, who was gunned down in a parking lot in 2013. Although law enforcement officials said he was shot in a dispute over a Hindu temple property matter, Hussain’s son Pascal has charged that his father was assassinated because he said he wouldn’t play along with financial irregularities involving the United Malays National Organization prior to his death, refusing to orchestrate a multi-billion ringgit property deal connected to the Kuala Lumpur City Center. On one occasion, he told his son that Prime Minister Najib Razak was “lining his pockets with billions of ringgit with no consideration for the future of the country.”

A gunman was almost immediately arrested. The property dispute story was widely accepted by everybody but Pascal Najadi. The supposed mastermind, one Lim Yuen Soo, went on the run for two years. But Lim, a Melaka gangster and nightclub owner, appeared to be hiding in plain sight. In fact, he was part owner of the Active Force Security Services Sdn Bhd. with the former Malacca Police Chief Mohd Khasni Mohd Nor.

When police caught up with Lim at Kuala Lumpur International Airport, arresting him on an Interpol warrant, they held him incognito for eight days before they turned him loose for “lack of evidence.” But that story raised more questions than it answered. If he could be turned loose for lack of evidence, why wasn’t the original case reopened to find out who had actually paid the gunman to kill Hussain?

As to the probe of Najib’s finances, it is clear from what has emerged in Sarawak Report that he may be a cheap crook as well as a thief of titanic proportions, given the huge amounts of money that apparently have been siphoned from 1Malaysia Development Bhd., the troubled state-backed investment fund.  The MACC, in its probe, found him to be using credit cards from SRC International, a Middle Eastern company supposedly involved in oil exploration that was funded by 1MDB. Najib ran up bills of RM449,000 on an SRC Visa card and another RM2.8 million on an SRC MasterCard in August 2014. That in effect was public money, spent on hotels, meals, jewelry, and other personal items in Italy and Monaco.

He is already believed to have taken millions in kickbacks on defense contracts and purchases during his years as defense minister, particularly on the purchase of two French submarines as well as purchase of Sukhoi jet fighters at vastly inflated costs and other contracts. Yet, despite the tens of millions stolen, he still had to use credit cards from a publicly owned company to fund his wife’s vast needs for jewelry and handbags.

It was Najib’s years as defense minister that ended up in the 2006 death of the Mongolian translator and party girl, Altantuya Shaariibuu, at the hands of two of Najib’s bodyguards. It has long been assumed that Altantuya was attempting to blackmail Najib’s close friend, Abdul Razak Baginda, over what she knew about the purchase of those submarines.

So in the long run, who do you believe about the deaths of Kevin Morais and Hussain Najadi and Altantuya Shaariibuu, and the subsequent statements by Mohamad Apandi Ali over the MACC probe?  The Malaysian government? Or Sarawak Report and Asia Sentinel, both of which are now banned in Malaysia? Neither publication is likely to stop investigating them.

Statement on 1MDB
The Attorney General’s decision with respect to the investigations on 1Malaysia Development Berhad (1MDB) relates to Bank Negara Malaysia’s recommendation to initiate criminal prosecution against 1MDB for breaches under the Exchange Control Act 1953 (ECA). It is to be noted that under the Federal Constitution, the decision to initiate criminal prosecution lies solely with the Attorney General.

As an investigative authority, the Bank is duty bound to conduct its investigations with the highest professional care and diligence. The Bank at all times expects full and accurate disclosure of information by applicants in considering any application under the ECA. On its part, the Bank concluded that permissions required under the ECA for 1MDB’s investments abroad were obtained based on inaccurate or without complete disclosure of material information relevant to the Bank’s assessment of 1MDB’s applications.

Therefore, the Bank has revoked three permissions granted to 1MDB under the ECA for investments abroad totalling USD1.83 billion and also issued a direction under the Financial Services Act 2013 to 1MDB to repatriate the amount of USD1.83 billion to Malaysia and submit a plan to the Bank for this purpose.

The Bank will continue to extend its full cooperation to ongoing investigations by the Royal Malaysia Police and the Malaysia Anti-Corruption Commission.

AG Gani Patail Loses Appeal VS Dato Ramli Yusuff

with thanks to : Din Merican

BREAKING NEWS: AG Gani Patail Loses Appeal VS Dato Ramli Yusuff

by Din Merican
June 20, 2011

Yesterday, I posted an article about the despicable conduct of MACC officers who tried to inflict a last minute humiliation on Dato’ Ramli Yusuff and his family by visiting his house and making the whole neighborhood know that the MACC have unfinished business with Dato’ Ramli.

Just an hour ago, the Court of Appeal sitting in Kota Kinabalu made it clear and in no uncertain terms that it would not condone AG Gani Patail’s malicious conduct against Dato Ramli and dismissed AG Gani Patail’s appeal.
These are the judges of the august Court of Appeal:
The Honourable Dato' Haji Datuk David Wong Dak
The Honourable Judge Dato' Mohamed Apandi bin Haji Ali
The Honourable Judge Datuk Sulong bin Matjeraie
(Kota Kinabalu, Sabah)

Appearing for the AG’s office was DPP Ahmad Bache while Dato’ Seri Shafiee Abdullah represented Dato’ Ramli.

Readers would remember that IGP Musa Hassan and AG Gani Patail had used the MACC to fix-up Dato’ Ramli Yusuff  who was then the Director CCID in order cover up for their involvement in the release of a gambling syndicate operator, Goh Cheng Poh @ Tengku Goh and the MAS Scandal. Instead of charging the real crooks, they charged the Dato Ramli! With that they managed to close both cases.

In the Sabah case, the MACC fabricated stories about Dato Ramli using a police Cessna for personal use, whereas at that time, Dato Ramli was on official duty in full uniform escorted by other uniformed personnel. Dato’ Ramli’s trip was serious police business to survey the porous Sabah border because Dato’ Ramli had earlier controlled the Abu Sayaf infiltration when he was CPO Sabah.

The falsehoods perpetrated by AG Gani Patail through DPP Kevin Morais became very clear when the MACC amended the charge several times throughout that trial. DPP Kevin even fixed the arrangement of witnesses by calling the two pilots as the last witnesses as PW73 and PW74.

Kevin Morais knew that the flight path log sheet which is a requirement of the Department of Civil Aviation would show that this was an operational flight and not for personal use. Further, the statements of the pilots would have doomed the MACC’s case from the very beginning. So, in a very cunning way, Kevin Morais decided not to call the pilots first. This would enable the MACC to drag the case, deplete Dato Ramli’s resources, humiliate him publicly and make the Police citizens forget him.

So, the trial went on for 57 days with 75 witnesses with former IGP Musa Hassan  who appeared as the last and 75th witness – PW75. Musa Hassan’s task was to disagree and rebut all the evidence given earlier by the other police witnesses. Musa Hassan’s conduct of fabricating evidence was very reminiscent of his role in Sodomy I where he was dubbed as the Mattress Carrier.

Musa’s conduct must have so revolted Judge Supang Lian who did not mince her words when she condemned Musa Hassan as “an incredible witness whose evidence is not to be believed”.

That is why I worry when I am told that Musa Hassan has been appointed as Pensyarah Utama (Principal Lecturer) at the Law and Mass Communication School in UiTM. What would Musa Hassan be teaching these students? Will he be teaching them how to fabricate evidence and fix-up people and then make it believable by some public relations or mass communication trickeries? Is that how UiTM wants to be known for? Woe to this august bumiputera institution of higher learning!

I am happy for Dato Ramli for yet another round of vindication. I hope AG Gani Patai will stop any further vindictiveness against him. I hope IGP Ismail Omar will now reinstate Dato Ramli to his post and that the JPA will pay him all his pensions, gratuities and emoluments. Enough is enough!
I am happy that the prayers of all decent Malaysian have been answered by God. I am happy that these Judges of the Court of Appeal have restored our hopes and faith that eventually the truth will prevail!

God is Great!

AG Fucking around too?

I have no idea where this RPK gets his 'breaking news' but must salute him lah!

RPK...I STAND…. IN AN UPRIGHT ATTENTION POSITION…. STAMP MY RIGHT LEG, FLAT ON THE BUMI, WITH MY RIGHT HAND, I HONOUR THIS GRAND SALUTE… OF EVERY INCH….. TO YOUR SOURCES OF INFORMATION

Alamak now even the Attorney General is Bonking! Well as they say…Monkey see, Monkey do. If the Chief Justice was caught out illegally having a tryst overseas…well Golok is in Thailand and can be considered overseas lah…then why not the Attorney General. And again as an extension of the Monkey See Monkey do…why not the Attorney General’s DPP and Saiful! Apa macham ni? Niamah!

I can just picture Najib having to reassure Rosmah that he is not the Monkey See Monkey Do type. Not that it will do any good because nudge nudge wink wink say no more….Rosmah knows Najib better then a Monkey can climb a tree! But once she cools down they would be discussing what to do with the AG – because like they are beholden to the IGP Najib and Rosmah are also beholden to the AG…there is that word ‘beholden’ again!

Woi !

Same as Najib was beholden to Mahathir. There are so many ‘beholden’ people in Barisan Nasional that it would be easy to find them in that entire BN crowd. Just like finding a Dato’ in a crowd…just throw a pebble into the crowd and you will hit a Dato’. In UMNO you do the same thing and you will hit someone who is beholden to somebody!

By now Najib will be calling Mahathir to see if the old man has any idea what to do. I would think that by then end of this crisis, Mahathir’s son might be a full Minister!

For now let us think a while about what the AG will say esok! He can deny that there is an elephant in the room. He can say “I will not dignify RPK’s accusation with a comment”…or he can "RESIGN!"...and of course let us see what the religious department will do...and PDRM too! Do they go looking for the AG or will he go to them...or whoever he has to go to when you are caught having sex outside marriage. It is simply not the done thing in Islam! As the Chinese say..."Die Standing!"

Aisehaman AG...where got road?

The Attorney General is not a stupid man. He might be the lackey of UMNO. He might be more then willing to do Najib’s bidding or as proclaimed by those not  so refine, carry Najib’s balls…and they do not mean golf balls either. He might even be inclined to interpret judiciary matters to disadvantaged individuals who are a problem to UMNO. But this we must acknowledge - to get where he is now does require some intelligence. But as each day passes it gets more and more difficult for him to keep doing the bidding of his political masters. Some of his predecessors have thrown caution to the wind and went all the way to ensure that the instructions coming from his political masters are adhered to…right up to every dot for every ‘i’ and the cross for every ‘t’. But those were in the good old days when Malaysia Today and bloggers were unheard off. Now the Attorney General really has to use what grey matter he has to ‘manage’ the judicial process to serve the interest of his political masters.
Take the latest situation re the late Teoh Beng  Hock. Now I am not without knowledge of what UMNO can do to neutralize a potentially disastrous situation. We can recall the correct correct correct Lingam, Eric Cheah, PKFZ…ecetera ecetera ecetera ( as Yul Bryner said in The King and I) but this Teoh Beng Hock suicide note is really the Attorney General at his most creative.

As I have said at the onset, the Attorney general is not a stupid man. He knows if the suicide note is genuine he has done wrong in keeping quiet all this time – for whatever reason! If the suicide note is a fake the Attorney General will have a difficult time (some say impossible) to prove a fake to be genuine. Even the watch sellers in China Town will refer to their fake watch as either an ORIGINAL fake or a GENUINE fake…but a fake nevertheless because they do not want to be pulled in by DBKL for selling a fake watch as an original! Please note that I am not saying that the Attorney General cannot legally (as interpreted by Judges who have a need for a Tan Sri or ‘undeserved’ promotions) make a fake suicide note genuine – I am just saying that he will have a hard time doing it. Hard because Malaysia Today and we bloggers are going to rub his nose in it!

Now here comes the part where you can trip me up. I did say that the Attorney General is not stupid! If he is not stupid how come an intelligent man will want to be an Attorney General under a Barisan Nasional government?
Well you and I know that it is easy to tell the truth. You just relate what really happened without any embellishments, frills or ‘bunga bunga’. It is harder to tell untruths because you need to have the ‘intelligence’ to make it up as you go along..and keep inventing other ‘truths’ as your lie becomes bigger and bigger! So that is why I say that the Attorney General is not stupid…as they say “ Oh what a complicated web we weave when we set out to deceive!”

So now the Attorney general has to come up with a suicide note that Teoh Beng Hock wrote before he died. Is this possible? Remember what Mahathir said? If they can come up with Avatar, then they can do anything – and this Mahathir should know. He was Prime Minister of Malaysia for long enough…though of course he might turn around and say “I cannot remember”…but I digress.
Whether the suicide note is genuine or fake, let us see how the AG and Barisan Nasional …no let the whole of Malaysia see how they squirm, bob and weave, duck, do some silap mata here and sandiwara there…let us all see how they get out of this one! And once it is over, no matter what the verdict, chalk this up as another lesson learnt about Barisan Nasional. For now just sit back and let us watch the show
P.S
If you need a sign from God to tell you what to do here it is:
