Heaven has no boundaries and there is nothing to fear in death : ANITA MOORJANI

steadyaku47: This was forwarded to me by Pat....I was reluctant to spend 30 minutes listening to someone talk about her experience with stage four cancer...but as I start to listen to Anita talk I was moved to listen and continue to listen as she talks. Thirty minutes well spent....do take the time to listen to Anita. A lesson in life...that there is nothing to fear in death!

DO NOT ELECT STUPID LEADERS!

It's the Corruption Stupid!

It was corruption during Mahathir’s time, during Pak Lah’s time and it is still corruption now during Najib’s time! I have found it fascinating observing how the Malaysian voters think. They do not care about policy. The do not care about honesty. They want the politicians to tell them what they want to hear – when willl they get the roads built? The longkang repaired? Their temples rebuild? Their mosque airconditioned? Their land tittle? The cost of petrol reduced?

UMNO knows that voters are emotional. UMNO work on the premise that voters are stupid. Stupid people votes are just as good as other people’s vote. Ignorant voters are easy target for manupalitive politicians. They will tell the voters what good is a politician without power? What good is your candidate without a position in government? And so the stupid voters vote in their manipulative candidates and there we have a merry mixture of “I want” from the voters and “I give” from the politicians…not for the greater good of the nation but that is what it takes to keep him in power and keep his voters contented.

So he installs an air conditioned in the local surau -$20K tops with an improved state of the art PA system that can call the faithful to prayers from a mile away. Builds a temple for $100K that will keep the Indians in the estate happy and then he is off to Parliament to now take care of himself. A Mercedes perhaps to start with(which he buys from the local Chinese Merc dealer!) and he is onto the projects after projects after projects merry go round! So far we have not seen his pledge “for King and Country” being honoured. The king cannot give him any votes while the country can only give but cannot votes. UMNO gives him the platform to do his dirty deeds. So he prioritise his important work and country comes last…on the same level as King!

So Najib this is how the country and UMNO has got to its present predicament! The need to feed the voters, the politicians – the whole system breeds and reeks of corruption. So it is not what your think tank is working on in Putrajaya that will rejuvenate your election chnaces. It is not 1Malaysia. It is not what MACC is suppose to do. It is the corruption stupid!

And now comes Pakatan Rakyat. Their first premise? They believe that the Malaysian People are not stupid. They believe that if the people are made aware of what is happening around them they will think and do what is right. They know they have to develop smarter voters. So how do they inspire voters?

No more myths. Give the people political information. Make them understand that we are all part of Malaysia. That each and every one of us have a duty to exercise our votes in a meaningful and responsible way and have a role to play in the affairs of our country. That the politicians are accountable to theie electorate for what they do in office. Make the people  think and care and once they care they will read, think and deliberate.

They will deliberate where Khir Toya got the money to buy his Istana? The people will ask how Mahathir’s children are able to amass hideously amount of Ringgits? How is it that billions have gone missing with nothing to show on PKFZ? Why do people continue to die under Police custody? Why was Najib was not part of the Altantuya court proceedings? Why Razak Baginda got RM$500 million for services rendered for the purchase of the submarines? And now of course there is NFC, the gutter politics and questions to be answered as to how over 200 armed men could 'invade' Sabah!
The process of thinking have long started with the Malaysian Voters. It started before the last General Elections. See what it did to UMNO then! The flow of information to the voters continue unabated despite the government complete control of the media. Despite censorship. Despite its pathetic but nevertheless worrisome attempts to control the cyber world. From time to time the global media wades in with its two cents worth – but by and large it is Pakatan Rakyat and the Cyber world that is in the fore front of this attempt to inform the voters what they need to know about UMNO.

And as in wars there are battles to be fought  - win and lose are the natural order of these things – but in the end the battle has to be won or UMNO will continue to wreck havoc on all things Malaysian.

All that I ask is that we take recognition of the fact that we need to know more about what UMNO has done in the last 50 years of their rule over us- no make that since the time of Mahathir’s rule – so that we can make informed decisions by the coming of the next General Elections.

The electorate is not stupid. Yes they did vote for UMNO and Barisan Nasional in the past and did keep them in office for the last 50 years. But only because UMNO continued to treat the voters as stupid – playing issues of religion, race and ethnicity against its own people which have no bearing on issues of national importance. Morally corrupt politicians cannot feed of informed voters. The two are simply not compatible.

Like it or not Najib is our leader. He should know better. We expect better of him. He should not exploit the ignorance of our voters and apply this to everything that he does – that UMNO does. Ignorance is caused by indifference and the voters need to be aware that their indifference can be overcome. But stupidity as exhibited by UMNO leaders is an act of God. So the people must choose their leaders with care. Do not elect stupid leaders.

For the voters I ask that you consider this. After a long history of UMNO leaders that build massive Istanas upon retirement, condemm ISA AFTER retirement, are implicated in massive financial frauds and manipulations, in thefts and murders, in sexual escapes, in one eye close incidents, in compromising the Judiciary, in tolerating the excesses of the Police… we must learn not to be stupid anymore and vote with responsibility to ensure our country gets the leaders we need and deserve

ELVIS, Love me, One Night

Impossible to live with you, but I know, I could never live without you

For those of you who are in love....

I'd like to run away from you ,but if you never found me I would die
I'd like to break the chains you put around me, but I know I never will
You stay away and all I do is wonder why the hell I wait for you
But when did common sense prevail for lovers when we know it never will
Impossible to live with you, but I know, I could never live without you
For whatever you do
I never, never, never want to be in love with anyone but you
You never treat me like you should, so what's the good of loving as I do?
Although you always laugh at love, nothing else would be good enough for you
Impossible to live with you, but I know, I could never live without you
For whatever you do

I never, never, never want to be in love with anyone but you
You make me laugh, you make me cry, you make me live, you make me die, for you
You make me sing, you make me sad, you make me glad, you make me mad, for you

I love you, hate you, love you, hate you

But I'll want you till the world stops turning
For whatever you do
I never, never, never want to be in love with anyone but you
I love you, hate you, love you, hate you

But I'll want you till the world stops turning
For whatever you do
I never, never, never want to be in love with anyone but you
I love you, hate you, love you, hate you

But I'll want you till the world stops turning
For whatever you do
I never, never, never want to be in love with anyone but you

Cakap cakap.....We do not honestly want a Malay government with a Chinese Opposition.

If there is anything that leaders of Barisan Nasional and Pakatan Rakyat have in abundance it is arrogance with large doses of vanity and pride. Large enough for them to overdose on if left to their own devices.

UMNO is the largest political organization in Malaysia. It has a network that transcend state boundaries and a war chest second to none. As the incumbent it can do what it wants within government, the Judiciary and the EC – this is simply the truth.  But do they have to keep reminding us of this? And do they think that what they have done in the past will be sufficient reason enough for them to ask for another term to govern when what they have done serves to damm them more than to anoint them as being fit too govern for another term?

As for Pakatan Rakyat it one thing for the people to decide that they have had enough of Barisan Nasional but it takes extraordinary arrogance for Pakatan Rakyat to insists that they should be in Government in Putrajaya after this 13th general election no matter what! This is for the people to decide. Meantime it would do them good to put their house in order by giving us hope that they will be a credible alternative to the present corrupt and self serving Barisan Nasional. A little humility from DAP, a cessation to the use of gutter politics from PKR and more of PAS unwavering commitment to decency and a people first governance would go a long way towards making this happen.

Unfortunately the collective bile that consumed Barisan Nasional and Pakatan Rakyat continues to be directed towards each other and leads to the exclusion of listening  to and hearing what the Rakyat wants and expects of them.

These politicians are people of such extraordinary smugness, conceit and arrogance that right thinking Malaysians should be concern for the future of politics and the state of our nation in the time to come.

Malaysian politicians presume that their significance and position within our society is God given – that they are the chosen one! Chosen one my foot!

Their insensitivity to the plight of our people who live in poverty, who are in the minority, who are underprivileged, marginalized and for the old and the sick borders on an irresponsibility that may be familiar amongst the despot and dictators of Africa and some Middle East regimes – but in Malaysia this is unacceptable.

All that we are, all that we have inherited from our elders, all that we have learnt from our various cultures and religion teaches us otherwise. We are, we have been a caring society. We want our government to reflect this!

Enough is enough. We have had enough of the arrogance, enough of the pride and vanity and certainly enough of the sense of entitlement to our nation’s and our wealth that these politicians claim as their own. Najib and Anwar should be ashamed of themselves. We need new leaders!

There is a tradition in Malaysian politics that tolerates racial polarization and pork barrel politics that divides the ante amongst the various races. To this we now want a sense of fairness that will allow for this division of our Nation’s wealth on a need basis tempered by decency to provide for those most in need and deserving  of this assists.

There is a tradition that sees the armed forces and PDRM stacked with Malays. The tradition that sees the Malays dominant in politics and the Chinese dominant in business.

Realistically this will not change because the Malays have the numbers to maintain their position and the Chinese have the wealth and the guile to defend theirs but there is a dire need to work on the advancement of the Indians, the people in East Malaysia and those in the minority who are without the means of taking what is their due because they lack representation in Parliament. And we need to insist on meritocracy in business, government and all things Malaysians.

And above all the most fundamental need is for us to put in place an education system that will teach our young that our survival as a Nation is dependent of putting in place the true concept of 1Malaysia.

The arrogance of those who have become our leaders is more offensive because they treat us with contempt.

I am a liberal Malay and there are many liberal Malays but we do not honestly want a Malay government with a Chinese Opposition.  By all means let Kit Siang go to Gelang Patah to contest in the heartland of UMNO but would it not be more reasonable for DSAI to go and contest UMNO on its own turf? Lim Kit Siang in Gelang Patah can ‘patah’ DAP if not Pakatan Rakyat itself.

We have seen KJ lose the Prime Minister post for Pak Lah, Rosmah will in all probability do the same for Najib and now we see the possibility that DAP will lose the general election for Pakatan Rakyat? This close to the election and PR is imploding? Or has UMNO timed their run to the 13th general election to perfection?

I have no real answers to these questions but these questions need to be asked and addresses effectively by Pakatan Rakyat if it is to win government. To err is human and we all make mistake but not these kinds of mistake!

As the leaders of Barisan Nasional and Pakatan Rakyat both grow more confident of their perceived victory in the coming 13th general election so too grows their arrogance when telling us of what THEY have done for us in the past, what THEY are doing for us in the present and what THEY will do for us in the future.

I think they should stop to listen and hear what the people have to say about what THEY have done and what WE want them to do! This election is not about them but about the people of this Nation. This insufferable arrogance of our politicians to think that it is about THEM  - about Najib or Anwar, about Barisan Nasional or Pakatan Rakyat – needs to be addressed if not by the politicians themselves than by us, the electorates.

I know it would seem that choosing a responsible and decent person to be an elected representative seems next to being impossible from amongst the current crop of would be candidates so far put forward by BN or PR…so maybe we would need to look towards what the future will hold for us.

Maybe we need to look towards the 14th general election when the candidates we elect now, would be able to step out from the shadows of the current dinosaurs and ‘condemmed’ politicians and bring about the changes we aspire to.

For now one person for us to consider would be Nurrul Izzah.

Quietly and without fuss Nurull goes about her job of serving the people who voted for her in Lembah Pantai. One on one, one by one she goes about the business of being MP of Lembah Pantai. Lembah Pantai is where she is doing her apprenticeship to prepare her for what lies ahead if she is to be in government.

There has to be some more of her generation and of her ilk in the ranks of Pakatan Rakyat and in hopefully in Barisan Nasional too. To think otherwise would be to capitulate to the excesses and abuses of government we have already endured under Barisan Nasiional. If I had a wish for my country and for our people it is the fervent hope that Najib Tun Razak will be the last UMNO Prime Minister of our country for a very long time.

For Nurrul to be our future she must be in government now. Let us hope that this thought will allow us to make the right choices in this 13th general election. We can only hope that the old guard within Pakatan Rakyat will build a future upon and around politicians like Nurrul Izzah and others like her that they may have in their ranks.

ABU!

How long before we have rocks hidden in our hand waiting for an opportunity to retaliate against those thugs employed by UMNO and against the Police…?

How soon do you think it will be before our people stop turning the other cheek and start to fight back against the thugs employed by UMNO to harass the opposition?

When will we say enough to being beaten, kicked and dragged along the road and clubbed by baton wielding riot squad police and have tear gas fired directly at our people? The brazen brutality of PDRM on our people sanctioned by the complicit silence from the Barisan Nasional government is horrific and unacceptable. Do the Police no longer operate within the confines of the Law or are they now a law upon themselves?

How long before we have rocks hidden in our hand waiting for an opportunity to retaliate against those thugs employed by UMNO and against the Police…waiting to throw those rocks at them the moment they start to again get physical with our people? How soon if it has not already started?

Those were my thoughts as I watched this video.

Whether these are Anwar’s men or Najib’s, whether they are thugs from UMNO or PKR and whether they are Chinese, Malays, Indians, Mat Rempits, Jinjang Joes or Indian gangsters...all that are open to conjecture.

What matters is that our people are now fighting with each other. Malaysians now think it is okay to hit other Malaysians. How soon before an incident like this flares into communal conflict and from there to God knows what! Anything can happen and we know too well what has happened in the past.

This is madness. We are on a knife edge. The most sensitive of issues that could be use to divide and polarize the people – race and religion – are being shamelessly used to divide and polarize our people for political advantage. A truly despicable act.

And what do our leaders do? They edge on their people to do more. They tell their people to teach the other side a lesson. Thuggery, gangsterism and bullying are now the weapons of choice for politician.

And over all this Najib Tun Razak is Prime Minister! He is indeed a sad and pathetic example for a leader….and it is our misfortune to live in his times.

HUGH HEFNER: HOW MANY WOMEN HAS HE SLEPT WITH?

March 27, 2013, 11:58 amThe Hype
The amount of women Hef has slept with may (or may not) surprise you.
In an intimate new interview with Esquire magazine, Playboy founder (and lover of women) Hugh Hefner has revealed that he's slept with **insert drum roll** over 1,000 women in his time.

Credit: Peter Yang/Esquire
"How could I possibly know?" Hef told the mag, adding: "Over a thousand, I'm sure."
Now we're not justifying his lothario ways, but when you take into account the fact that he's 86-years-old and the founder of an American men's magazine that features photographs of nude women that is celebrating its 60th anniversary this year, it kinda makes sense.
When you do the math, one new sexual partner per week over the course of 20 years would give a tally of 1,040 women.
Plus you also need to account for the fact that Hef has been married for chunks of his life.
"When I was married I never cheated," Hef told the mag. "But I made up for it when I wasn't married. You have to keep your hand in."
From 1949 to 1959 Hef was married to Mildred Williams. From this marriage he has two grown children; Christie, 60, and David, 57.
From 1989 to 2010 Hef was married to former Playboy Playmate Kimberley Conrad. From this marriage he had two more children; Marston, 22, and Cooper, 21.

Of course his latest wife -- and one-time runaway bride -- Crystal Harris just happens to be the best.
"I just feel very, very fortunate to have found her at this stage in my life," he gushed. "I saved the best till last."
At 26 years old, Harris is 60 years his junior.
The pair finally wed on New Years Eve last year after Crystal called off the their first nuptials at the 11th hour in 2011 due to cold feet.

LKY : The Bumiputra affirmative action policy has destroyed one generation of Malays .... they don’t know how to be competitive.

How Lee Kuan Yew sees Malaysia in 20 years' time

(By TAY TIAN YAN/Translated by DOMINIC LOH/Sin Chew Daily)

The Bumiputra affirmative action policy has destroyed one generation of Malays .... they don’t know how to be competitive. The sad thing is that they don’t realized that the longer they keep at it, in the ultimate long run .... they are "killing" themselves. The day of reckoning will come and history will be re-written on how Malaysian fore-fathers failed the nation. The intent may be good, but the execution and policy has been a disaster.

Share LKY's view and I know this is what UMNO wants! (remember the keris waving?!) Then they can have everything and no need to share - and then they can fight among themselves!

The clear and present danger

If the Doomsday prediction never comes true, New Zealand will remain as picturesque after a hundred years, with cows and goats roaming all over the country sparsely populated by humans.

A hundred years later, Singapore 's foundation will remain rock solid. The tiny city-state will continue to lure new immigrants, and many new-generation Singaporeans will see their lineages traced back to those of migrants.

How about Malaysia a hundred years from now? Lee Kuan Yew did not seem to see things that far. He only set his sight 20 years later. He said all constituencies in Malaysia would be dominated by the Malays in 20 years' time, and the leadership in this country would value the Chinese population less and less.

The Chinese population would continue to slide, he added, not because of the pathetically low fertility rates among the Chinese in this country, but because those who could afford would have sent their children overseas, who would decide not to come back.

"And those migrating to Malaysia will be from Islamic states, making the country's Islamisation inclination more and more pronounced."

Statistics don't lie, and the current political and social ecosystems are not here without a reason. MM Lee's predictions are by no means novel. But his well-thought remarks have touched the hearts of many a Malaysian.

If this is what the country should look like 20 years from now, we can imagine Chinese Malaysians to be like apes in a forest sanctuary a hundred years down the road, where we need to sharpen our eyesight to carefully scan through the entire swathe of forest before we can catch a glimpse of one or two of them.

That comparison is, most certainly, exaggerated, but I really hope we will not be reduced to a rare species by then. The ratio of Chinese population in this country has been on steady decline over the decades; so has their political status here. Very soon, they will be completely engulfed by the powerful waves of aggressive Islamisation.

This is the pessimistic side of the outlook of their destiny. But Chinese Malaysians cannot afford to go on this way, and wait helplessly for such a destiny to befall them. They have to take the initiative to accentuate their own strengths and be in firm control of their own fates before they can divert such a predestination.

The next ten years will be key to the future destiny of Chinese Malaysians. If the country's policies get more and more ethnically-oriented and religiously inclined, the future of Chinese community is well within our imagination, and Chinese Malaysians will exit the country in droves.

On the other hand, if community-centric ideologies get diluted, conflicts between mainstream and minority races get thinned down, the common Malaysian identity gets consolidated, and the spirit of secularity stays very much relevant, then Chinese Malaysians will have a much more promising future here. So will Malaysia.

Whatever happens to this country or our society, the most important element for new-generation Chinese to secure a place in this land, will be their very own competitiveness. In this age of globalization, when national boundaries are increasingly obscured, people will find a greener pasture beyond our shores if our internal conditions remain this bleak.

We cannot afford to talk about what will happen to us a hundred years from now. We need to buck up and fight for our near-term opportunities.

Meaningless and unnecessary squabbles, like the one currently taking place within MCA, will only serve to bog down the pace of the Chinese community further, blurring their vision of the clear and present danger. What the Chinese community urgently needs right now is high-caliber and farsighted leadership, not one engrossed with endless infighting.

THIS IS PKR!

I have known for many months that PKR has a file on me! Yes on me! Hussein abdul Hamid …steadyaku47…and you know what PKR? I do not really care a damm because the story I can write about myself will be much more interesting to read than the one PKR may write on me. They think that having the file on me is just an insurance in case I hantam PKR just a bit too much for their liking. Let me tell them this…if I really want to hantam PKR you would not have a hope in hell of trying to make me stop!

It is one thing if they want to keep files on Najib, Mahathir and those UMNO guys who are a threat to PKR…but me? Huh!

Listen guys I can write good or bad on just about any politicians in Malaysia! In the main, I have decided to put my lot with Pakatan Rakyat (that includes PKR!) because I believe there are enough good people in Pakatan Rakyat to make the changes that we want and need in our Nation to ensure that our future will be better, much better than to have our country under a Barisan Nasional government. I am on your side. Leave me alone before I start to really question the goings on in PKR.

I am sick of hearing PKR going on about UMNO using gutter politics to attack PKR. Let me make this crystal clear….the day PKR stops using the same gutter politics themselves …then that is the day you can start complaining and whining about UMNO using gutter politics to terminate anybody in PKR! Kapish? Before that you the PKR kettle is calling UMNO the pot, black!

No, I am not against PKR. I am against the tactics that some idiots within PKR are employing in the mistaken belief that that is what they need to do to in politics because politics is a dirty game. I have news for you…YOU make it dirty!

May I suggest this Anwar….get your rabid dogs out of my life before I really f#@K PKR up....and throw that f%#king file away before you even think of using it!

Ask him to count how many people became thieves when he was in power....

First posted Tuesday, March 13, 2012

I came across the above comment by CK in Malaysia Today (February 24, 2012 20:49:52 in Malaysia Today) on an article whose title I have long since forgotten. What I have not forgotten was what CK asked us to ask of Mahathir:

"ASK HIM TO COUNT HOW MANY PEOPLE BECAME THIEVES WHEN HE WAS IN POWER"...

Thief:
•    Somebody who steals something especially with the
      intention of escaping notice.

Steal:
•    To take something that belongs to somebody else,
illegally or without the owner’s permission.
•    To take or get something secretly or through trickery
•    To take something that another person has created, and
      present it as your own.

CK’s line captured the essence of the Mahathir’s time in government and identifies the main preoccupation that has defined UMNO and Barisan Nasional ever since.

In his person it can be argued that Mahathir was not corrupt while in office. He was not interested in amassing insane personal wealth. He did not suffer fools gladly and his work ethics were exemplary. One thing and one thing only coloured everything that he did – the acquisition of power within himself. In the acquisition of this power he was enormously successful and became blind to everything else.

Blind to the need of check and balances in the business of government. Blind to his duty as an elected representative to be responsible and accountable to the people for what he did. And he was certainly blind to what harm the wielding of that power did to our people and to our country – damage that irreversibly and irrefutably caused the breakdown of the very fabric of society that we have known for as long as we have lived.

There were the adverse economic costs that his irresponsible grandiose schemes, mega projects and Malaysia Inc. – all manifestation of his insistence to use the power within himself to do as he please unchecked - had costs our country. A cost that ran into the billions of ringgits.  A debt to be paid back by us, our children and by many generations to come. In his self-absorbed pursuit of power Mahathir used everything at his disposal to acquire power and excused anything else to keep it.

The tender system used to purchase what our government required became the quintessential way by which so many of these newly acquired thieving skills of UMNO and Barisan Nasional were deftly honed upon. The tender system was skewered to serve Mahathir’s purposes via the politics of patronage. Those who served Mahathir and UMNO vested interest were rewarded with government contracts and projects. Tenders by invitation only, tenders by negotiations and ways and means were perfected to ensure its award were only to preferred parties as identified by those in power. The tender process became flawed to serve Mahathir’s and UMNO’s interest. And once this process was flawed it was abused at all levels.

Every process of the tender system became a way of making money for the enterprising government servant and others. From the time when a requirement was identified, to the tendering out process, to the evaluation of it and then to the purchase and its payment process, and if required its maintenance - all along the line money could and was made by those involved in the process – all at great costs to our country.

Thus started the thieving of our country resources by many government servants and politicians – and the culture of materialism was born. Now everything to be done in government had a price – from haggling with the policeman to ‘selesai’ a minor traffic infringement to the building of the RM$20 billion Putrajaya.

The more power he acquired the greater his ability to reward those who served his purpose – a vicious circled that preyed on the inherent greed of men. None can deny the power that Mahathir wielded was absolute. And in having that absolute power he corrupted the process of government absolutely.

The Sultans became thieves under Mahathir. They were rewarded by being allowed to continue with their useless and ostentatious life style at our expense if they did Mahathir’s bidding.  They got something for doing nothing (is that not thieving?). If they dared to cross Mahathir, they were abuse and punished.

The Mentri Besar did Mahathir’s bidding and structured Cawangans, Bahagians and Negri level within UMNO into factions with leaders who only had loyalty to Mahathir and financial rewards came with it. We have yet to meet a Mentri Besar from the Mahathir era that retired poor! Ketua Bahagians and Negri were little Napoleons of the great wealth and unbridled power in as long as it served Mahathir’s purposes. One of the most memorable example of these thieves chosen personally by Mahathir to be Mentri Besar, is that dentist now convicted  of corruption - Khir Toyo. All these thieves given respectability through politics under UMNO led by Mahathir!

Ministers were thieves for the many financial rewards they obtained for putting up with the Mahathir and his megalomaniac ways of doing government. They put up with everything that Mahathir wanted to do in Cabinet because in him they knew rested their career in politics and their financial rewards for services faithfully rendered to Mahathir. This was thieving on a grand scale with legitimacy conferred at the highest level in the land – the Cabinet.

When the highest echelons of government are themselves thieves – what more its people. And that is why I say that CK got the essence of Mahathir’s era when he said this of Mahathir’s time in government:

"Ask him to count how many people became thieves when he was in power"...

What a damming indictment of Mahathir who dares to think that he could be one of our greatest Prime Minister! Greatest my a@r*! He would be more at home amongst Field Marshal Idi Amin, Emperor Bokassa or Papa Doc of Haiti – all leaders diseased with the need to have power within themselves oblivious to the need of the people and the country they serve. All leaders dammed by history and considered buffoons when pitted against Ang Sang Sui Kyi and Mandela. Our tragedy is that we already have such a buffoon in Mahathir!

And I end with this other comment also from MT.

Tell me, do I need to hentam Najib and UMNO-BN on issues such as NFC, 1Care, tolls, PKFZ, submarine commission, mysterious APC price differences, Felda Global Ventures, Terengganu Stadium Collapse, MRR2 repair, Tourism promotion bullsh*t, PSC Naval dockyard, mysterious non-accountable awards of contracts, payouts to contractors without contracts being fulfilled, crooked bridge compensation, Bank Bumi, Bank Islam, Maminco, Betting in foreign exchange futures by Bank Negara, Perwaja Steel, Valuecap Sdn. Bhd, corrupt practices including lu tolong wa – wa tolong lu-ism, racial politics, condoning arrogant overt acts of seditions by Utusan, Perkasa, BTN-ized racism by headmasters and use of books with bigoted contents, politicized police, MACC, judiciary, civil servants, muftis, AG, etc?

With apologies and thanks to the writer whom I have not been able to credit for this succulent comment as I have lost track of whom he/she is.....all that a damming indictment of what Mahathir have done while in power!
