Petra : You heard the story about those crabs in the bucket? Well Petra I do not want to be in any bucket with you!

Pakatan Harapan Blogger Whacks Selangor Sultan A Second Round

Hussein Abdul Hamid, Pakatan Harapan blogger based in Australia, whacks DYMM Sultan Sharafuddin Idris Shah, the Sultan of Selangor, a second round and triggers a police investigation.

steadyaku47 comment :

The above is what I found in MT.

First thing first. I consider Petra a friend. Of course we all have many type of friends. The good ones, the bad ones, the "tompang" friends, friends for old times sake...etc etc...in which category Petra strays into is for me to know and for him to find out...but he is a friend. But I do not read what he writes. Have not done so for a number of years and I only go to MT if one of my friends sends me a link to his blog...and they usually do that when Petra writes about me. This week I got two links to MT...and so with a heavy heart but happy in the knowledge that a "friend" remembers me...I click on the link...and there were indeed two postings about me.

Petra write all you want about me....but leave aruah Endon out of this. Yes she is my cousin - her father and my mother are brothers and sisters....but she is long gone. Surely you do not need to use aruah Endon to get people to visit your blog! Have some decency to leave the dead be.

Next...you call me a Pakatan Harapan blogger. What does that mean? That I am paid by Pakatan Harapan to blog? That I write gratis in support of Pakatan Harapan? I wish Mahathir or Anwar pays me to blog. About four years ago I asked Anwar if I could blog for PKR...he said yes and we agreed to Aud $1000 (one thousand dollars) a month. First month I wrote for PKR he never paid me. Second month I wrote...he again never paid me. And that is when I told him to go fly a kite. As for Tun Dr Mahathir...if Clare Newcastle Brown have not got a single cent from him for all that she has done in exposing 1MDB...what do you think are my chances of getting anything? I did contribute about 50 articles to Lim Kit Siang blog...and yes...for that too I did not get a single cent from him. So please lah...dont arbitrarily call me a Pakatan Harapan blogger based in Australia. The only thing true about that is that I am indeed based in Australia. I am not going to call you a blogger under Rosmah's payroll...that would not be true...would it? Please Petra tell me it is not true! I will believe you if you say it is not true...promise I will. And so will many other Malaysians! Just tell us that it is all a lie.....Petra....Petra........please tell us it is not true.....!

You heard the story about those crabs in the bucket? Well Petra I do not want to be in  any bucket with you!

Write all you want about what I write about because when we put what we  write into the public domain we must be prepared to be hantam...but no cheap shots ok. Don't hit me when I am not looking!

You are more famous then me, you are a better blogger then me, a better writer then me, hundreds and thousands of people click on to your site...maybe millions, many millions.....and of course you are better known then me ...and even better off financially then me. Okay lah I am taller then you but all you need is a box to stand on and you will soon be looking down on me.........so can I ask you to just keep the writing about each other on a level playing field. Kapish?

cakap cakap...RPK.

Some one just shared this with me....really? They tell me that is a snapshot from RPK's whatsapp group or whatever? Surely Petra has more brain, class and grey matter than to post something that damming? Saya tanya aja.....

RPK and Sarawak Report : Read and make your own conclusion!

If RKP Is Not Paid From 1MDB's Stolen Money How Is He Paid?

Mahathir and his ANC were hoping that Hillary Clinton would win the US Presidency. Then they can keep this DoJ issue alive. But now that Donald Trump has won instead, there goes their US campaign to create the perception that Najib is a dead man walking…
Oh, by the way, a little bird told me that the letter below was prepared yesterday in anticipation of Trump winning the US Presidency today. And that is the difference between Najib’s Boffin Boys and Mahathir’s Keystone Cops. Najib’s boys know what they are doing while Mahathir boys blunder every step of the way.
Now you know why in February 2015 when I was asked to decide whether to join Mahathir’s team or Najib’s team I chose Najib’s team. It is just that I detest working with idiots and enjoy working with brilliant people. I mean, only idiots would enjoy working with idiots. And I would like to believe that I am brilliant and not an idiot.

Our comment

Today’s message point from PMO Communications Dept has been the claim that Najib is best golfing pals with Muslim-bashing Donald Trump (greasing up to Obama and funding Frank White are soooo yesterday….. time to re-dial Josh Trevino).

Cabinet was informed by Najib that this means he is definitely off the hook over 1MDB and blogger RPK duly parroted the line in his latest libellous ramblings from the back of his North Manchester cafe joint.

Interestingly (for once), having accused SR, the WSJ, the DOJ and various others of being in the paid thrall of a Soros ‘Jewish plot’, RPK went on to admit he works for ‘Najib’s team’, which he says means he is “brilliant”.

This raises the question as to what money is being used to pay him, since he isn’t on the books at PMO?  It seems highly likely that another foreign based recipient of 1MDB’s stolen money has been identified therefore and the various law-enforcers will be notified.

As for Trump ‘letting off Najib’.  RPK has amply demonstrated that he has a morality-free, grovelling UMNO mentality, which is that boss-man fixes everything, so stick close to boss-man skirts. However, the US has a more advanced approach, meaning even the all-powerful Trump will not be able to ring the DOJ and tell them to “pull the investigations on that guy Najib I played golf with in 2009″.

To the contrary, he has vowed to “drain the swamp” (on corruption) and what better place to start than to encourage a speed-up of the action against Islamist agitating kleptocrats, who hide their money in the USA and send fighters into IS by the plane load from SE Asia?

steadyaku47 comment :  Whether one is brilliant or an idiot is not for one to say....let those who can think for themselves, are rational and have some grey matter in their head, decide for themselves who is brilliant and who is an idiot. Enough said!

Sarawak Report : Lies, Damned Lies And RPK!

18 Jun 2016

BN politician Muhyiddin Yasin has just joined a long queue of people to denounce the self-important blogger, ‘RPK’ for outrageous lies.

Sarawak Report has no evidence (and indeed no opinion) on the details of the alleged libel in this present case. However, we do have volumes on the non-trustworthyness of RPK.
Our evidence shows that it is barely relevant whether what RPK says at any given time is true or false, because the man is so deceitful, discredited and unreliable.  If something true needs to be revealed, therefore, then a more credible outfit will have to be persuaded to publish it instead.

As for the recent jumping up and down by RPK, demanding to be sued in this matter by Mr Muhyiddin, let us inform the world how RPK reacts when he is actually sued.
First the cringing fellow pretends he doesn’t reside at his own address and that his wife and his son don’t know him and so cannot pass on legal letters addressed to him.
When that doesn’t work he next he pleads utter poverty and mewls that it isn’t worth suing him, since he has no money and has no assets to pay up when he loses.
But, even more laughably, RPK once backed in a corner, denies that he actually is responsible for his notorious platform, the blog Malaysia Today!

How things were before we issued proceedings…..

I am not responsible for Malaysia Today!

Malaysians, including the handful who remain regular readers of Malaysia Today, will be doubtless rather astonished to learn that RPK is now formally denying that he controls the blog, which has been the source of all his puffed up notoriety.

Yet this excuse became his prime defence when challenged to defend his case in court by Sarawak Report.

The same archive story after the legal action – RPK has disappeared and Julian Khoo has assumed responsibility for the story!
The doughty accuser, who had earlier made a string of outrageous and untrue accusations about the Sarawak Report Editor, had by then turned yellow, of course.

To begin with he had written apocalyptic pieces about having “crossed the Rubicon” and being ready to fight even unto jail, in order to defend the man he described himself as being a “proxy” for – i.e. Prime Minister Najib Razak:

“…do your worst. We have both now crossed the Rubicon and there is no longer any turning back. And as much as they may try to oust Najib Tun Razak, he is still going to be the Prime Minister of Malaysia long after I come out of jail.”[April 10th]

But, as the deadline for a formal reply in legal terms arrived, RPK’s tail dived firmly in between his legs.

An email arrived at SR’s lawyers with just hours to spare, in which RPK denied he was any longer responsible for Malaysia Today, saying that instead it is run by anonymous characters in KL, over whom he has no control!

Yes, he does write the occasional opinion piece for the outlet, RPK explained, but none of those had raised any of those false allegations Sarawak Report was objecting to (untrue).
RPK went on to say that we really needed to address our concerns to the Editor named on the present masthead of Malaysia Today … a chap by the name of Julian Khoo.

Meanwhile, the afore-mentioned ‘Mr Khoo’ had simultaneously issued his own formal apology in the blog itself – a major first in that Malaysia Today had uttered the ‘S’ word (sorry) for the first time ever!

RPK was plainly hoping that this dual strategy of semi-apology and semi-denial would ward off SR’s famously mean and hungry firm of lawyers and get him off the hook over all the lies he had uttered in his proclaimed role as Najib’s proxy.

RPK/ Mr Khoo appear to have removed their apology when we indicated it was inadequate and more needed removing from the site!

The mysterious Mr Khoo

However, Sarawak Report suggests that Mr Khoo is a fiction and a deception, invented in a sorry attempt to save face and prop the puffed-up ego of the ranting Mr Kamarudin.

We have evidence to this effect, which we would be happy to lay before those British courts, which RPK is now running from as fast as he can muster.

Specifically, before we sent our legal letter to RPK we took the obvious precaution of capturing an entire copy of the website Malaysia Today.

Prior to our legal challenge this picture stated RPK’s editorial imprint on the top of each article published. The terms ‘admin’ or ‘super admin’ accompanied articles not authored by himself.
There was no sign then of any Mr Khoo, just a picture on the masthead of each and every article showing the self-important RPK, in his favourite pose sporting a beard and cheeky chappy beret.

A week later, on the day of his apology and denial, the entire site had undergone a sudden transformation!

Mr Julian Khoo had been introduced as the ‘Editor’ on the masthead of nearly every article on the site, dating right back through the archives to the very first utterings on Malaysia Today.

Likewise, the cheeky chappie photograph of RPK had vanished from the top of those self-same articles!

SOMEONE had taken a very risky and deceitful decision, therefore, to try to alter and disguise not only the present but the past on Malaysia Today.

BEFORE – RPK took ownership of his articles
This is extremely easy to detect and prove, Me Lud: not only does our own captured copy of the site show exactly how SOMEONE has attempted to retrospectively alter it, in order to introduce a Mr Khoo (who simply did not exist as Editor before that date) and remove the presence of RPK, but every other public web archive also shows the same discrepancy.

AFTER – RPK has removed his own picture and placed the name of the mysterious new ‘Editor’, Mr Khoo on all his archived material
Look at any regular archive service on the net and you can demonstrate the exact same phenomenon.  Sweeps of Malaysia Today taken prior to our legal letters, right up to March this year, feature RPK’s picture on each and every article, while Julian Khoo is absent.

Compare these to the present site and Mr Khoo has miraculously replaced RPK on articles, which he did not claim ownership of until the day of the apology.

This is why Sarawak Report says we have hard evidence of RPK’s deliberate deceit and lying. He is a man of such pathetic vanity that when forced to say sorry (or face the music) he has to invent a ‘Julian Khoo’ to do it for him.

It naturally fits in very well with the harping, racist theme of RPK’s unpleasant ranting that he has given a Chinese name to this particular whipping boy – it seems he didn’t want to ‘humble’ his core constituency either.

Abusively stirring up racial disharmony is RPK’s key stock in trade…..
At which point it befits to mention that, of course, the proud ‘Malay blogger’, who pours bile on non-Malays, is not actually Malay anymore himself.

RPK has managed to gain refuge from his numerous detractors in Malaysia over in the UK, thanks to a Welsh mother.  He has taken a UK passport, which means that his Malaysian passport has been removed under the country’s nationality laws.

Since the offensive RPK would never dare swap back his present status as a passport holder of the more tolerant United Kingdom, his claims to be a ‘real Malay’ are therefore as bogus as much of the rest of what he writes.

In fact, he has no more or less of a right to an opinion on matters in Malaysia than Sarawak Report, even according to his own bigoted, racist criteria.

Step forward Julian!

So, before RPK challenges the former Deputy Prime Minister of Malaysia to waste time suing a penniless foreign refugee abroad, who is known to be truth-shy, he should first present to the world this alleged new Editor of his site, the intriguing ‘Mr Julian Khoo’.

If this Julian Khoo is based in Malaysia, runs a business and is indeed RPK’s alleged publisher, he might certainly be worth taking to court.  But, right now, few people are likely to believe that he actually exists.

If he does exist, then plenty of people with issues about Malaysia Today would doubtless be most interested to have his full contact details.  They would also be able to ask him why he is now willing to take on ownership of ten year old articles, which until mid-March boasted RPK on their masthead instead?

"RPK dah jadi 'orang kita? Camna ni?":

SICK & TIRED has left a new comment on your post "RPK dah jadi 'orang kita? Camna ni?":

Read most of the comments. These comments really reveals the character of most Malaysians. If some one critizes PKR, especially Anwar, he is regarded as being on the take.
Well, it says alot about the typical Malaysian....they have a culture which accepts corruption as part of their normal life. This culture has contributed to the rampant corruption in all levels of Government hieriechy. Bribes to Police for traffic offences, bribes to obtain permits or licence. Most of these Malaysian bribe givers think that it is OK to give bribes as they are only chari makan. Even the ex-Chief Justice have admitted bribing the court's clerk.

The UMNOPUTRA are involved in multi-millions, if not multi-billions, corrupted deals and most Malaysians have been left out of these deals. That is the main reason why most Malaysians cursed and blasted UMNOPUTRAs. Because they are being excluded from these huge corruption cases. I am certain, if given the opportunity, most of them will definitely want to get their filthy hands in the deals.

Most Malaysians are the most UNGRATEFUL lot. Just observe how most Malaysians behave in public. Most are not civic minded. Look at the way they drive, look at the way they double park or treble park or park illegally with total disregard for the safety of others.
Most of them are just arrogant.

Look at the thousands of complains against Malaysians who have treated their Indonesian or Cambodian maids as SLAVES with payment of a pittance 400 to 600 ringgit per month. These maids have complained that they have to work 16 hours a day for the full 7 days a week. They are not even allow to talk to their neighbours. All the appalling Malaysians. I bet these morons will not let their own daughters work as maid in Malaysia.

Raja Petra should just tell all you ungrateful lot of Malaysians to go and get stuffed. They totally deserved the corrupted UMNO Government. In case, you don't get the message, it is called KARMA to you lot of arrogant Malaysia
ns.

RPK dah jadi 'orang kita? Camna ni?

Now that the water is becalmed. Now that I no longer have to fight with others for space to have my say. Now that he himself seems to be having his sabbatical,I will now have my say about Petra or RPK to you. I know that my window of opportunity is limited as I think this is most likely the calm before another storm! Another storm?

Why…is he a glutton for punishment? Is all that 'let us  hantam RPK’ these last few weeks merely whetted his appetite for more S&M?

To all of you that tells all who will listen that Petra is now an ‘orang kita’ as far as UMNO and Barisan Nasional is concern, I would like to give you all an enthusiastic Bronx Cheer…a raspberry or just a simple Z-R-B-T-T!

There is not enough money anybody would be prepared to part with to buy this guy….me? Well we can talk…but Petra? I think …make that I know …he does not enough sense to talk ringgit and sens with anybody. This guy is too damm stubborn and too damm committed to himself to be able to commit himself fully to anyone else! So any idiot that thinks he can ‘kautim’with Petra is deluding himself.

Now what about making Petra understand that if we are on the same side, then we must go kill others and not each other?

Now why don’t you back up a bit and ask yourself who is on whose side?

At one point or another Petra, from what he writes, can be construed to be for Anwar, Mahathir, Najib….hell if I go through everything that he has written and will write, I swear that at one time or another Petra would have unequivocally stated that he is more well known then Najib and Anwar put together! Quite like when John Lennon stated (and correctly too) that the Beatles were more well known then Jesus. At least I am taller then him if he does want to go head to head with me in that department though as to who is better looking would depend on who is doing the deciding. Marina he wins. My wife I win!

What I am trying to say here is just this.

Loosen up and give this Petra guy his due. The only mistake I have made was being born. Petra is not me…so he is bound to make a mistake or two! Hell he might even make three mistakes….so what?

Ask yourself what his intentions are! What does he gain by doing what he does. And when all the dust has settled go back again to what Petra wrote many months…maybe even years ago…and ask yourself if he was right or wrong. Then and only then can you go hang him or tell him again “You are right!”.

With hindsight Khir Toyo would not have bought that mansion in Shah Alam at such a considerable discount. With hindsight Nixon would not have taped himself while in office. And with hindsight Najib would have done things differently with Razak Baginda.

Well Petra is our ‘hindsight’. In the flush of our seemingly unstoppable march towards Putrajaya when all things seems to be in our favor, he tells us things we do not want to hear. When all our ‘senjata’ seems to be primed and ready for battle, he points out that our flanks are exposed and in need of defense. And when our leaders are raring to lead he tells us why they should not!

And all these intrusions are disquieting and bothersome but needed if we are to not stumble at the very moment of victory. Remember hindsight is what Petra is to us. With hindsight Mahathir would have chosen others to succeed him – but he did not know it then. With Petra we can at least know we will be the better for his hindsight….as annoying as it is for us now!

Just DO IT, not DUIT!

A good chunk of the legal work in MBPJ has been diverted to the firms of Sivarasa, Surendran and Derrick through the influence of Lateefa Koya and Derrick. After all, this is a PKR-controlled council. Is this not corruption, or at least a conflict of interest?
THE CORRIDORS OF POWER
Raja Petra Kamarudin
'We don't need to meet RPK. We have Internet'
RPK dakwa rasuah tapi tiada bukti
Come back and shed light on bribery claims, Selangor urges Raja Petra

The Selangor government wants me to come forward and reveal the conflicts of interest, abuses of power and transgressions in the state administration. I will do just that. In the meantime, while I gather some of the evidence to enable the state to get to the bottom of things, maybe they can start investigating these first two cases.

These cases do not need any evidence from me. The state has all the records and most likely they can quote the figures from the top of their heads. In one of the cases, if the state can cooperate with the MACC to ensure that the identity of the whistleblower is protected, I will try to convince that person to come forward to testify.

This whistleblower is a Chinese and a developer who depends on state approvals for his company’s projects. So, invariably, he is very concerned about his business being disrupted or sabotaged if his identity is revealed. Chinese business people somehow appear paranoid about being victimised by what they perceive as a ‘Malay’ administration.

The first case involves Azmin Ali’s brother-in-law, Johan Taharin. Johan approached one developer who has been having problems getting certain approvals since Pakatan Rakyat first came to power almost four years ago.

Now, I have known this developer personally for some number of years. In the past, he had always voted MCA. For the first time in 2008 he supported Pakatan Rakyat. He even organised talks in his house for me to speak to his neighbours, friends and family so that I can campaign and swing them over to Pakatan Rakyat. Some of this person’s friends even flew back from Australia, Canada and the US at his behest just to vote for Pakatan Rakyat.

This developer complained to me that Johan approached his firm and said that he (Johan) is aware that they (the developer) is facing problems getting approval from the state. Johan offered to help them overcome their problems, for a fee.

The developer asked Johan how can they be assured that they would get approval once they paid the money? Can they instead pay after the approval has been obtained rather than pay upfront? After all, they are talking about a few million here, not a small amount of money.

Johan told the developer that he is representing Azmin Ali and if required he can bring them to meet Azmin so that Azmin can personally give them his assurance. They replied they will think about it.

The developer then phoned me, cursing and swearing. “We voted Pakatan Rakyat because of you,” the developer said. “Before that we were MCA supporters. But because of you for the first time we all supported Pakatan Rakyat.”

“What’s the difference between Pakatan Rakyat and Barisan Nasional if they also ask for bribes?” the developer screamed.

The developer then asked me what he should do. “Should I pay the money?” he asked. “Can I get a guarantee that I will get my approval after I pay?”

I told the developer that we kicked out Barisan Nasional and replaced it with Pakatan Rakyat because we wanted to end corruption. If we now pay under-the-table money to Pakatan Rakyat, then why the hell did we bother to kick out Barisan Nasional? We might as well have just retained Barisan Nasional.

The developer did not pay the money and, of course, his project is now in tatters. But he swore he was going to campaign against Pakatan Rakyat in the coming general election.

Okay, that is the first case. If the MACC wants to talk to the developer let me know. Anyway, that person also reads
Malaysia Today so he is probably aware of this already (and probably pissing in his pants by now).

Now, let us go to the next case, which, if not corruption, is certainly a conflict of interest.

This next case is regarding some scams involving the amount of legal work dished out by the legal department of MBPJ. This work is being given exclusively to a group of lawyers who are all PKR leaders.

This large amount of legal work to these chosen few has caused immense unhappiness amongst the other Pakatan Rakyat council members in MBPJ, who have chosen to remain silent for the sake of ‘party unity’. They feel that if they speak out that may jeopardise Pakatan Rakyat’s chances of retaining Selangor in the next general election.

The principle characters are lawyers Derrick Fernandez and Lateefa Koya, who are also both MBPJ councillors and PKR leaders, the Member of Parliament for Subang, R. Sivarasa, and the newly-minted Vice President of PKR, N. Surendran. Lateefa is also employed by Daim and Gamany, Sivara’s legal firm.

A good chunk of the legal work in MBPJ has been diverted to the firms of Sivarasa, Surendran and Derrick through the influence of Lateefa Koya and Derrick. After all, this is a PKR-controlled council. Is this not corruption, or at least a conflict of interest?

Anwar Ibrahim is fully aware of this but does nothing about it. And Anwar does not need me to provide any figures or documents because the accounts can be procured from the MBPJ.

MBPJ has to be transparent and reveal the exact amount of work given to these three firms and the total fees paid over the few years that Pakatan Rakyat has ruled Selangor.

Daim and Gamany has moved from their humble office in the ‘slum’ Masjid India area to a new swank office near MBPJ. Surendran, on the other hand, is no longer the poor lawyer he used to be. He used to travel around in a beaten-up Proton Saga begging for work. Now, he is chauffer-driven in an expensive continental car. Talk about rags to riches in the blink of an eye.

Surendran’s firm is called Edwin Lim Suren & Soh and Derrick’s is Derrick Fernandez and Co. Sivarasa is also on the board of Kumpulan Perangsang Selangor and is enjoying perks and director’s fees estimated in the tens of thousands a month, other than the spoils from his legal work.

Okay, as I said, let us start with these two cases while I gather the evidence for the other cases, which I will reveal in due course.

Why can’t the PKR people be more like Nik Aziz, the Kelantan MB? Do you know that Nik Aziz still lives in his old wooden house that does not even have a proper road leading to it? And when he does his prayers in the office, he switches off the lights because his prayers are his personal matter while the electricity is paid by the state government.

That is how I expect our elected leaders to conduct themselves.

And, yes, I still support Pakatan Rakyat and I urge you to do the same. But do we want to wait until Pakatan Rakyat becomes just like Barisan Nasional before we scream? We need them to clean up their act now. I suspect that the next general election will be held in March 2013. That means we have more than a year to set things right.

So, just do it! I said DO IT, not DUIT!
