OutSyed The Box : Mr CID Chief, Apa lu ingat kita semua bodoh kah? Some Strange Points About That CID Chief And His Money In Australia.

OutSyed The Box
Wednesday, March 7, 2018

1. Firstly since he does not wish to claim back his money (about RM900,000??) from the Australian prosecutor on the excuse that the legal costs (of going to Court in Australia) may be more than the amount of RM900,000 then may I suggest that he assign away that money to some other people?
(I may know some mamak moneychangers who can assist in this matter). But of course there will be some "con"-sultan fees involved. Mamak boleh pusing satu dunia not based on charity alone.
I am positive the legal costs to recover that money will be much, much less than RM900,000.
Also, if the CID Boss has not done any wrong, then he will win the case and the Australian Court will not only refund ALL HIS MONEY but they will also award him full legal costs plus they may also award him some damages.
Maybe he can get another RM1 million in damages from the Australian government !!
2. But here is the first question. There are hundreds of thousands of foreign students studying in Australia. Do all the parents of foreign students studying in Australia send money to pay university fees for their children through "54 separate deposits from FIVE different states inside Australia"? So what is so special about your case? Apa lu ingat kita semua bodoh kah?
3. University fees in Australia are indeed expensive. A medical degree in Australia may cost more than RM1.0 million. Maybe RM2.0 million.
So how many bank accounts of any parents (local or foreigners) has the Australian government seized or frozen who are simply using their bank accounts to pay university fees for their children studying in Australia?
4. If the Australian government harrasses, seizes money or freezes the bank accounts of foreign parents who genuinely wish to pay the university fees of their children studying in Australia, then how are the parents of foreign students in Australia going to send money to their children at all ?
5. All over the world, many parents sell their houses and assets to fund their childrens' education overseas, including in Australia. The Australians do not classify that as money laundering.
The question is why do the Australians classify your case (of selling your house and remitting the sales proceeds) as money laundering AND THEN SEIZE your money?
Why? Why? Why?
What is so special about your case?
Apa pasai, duit hang bau taik kah?
Your money smells of shit so badly that they had to freeze your account, seize your money and clean your money with detergent ?
Apa lu ingat kita semua bodoh kah?

7. Why did the CID chief go ALL THE WAY TO AUSTRALIA TO open an account in Australia, ALL BY HIMSELF, in his own name just to pay for his son's university fees.
Apa lu ingat kita semua bodoh kah?
Just ask your son to open a bank account in Australia and you can remit the money to your son from any bank in Malaysia.
There is no penalty, fine or tax for parents from all over the world to remit money to their children studying in Australia.
Just go to Maybank, CIMB, AmBank etc, fill up the forms, pay the money over the counter or do "account transfer" and TT the money to your son in Australia. What is so difficult?
If you say that you were trying to avoid suffering a higher Forex rate for changing Ringgit to Aussie Dollar then your cost of flying personally to Australia, paying for hotel etc will have incurred more money than any savings you may have made in the exchange rate.
Apa lu ingat kita semua bodoh kah?
When we were studying in the US, my wife and I had a normal current account at the local bank (Sooner Federal). Our folks would just TT the money into the account. Or we would receive bank drafts. Still worked. Apa susah sangat?
Wa aakhirul kalam : Can you give us a better story?

More “1Malaysia Tutup Kedai” News : Tabung Haji Heavy Engineering (THHE).

Politics | December 16, 2017 by | 0 Comments
I received the following in the email from a reader. It sounds genuine enough. I am accepting it at face value. My comments follow.
Salam Tuan,
Yesterday (Wednesday?), TH Heavy Engineering Bhd (THHEB) conducted the Court Convene Creditor Meeting (CCCM) for its subsidiaries/associates company, THHE Fabricator Sdn Bhd (THHEF), THHE Offshore Services Sdn Bhd (THHEOS) and O&G Works Sdn Bhd (OGW).
THHEB  conducted their own CCCM today.
The total debt for THHEB, THHEOS and THHEF (excluding OGW) is more than RM600 million.   They are unable to pay their debts.
These companies were totally mismanaged by the people appointed by the Government. The ex-CEO is currently on trial for corruption more than RM50 Million.
Arising from the CCCM, the results : Creditors accepted the Scheme Of Arrangement for THHEB and THHE Fabricator with 91% and 94%  acceptance respectively (Accepting settlement of RM0.50 per every RM1 Debt).
For THHE Offshore Services Sdn Bhd, Creditors rejected the Scheme with 81% rejecting it (Rejecting settlement of RM0.118 per RM 1 debt) – ridiculous proposed settlement.
The consequences of this result : THHEOS will be liquidated and wound up.
This will be a big blow to the government.
A GLC is liquidated because unable to settle debts!!!!!!!!
I believe the announcement to Bursa will be soon.
We are both creditors for THHEF and THHEOS.
It was also a doomed day for us as we have to write-off about RM6 – RM7 Million arising from this exercise.
Being a small company, writing off this amount will make the company insolvent and we are definitely not able to pay our own creditors.
We are a good Bumiputra company and good tax paymaster.
  • We have even paid tax on the profit generated from the THHEF and THHEOS projects despite not receiving the payments from them.
  • (They have not paid for more than 2 years).
  • Now, we have to write off this amount and we also cannot get back the money that we have paid for the tax on the  “Fake Profits”.
  • You only get tax credit. What an unfair world….!!
We accepted the contract works from THHEF and THHEOS on the understanding that they were a GLC.   If  only  we can turn back time….!!
Now, we are doomed. It is a matter of time that we have to close SHOP.
You are right, perhaps the Government would like to see all the SHOPS to be CLOSED.
All the stakeholders lost money and the losses are irrecoverable due to the incompetence of Government to manage the GLC.
In the first place, why they have all these GLCs ?
They should just do the governing job  and leave managing the business to the non-crony businessman.
I believe one day God will punish all of them……all of them.
Thanks.

My comments :  The situation is really quite bad. A friend of mine, a former Chairman of a major GLC, says that the entire 1MDB scandal is a diversionary tactic.  He says there is something else going on. Much bigger than 1MDB.
Lets look at THHE above. The ex CEO has been arrested and is now under trial for corruption involving RM50 million.  50 MILLION !!
THIS is the amount with which he is being charged.  There is likely to be more than this which is not part of this charge.  The ex CEO alone songlap RM50 million.
Folks, do you honestly believe that the ex CEO acted alone? I dont think so. There must be others involved, folks senior to this guy. They are untouched and/or worse they remain in place.
Read this part again :
The total debt for THHEB, THHEOS and THHEF (excluding OGW) is more than RM600 million.   They are unable to pay their debts.

They have obviously songlap-ed more than RM600 million of other peoples’ money (their creditors or hutang money).  Obviously the RM600 million hutang money went to pay for things that are not there to help the company’s business.

They cannot pay back the hutang of RM600 million. A company this size must have substantial paid up capital, reserves, retained earnings etc. I would say at least to match that RM600 million hutang.  Lets say their own money was another RM600 million. Where is it? Also hilang?  Maybe all in,  a billion Ringgit has been lost? Its possible.
And this has been going on for sometime.
Then there is Felda. I suspect the biggest nail in the coffin is over at the oil company.
All this stealing has been going on since about 2009 or earlier. Since Kepala Bapok took over.
Going back to this THHE news,  since they have not paid their suppliers and contractors (like to the company above) these companies are also going bust.
“also doom for us as we have to write-off RM6 – RM7 Million from this exercise. Being a small company, writing off this amount will make the company insolvent..”
The bumiputra economy, which is so gomen dependent is being destroyed.
I keep repeating ‘Melayu miskin dulu’ to drive home the point that it is gomen policy that is making the Malays and the bumiputras poor.
It is not the fault of the Chinese, the Jews, the Christians, the Mohicans, Mohawks or the Apache.
Stupid policies by a stupid gomen is making their people more stupid and poor.
Rest in peace or rest in pieces. Its your choice.

TRUMP TO VISIT SINGAPORE

Donald Trump accepts PM Lee's invitation to visit Singapore next year

Lee and Trump in joint press conference in White House Oct 23, 2017.

Trump to visit Singapore next year

Lee on official working visit to Washington at invitation of Trump.

Trump hosted Lee to lunch with cabinet secretaries and White House officials

signing of Singapore Airlines-Boeing deal worth US$14 billion.

"strong mutually beneficial trade, investment linkages" between S'pore and US

Lee and Trump had "wide-ranging discussion"

Defeat-ISIS Coalition - only Asian country to contribute military and personnel

Read more at channelnewsasia.com

My comments :  US$14b is less than RM70 Billion.
Our Clown promised Trump RM100 Billion "to help strengthen the US economy" or some crap.

How come Trump is NOT visiting Malaysia??
Can I have my money back?

For RM100 Billion, Trump should not only visit Malaysia but he should sit down for halal  teh tarik by the Klang River  (I just thought that up.)

Trump and Lee had a joint Press Conference in the Rose Garden at the White House. Both the American and S'porean Cabinet members had a working luncheon.

They could not have done either with the Clown and gang.
They would not have known what to say.

That is why when Trump told the Clown, 'Ok say what you want to say' the Clown had to read from a prepared script like a school boy.

Malulah kita. Village idiots running around.

How Much Longer Will The Malays Keep Quiet And Buat Tak Tahu?

Here is a comment from today about the situation in Malaysia:
  • Aeon Seremban is closing down 31 Dec 2015.
  • Aeon Penang is closing down too end Dec 2015.
  • Giant supermarket at Segamat is closing down too.

baru balik dari Aeon Big Kota Damansara petang tadi lengang
Saya tanya cashier apasal sikit sgt org..dia senyum je.
Tempat parking kereta boleh main bola.

memang sudah start slow down

In the next few weeks, close to 20,000 workers will lose their jobs in Malaysia

Banks, finance houses, electronic companies, oil and gas companies, PMC and many more firms.

Just a few weeks ago, the Moron said if they did not collect that RM32b in GST taxes, the gomen will not have money to pay the salaries of Civil Servants.

Now they are saying that the salaries of Civil Servants will be increased next year. Where are they going to get the money?

Today I heard it again that the Jalan Masjid India area is facing serious problems.

First of all that mamak retailer fellow linked to the Hippo is facing serious cash flow problems. Over extended, borrowed too much money and now business being killed by GST.

Cashflow tight and that big shopping complex near Masjid India they took over is not generating enough cash.

Also the talk is the Hippo has cut him loose.  Does not want to be linked to a textile merchant ha ha ha.

Businesses are closing down in Masjid India.  "For Rent" signs are popping up.

Two bumi shoplots are now available for sale at the ground floor of Wisma Yakin alone.  (Melayu miskin dulu).

Tudung sellers cannot pay RM10,000 a month rental for their lots.  They are closing down. They cannot even pay if there is a 50% discount ie  RM5000 a month. Business is very bad.

Full sized shops are renting for RM90,000 per month. Less prominent spots are renting for RM40,000 per month.

Businesses operating here will be closing down or renegotiating their rentals.

All because of GST and Minimum Wages.

Many of those affected are Malay stall owners. Melayu miskin dulu. They are going out of business.

How much longer will the Malay people be able to bear this? I think I have the answer.

Until their pockets literally become empty. Like a car running out of gas and then just stopping dead on the road, so will the Malay people tolerate all this until they literally run out of money in their pockets.
Even then they may just say, 'takdir, cobaan, dugaan, kena sabar, banyaklah tawakkal, berdoalah, banyaklah beribadat' or something similar.
This is a very unique situation in the history of the human race.

Another One Dead.

By Syed Akbar Ali
Ex-cop dies in bid to escape Jawi at hotel

"KUALA LUMPUR: A former policeman who was trying to evade being nabbed by the Federal Territory Islamic Affairs Department (Jawi) for khalwat (close proximity) died after he slipped and fell from of his hotel room. . . It is learnt that the 62-year-old deceased was with a 50-year-old woman in the room on the 16th floor of the hotel here when Jawi officials came knocking at about 3am yesterday."
So are we happy now? Another human being has died, trying to run away from the morality goons. Yang mati pula orang Islam lagi. Whether you agree or not, the Muslims cause the deaths of other Muslims. (Because obviously the man died trying to run away from other Muslims).
So are the Muslims happy today? Seorang lagi orang Islam sudah mati. The man probably had his family, friends, community, a home and property. Now he is dead.
I am curious, will the JAWI fellows who were chasing after him attend the funeral?Tak baca Yasin ke? But isnt that a good thing to do ? To go to peoples' funerals and baca Yasin? So shouldnt the JAWI send a delegation to attend the funeral and at least baca Yasin?
I have highlighted this before. The word khalwat is not even found in the Quran.
Muslims are committing worse crimes like munafik-ism or hypocrisy. That one fellow has even been caught on video tape yet the "tin sadin" fellow says anyone who shows the video will not go to heaven !! Evidence has been presented in Court and yet they say 'we wont believe'. When it suits them, the same people have gone to the same Courts for other purposes (for example to sue other people for RM100.0 million).
So do you all think other people, especially the non Muslims cannot see all this? They are laughing at you lah. Malu lah. And do you think God is on your side? Better think again.
I dont know how much longer the Muslims are going to behave like this? Kenapa lah suka sangat hidup susah?
Surah 20:2 "We did not reveal the Quran to you, to cause you any hardship".
So why make life so difficult?
