KUALA LUMPUR: Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad is being investigated for “fake news” over his claim that his jet to Langkawi may have been sabotaged.

This was confirmed by Kuala Lumpur police chief Datuk Seri Mazlan Lazim, according to Bernama.

Mazlan said eight police reports have been lodged with the Kuala Lumpur police in connection with the 14th General Election (GE14) since the campaign period began last Saturday.

He said two of the cases involved ceramah (political talks) allegedly held without a permit and one for mischief involving fire.

“For the case on the fake news, it involves a claim by Tun Dr Mahathir (Mohamad) that the jet which he had chartered to fly to Langkawi was sabotaged last Friday,” he said after opening a crime prevention awareness programme at the Tun H S Lee traffic police station here Wednesday.

Come on lah Najib. I dare you! I double dare you to arrest Tun Dr Mahathir for spreading Fake News! Which fake news that Tun Dr Mahathir has been spreading are you going to arrest him for?

Najib go and do what you should have done some time ago. Gp and arrest Tun Dr Mahathir! You have dismissed Tun from Proton. From Petronas. You have taken away his bodyguards. You have outlawed Tun's political party. You have cut out Tuns face on posters...so what else is left for you to do but to arrest him!

Why.....you do not have the balls to arrest Tun? Kepit Man has no balls to arrest a 92 year old man? What lah Najib...You have already enacted the law to arrest anyone spreading fake news. You are covered. The law says yes you can arrest Tun for spreading any fake news.. You know the AG will say yes. The IGP will do your bidding.So why wait?

Mahyuddin. Kit Siang. Azizh. Nurul Izzah. Daim. Mat Sabu. Lim Guan Eng. Countless Pakatan Harapan politicians. Even me! Yes Najib even I have called you a thief many times over. And not only that, I have even say that you do not have the gumption...the balls.... to do anything courageous...and really Najib, arresting Tun Dr Mahthir and the whole lot of PH politicians that have repeatedly call you a thief...that  would be a courageous thing to do.
