DBKL in Focus : There is Law but no Order

Jalan Haji Hussien in appears that enforcement in DBKL is for the privilege and personal benefit of the chosen few who carry on business at the expense of the general public.

Already congested public roads, parking areas and designated walkways are surrendered to private business for the benefit of the chosen and privileged "few" individuals.

Now instead of one two way lane it has now become one lane!

Fruit stalls, clothing's, bags & food stalls operators "renting" from the mini tyrant emperor warload of Jalan Haji Hussein.. blatant abuse of power, dereliction of duty, complete disregard for public interest.. no wonder there is Law but no order in KL and KL is going to the dogs!

Under what law is the Dato Bandar empowered to surrender public land for private use? Director of Enforcement please do your job to enforce the law for public interest instead of the other way around! There appears to be a clear case of criminal breach of trust by these high public officials in Dewan Bandaraya in designating congested public area as a market area!

Has DBKL now become an authority for dispensing public areas for the personal benefits of a few chosen individuals....Public Domain for personal benefit?

Or has the Datuk Bandar forgotten this headline earlier this year?
