In as much as we are caught up in the sadness on the aftermath of the Semenyeh tragedy in which Rompin MP Tan Sri Dr Jamaluddin Jarjis died, I trust wiser head will rethink the decision to lay him to rest at the Heroes Mausoleum. At the risk of being called "biadap" I sincerely believe that the decisions to lay the late JJ at the Heroes Mausoleum should not be made arbitrarily by any individual. It should be a decision made based on the merits of laying some one, any one to rest there.

Whether JJ is deserving of this honor is not for me to say but that decision should be made only after careful deliberations of the ramifications that such a decision will mean to those already laid to rest there and for others who would later be given the same honor.

This is an honor not only for Malays or those only from Umno but an honor for any Malaysian deserving of that honor!
